We stumbled upon this place quite by chance, but we were thrilled. The buffet normally costs 199 pesos per person. Thanks to a story we were asked to post, it was only 99 pesos per person. The buffet had basically everything you'd expect from a Chinese restaurant. No annoying salad or any soups in this weather, but various meat and fish dishes, as well as plenty of rice, spring rolls, and noodles. Ice cream for dessert was perfectly adequate. Service wasn't necessary, but the plates were cleared away after a while. You pay in advance at the cash register, and drinks are served in plastic bottles, right in your hand. It's good, inexpensive, and uncomplicated.

Excellent food option in Tulum. Great, super fresh and delicious. Good service. 80s music 😁 And an excellent buffet. Not many dishes, but they have shrimp, which makes me happy!

The portions were well-served, and the food was generally fine. However, I ordered a dish without pork, as one of us can't eat it, but they still included pork in every dish. I would have served my own food, since it's a buffet, but the waiter insisted on doing it herself.

The truth is, it's okay. I've honestly tried worse, but it's definitely lacking. The sweet and sour chicken is bland, neither sweet nor salty nor anything; they're afraid of the seasoning. I've been there several times to see if they can redeem themselves, but it gets worse every time. Go at your own risk.

Good enough if you just want to fill your stomach. My friends mentioned everything was cold, and they were right — the food isn’t fresh or tasty because of that. A shame, it’s not awful, but definitely not memorable either.

Do not go here! You've been warned! We had upset stomaches! Temperature - food is not hot unless they just cooked it. However there is no heated area for the food. Even when we arrived they when they opened everything was still cold. Fries were soggy and a day old. There is no way to keep the food warm because there is no heat lamps. Food- limited selection. They advertise on their windows store show they have steak and salad and that's not on the menu. Only meat, meat with vegetables, noodles, rice, fish , one soup soggy French fries and random hot dogs. All the the food is covered in meat so if you're vegetarian & vegans you can't eat here. There's no tofu at all which is the first Chinese place that didn't serve tofu. The rice taste funny especially the sushi. The food doesn't taste like Chinese food, and we have eaten at amazing Chinese food back home. 😭

I found a worm in my food and went to tell the manager. All she did was laugh and say, "Haha, yeah, from the broccoli." She didn't apologize, she didn't offer a refund, NOTHING. I waited to see if she would do anything about it. She took the plate back into the kitchen and continued doing other things. I realized she wasn't going to do anything about it, not even apologize. I approached another employee to ask for the complaint book, and THEY DON'T HAVE ONE. I then asked to speak to the manager again to see if they could give me my money back, but they had already left. We didn't have dessert because we were already disgusted, and we left with upset stomachs. We went there to lose money and lose our appetite. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

There were 3 ACs and they were at 25, it was hotter inside than outside, the food was 0 stars, greasy, cold and without any flavor, the rice was the most tasteless I've ever eaten, and to add to the custom, the employees were rude and cheeky, not at all friendly, the employees at Tulum don't know what kindness is and this is no exception.
