Los Chachalacos

Pasamos unos días en el hotel y la segunda tarde aprovechamos para disfrutar de las vistas del rooftop con una comida muy rica acompañada de unos cócteles exquisitos. El ambiente tranquilo, las medidas de seguridad COVID y las instalaciones hicieron que ese momento fuera muy especial. ❤️

Had dinner here and ambiance was cool. Very well lit and not too busy for dinner on a weekday. Had the mini burgers and they didn’t disappoint. Fries were also very crispy, which I like. Ordered an OJ and it didn’t quite taste like what I was expecting. Seemed more like an OJ mixer from the bar but either way would recommend this place to have a chill dinner. Expect music and a nice breeze.

We were part of a large group and many in our group spent a lot of time on the rooftop during our stay. Aloft catered a party on the Atico Rooftop for us one night. There are so many options for food and the view is gorgeous, but the star of the show is the outstanding service. Everyone who works here is phenomenal. Many times we were helped by Alberto, who took the time to talk to each of us and make sure we were having a good time. He even brought our little brother a Shirley temple and a homemade quesadilla! You can't get better service than that.

My wife and I spent the evening at the ATICO Tulum rooftop, it was extraordinary, a magnificent view and we met Alberto, a waiter with incredible friendliness and kindness! Professional and attentive, he allowed us to live our most beautiful evening in Tulum and it was great because it was our honeymoon!!!
