This was my first time to this mob pizza. I’ve been to other restaurants, but never here. I don’t normally get to Turlock very often so when I saw this on line, I wanted to try it out. Overall, the experience was like a B plus A minus, but that could be because I felt like they were understaffed. There was three people working when I was in there ordering. One person mining, the stove, one person prepping the pizzas and the other person making salads working on the floor and the cash register. I really felt like they were one person short, which definitely slowed down the operation. I’m glad I stayed a little longer than normal because I did see that another person came out from the back, which I believe may have been on a break. Overall, the pizza was good and the service was good although slow, they were friendly. But like I said, it could’ve been because they were one person down. This would not prevent me from going back and I think this is a place that if I get back to Turlock, I would definitely check out again.

Fast and friendly service. Big variety of toppings. A lovely atmosphere inside. Good size dining area. There's outdoor dining as well. They have bottled drinks such as Mexican Coca-Cola, Minute Maid juice, house wine in a can, Beer - Coors Light, Modelo, IPA, and Pellegrino drinks as well and many other drinks. They have their Marion Blackberry Lemonade and Vintage Lemonade and then the regular Coke fountain drinks. Orders are usually ready for me to pick up when I arrive. I definitely recommend giving them a try.

I love the convenient and fast online ordering service, and the fact that it saves my favorite pizza so I don't have to redo all the options every time. The staff there is quick, friendly, efficient, and seem very experienced. They make every pizza perfectly. Absolutely delicious food, and the house made berry drink is very tasty too. Literally the best pizza I've ever had in my life. I also love that they offer gluten free crust for those like my sister with special dietary needs, and the delicious cauliflower crust alternative as well, for those like myself that don't eat a lot of bread. I absolutely love all the topping options they offer at no extra charge, since I like my pizza loaded with lots of herbs and vegetables. It's definitely worth the drive from my place over to Turlock, and I've told all my coworkers about it. If you haven't tried them out, you absolutely should, they are amazing!

After tasting Mod pizza I don't think I would want to try any other pizza. Their salads are pretty satisfying. Best pizza in town.

I have to start with the fact that during all of this chaos, Mod Pizza has been my rock. Sure pizza unhealthy, ok but have you ever had a slice of pizza and frowned? Nope. Clean, friendly, delicious, plus the pricing is lovely! Tldr; u should eat here

I love these MOD pizza outfits, and this one doesn't disappoint. Moved people through the line well, the ingredients were fresh. You get to build your own pizza so if you don't like it, it's kind of on you lol. Crust was nearly perfectly done when it came out of the oven. Plus they have 2 beers on tap to enjoy while waiting for your pizza.

I used to go to Blaze when I lived in a different area, and now I prefer MOD. Very low foot traffic at this location, which is nice as I don't like crowds or waiting. I'd had this on my radar but would always go to In N Out instead when in the area. Since trying this location, it's been the new go-to. Another vote for balsamic fig drizzle!

I love Mod pizza because my spouse and I have different tastes when it comes to pizza. He is a meat lover with red sauce and I prefer white sauce with veggies and a little meat. At mod we can customize our pizzas with as much or as little ingredients that you want. Extra meat? No problem! Extra pesto sauce? No problem! 3 sizes and 3 crusts of pies to choose from so there can be left over pizza for the next day if you choose. For dessert we always get the no name cake. It’s an elevated version of a hostess ding dong. Larger and much more chocolate flavor! This location has friendly servers and everyone looked like they enjoyed their job.

Great pizza for the price! I can make my own pizza, put anything and everything I want on it, and it's a personal pizza all to myself. The ranch is good, and tea and lemonade are amazing. I recommend it anytime. I'm definitely bringing my family next time.

EDIT: They've greatly improved since the first time we went. I can definitely tell they put their heart and soul into their pizza now. Where as when we first went, it tasted off, now I can't get enough! I'm a forever customer now. ❤ Saw the "now open" sign and had to try it. My friend and I were ecstatic to try this pizza and hoping to fall in love with it. First of all, the place looks really clean and nice. The decor is very modern which is something we both liked. The place was a bit busy which is nothing to complain about because it only opened 3 days ago. The only thing I can comment about the function of the kitchen is it seemed a bit unorganized. We noticed the same girl who took our order was also the same girl who packed our pizza into to go boxes. Again this could be because it was just really busy, and it seemed like a pizza was coming out of the oven every couple of minutes. When it comes to taste, the pizza wasn't our favorite. They were not bad pizzas, but they weren't amazing either. We ordered a Dillon James (Margherita), a Mad Dog (meat lovers), and a cheese bread. Some of the ingredients seemed fresh while other aspects seemed inauthentic. The crust tasted off, but the sauce was fresh. The tomatoes seemed fresh but the basil seemed store bought. I can't pinpoint it, but it all just seemed kind of off. The cheese bread we didn't like at all. The rosemary grossly overpowered the cheese and made it sweet. We definitely wanna try mod pizza again, but maybe in the future when they find a flow and have perfected their pallet. Since they are brand new, I am giving them the benefit of the doubt, and hoping they can perfect their craft.

Reasonably good personalized pizza served by friendly staff who are doing their best. The standard thin crust is largely a neutral vehicle for toppings. Bizarrely great iced tea selection at the fountain drinks. Good choice if you’ve got a group that can’t agree on pizza toppings.
