Caffè Regio Turin Reviews
Today I had the very best tomino with green sauce (tomino in salsa verde) of my life. It might seem a small thing for you, but for someone born and raised in Piemonte is kind of a big deal 😇. I also had agnolotti with butter and sage, bônet for dessert and a glass of Arneis. All perfect. Very quiet atmosphere, kind and professional service, magnificent chef. Highly recommended. Thank you so much! 🙏
Had nice aperitivo. Highly recommend the Bicerin
Kind and knowledgeable service. Enjoyed Bicerin and ice cream. Definitely earned a tip.
Excellent service, beautiful coffee and friendly staff. Highly recommended

Very good but very expensive.
Pricey, but very good coffee and chocolate
We visited on Saturday afternoon for an aperitive. There were tables outside but the weather was a bit too cold for us so we sat on a corner of the ground floor. There is also a room upstairs, but we…
Good Bicerin, bad service, rude management
Expensive bicerin and little old baci di dama
All the magic can be ruined when staff is impolite if you're not wearing a furry coat. What a pity, this is one of the most beautiful cafés in Turin.
4 of us stopped for lunch, it took a while before our order for drinks was taken & quite a while longer before we were able to order food - 3 tables of Italians who arrived after us were served first…

Very rude female server
The young lady serving us could not have been less welcoming. It was a long wait for two glasses of wine. We nearly gave up & left. Other patrons sat down & then departed due to the lack of service.
I have edited my review since reading the owner’s response. I ate at this place about a month ago. From the photos on Google, you can see someone posted a photo of the buffet with the salami and cold meat etc. which is the same food we had when we went. Even if I mistakenly posted a review the owner’s response is discourteous and not a good advert for potential future customers. I originally gave the place 2 stars but now I have changed it to 1 star. I stand by my original review below: Highly disappointed with their food and drinks. Went there for the buffet. Seems to be popular with the locals. I felt I would have been better off ordering MacD’s.
Bad staff. They don't want to work. They don't want tourist. The unfriendliest people .......
I took 2 hours to eat. Between the first and the second dish was one hour waiting. They took a lot of time to pay attention to us at the beginning. We were about to go out without paying. Bad service.
Good Italian coffee and sweet pastry. Staff more interested in chatting between themselves and local customers than in serving tourists.
Just charged me 4.40euro for a doppio. Clearly just trying to rip off tourists.
Cozy cafe at the centre of Turin. The staff is impolite and non communicative. At minimum, if you cannot find a common language between you and the customers you can be courteous and smile.
