Friendly upbeat place. Relaxing right away. Happy people compared to 6 miles up the road. Had to convince barista (just a little) to search around for an open bag of coffee so I took away a star. I hate wasting a whole bag for a pour over. It was the Cielo-Guatemala, not as good as I remember or maybe the water needs to be hotter for this one. Family atmosphere with boyfriend chatting and laughing enjoying lunch at counter. Baristas were singing when I came in and people aren’t afraid to exist. Some chatty teacher over there, solo frustrated man (instead of token guy in corner using free WiFi), and of course us (employ your own adjectives). Clean. Easy access, but busy parking lot. Outlets at bench tables. Small. One -almost a nook, but no outlets over there. Wonderful music, mostly because the radio in this area totally SUCKS. The rain has stopped, but I think it’ll begin again. Yesterday we ended up on cemetery tour because it just was... I wonder what today will bring. Tomorrow $$ so the tour will head into fast motion and reviews will end unless.

Why does this Starbucks actually stink up my car when I’m waiting through the drive through? There’s a rancid smell in there. I’ve never gone inside this place but that was enough for me to stay away from now on.

Not a bad location to get Starbucks. The service was fast and people were friendly. I didn’t feel rushed to order my drink. Definitely not location to sit down and drink coffee because all the seats were taken.

I'm so angry. I ordered two caramel frappuccinos. They literally gave me ice cream with coffee. Not to mention that I clarified the size twice. The worst thing is that I realized it when I got home, which is 20 minutes away.

At 6:34 this morning, an employee tried to merge into me today as they were speeding and driving frantically down Mooney. I almost hit incoming traffic, head-on and my 4-year-old was crying and terrified. She saw me pull into the same Starbucks behind her to pick up my order and ran into the store holding her apron. When I tried to call to let management know, the phone number listed didn’t work.

On 11-06-22 at approx 230pm hours I drove through the drive thru to get three drinks. They took more than 35 minutes for my order. When I got to the window a female started arguing being unprofessional. She was telling me why I was honking at her customers. I told her why was she accusing me and being unprofessional in front of my daughter and wife. She refused to provide her name. They also had my order wrong. I don't accept her attitude towards my family and my self.

Honestly if you have patience this is definitely your spot, but if you’re thinking getting coffee before work you’re better off drinking your jobs terrible decaf. This will make you so late you’ll just wanna quit because you know you’re getting fired for being late. I don’t get what the whole problem is but MAN DO THEY TAKE FORVER
