We love having our family pizza get together at Poor Richard’s. It’s spacious… Kids love the games. The location is so beautiful as well. Been there for a couple drinks listening to live music was pretty cool too.

We hadn't ever been to Poor Richards Springville until now. It was a wonderful evening. The Service was perfect and the Pizza was the same delicious quality pizza that I and my Family have come to love for the past 40+ years in Porterville. We've ordered from Strathmore Poor Richards several times takeout and it's been great also. We live in Springville and don't have many choices when it comes to dinning out and were fortunate and happy to have this Poor Richards location in Springville. We will be back soon. Thank You

My wife and I have eaten here 3 times now. Pizza is amazing. Not greasy like most pizza parlors! The loaded tots are really good. And the wings have a nice heat to them. I like hot, so to some people they might be too hot.

Poor Richard’s Pizza is the BEST for several reasons. As a Diabetic, I love pizza, but I don’t eat it as often as I’d like. Pizza usually makes my blood sugar go really high for hours on end. However, Poor Richard’s pizza uses CLEAN and QUALITY ingredients! Not to mention, I love the thin crust, you can actually taste the wholesome ingredients of the pizza and not feel like you’re consuming bread with toppings. I also love that the pizza is NOT oily, often times I have to pat down my food with a napkin just to remove all the excess oils sitting on top. Not with this pizza 🍕! I’m happy to say, I’ve found a pizza that doesn’t make my blood sugar go high and out of control, plus tastes amazing! I highly recommend!! 😃

BOOK YOUR PARTY HERE!!! 🤩🤩🤩🤩 I had my baby shower upstairs at the Poor Richard’s in Springville. I absolutely loved everything about my experience with hosting a party at this location. The ambiance is welcoming and as a hostess, we didn’t need a ton of decorations because it’s already gorgeous upstairs. I was nervous about carrying all the party supplies upstairs since I’m pregnant, but I was pleased to learn that my guests and myself could park in the back of the building, avoiding the stairs altogether, PERFECT! I appreciated that we had access to our own private set of restrooms, the privacy of being upstairs, and access to our own bartender upstairs. The food was great and everything turned out so dreamy! I received tons of compliments on how the baby shower turned out and I credit a large part of that to privacy and location of our event. I look forward to hosting more events here in the future.

After several times giving poor richards thin crust pizza a try, I actually like it better than regular pizza places. It's not greasy and works good within my diet restrictions of less carbs and focuses on high quality meats. The salads are phenomenal.

My baby shower was thrown here and the food was great and the service was very attentive. Fast forward almost a year and it's still amazing. Shawndee is one of our favorites here and she'll be a reason why we keep coming back.

We were there on a Saturday around 3pm. They have a patio area which is nice. Our pizza was semi okay. It was a little burned at the bottom and extra crunchier than we’d like. Very cheesy so a little greasy. But it was good.

Meat lovers Pizza great. Service for one employee great. I wish the t-shirts had the name of the cities Poor Richard serves.

The pizza tasted ok but when going to eat it it seemed like the pizza was cooked then the toppings were just tossed on top. everything just fell off on the first bite. It was more like eating cheese pizza with a side said of half cooked veggies.

The food is very good, always tastes fresh. However, calling in my order this time resulted in being charged TWENTY PERCENT more than if I made the order online. I called in to verify this, and the person answered " I told my boss about this but he didn't change it yet." When I arrived, I had to pay the TWENTY PERCENT MORE, with no concession for customer service, nothing... Disappointing.

Someone at my work recommended to try Poor Richard’s pizza. I really wanted to like it but the crust and cheese were just terrible. I don’t even know what kind of cheese is on this pizza it was like mush but it was definitely not mozzarella. I couldn’t finish my slice. I feel really bad because I don’t ever mind paying for overpriced food when it’s delicious but this was just sad. Also I tried making conversation with the staff and she was really short and eventually didn’t care to respond. I couldn’t even get plates as my pizza was to go because they never came back to the front for me to ask. Poor Richard’s truly is a fitting name.

I understand they just opened so they might still be getting the hang of it, but the pizza was maybe a 3 out of 10. They stack so many toppings that it doesn’t cook evenly, most of it was undercooked. Not to mention the meat on the pizza was cold tasted as it was just unfrozen. The wait time is a little long. Maybe after a few trial and errors they can perfect their pizza.

Inconsistent and way overpriced. Chicken wings are a waste of time and money with barely any meat. The salad is too expensive for iceberg. The cheese is not real mozzarella, or it’s just incredibly cheap, making the pizza overall pretty bland and gooey. Even the ranch dressing is bland. The vegetarian specialty pizza is just as expensive as the meat lovers. When you order online the price for a jumbo says something around 23, really it’s 32 plus tax. Is what it is, but the price kills it for me.

Sadly my daughter's pizza took so long and didn't get an apology. I think they forgot... Customer service needs work. We were so confused since we dined in but had to ask for plates and forks. Very pricy for service.

I’ve had Poor Richard’s in Porterville so I was expecting a thin, crispy, and crunchy pizza already. I know the pizza is usually on the thinner and crispier side. However, this is my second time here in the Springville location and this time the pizza was like a tostada. It was terrible. The crust was like a crispy tostada but still chewy. And there was a thick layer of cheese. We were so dissatisfied and disappointed in the quality of the food. My young kids couldn’t eat it because it was so crispy and chewy with the crust almost burnt. I’m not sure if this is usually how it’s prepared. If you don’t like pizza on the thin and crispy side please choose a different location for your pizza cravings. It’s also very overpriced for the quality of the food. We paid over 40$ for a medium 2 topping pizza, an order of tots, and 2 drinks for a family of 4.

They don’t care about the food they make here. I rarely leave bad reviews but this place was worse than little ceasars. The pizza was overpriced and tasted horrible. I will never return and this isn’t a really good look for poor Richard.

Just wanted a small cheese pizza well done. They said it would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived, the employee said 5 more minutes…it’s coming out of the oven. I ended up waiting half an hour more for an undercooked pizza.

Called in for take out so it would be quick. Got there and was the first in line and had to wait 15 min as my pizza sat in the back until someone came to help me at the cash register. Lady behind me even commented on the wait as well. Pizza was a lot better this time though. Hope they pull it together on the service

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not waste your money! By far the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten. Overpriced for cracker thin crust. Friendly staff dreadful pizza!
