Favorite lunch spot! Staff is always super friendly, panera is always super clean and food is always delicious!

This is my morning spot it has the nicest people working always helpful polite welcoming .There are some employees there that know my phone number and my name even know my order except every once in a while I'll switch it up and order something different I highly recommend this place I have been to other Panera's and get a much colder reception and the service isn't as good but food is always Adequate

Have placed an order With the Panera app and unfortunately, I had made an error with Substituting an item. I was currently having a bad Saturday and I turned to Panera for comfort food. when picking up I acknowledge that I had made a mistake on my end and had brought it up to the cafe artist name Ray Ray. Ray Ray was happy to help me with my order & was able to provide spectacular hospitality Service. I am really happy that Panera has employees that really care about their products their service and help people with care.

I'm a member of the sip club so stop into this location on a somewhat regular basis. I sometimes order in the app and other times at the counter. Every single interaction I've ever had with the folks here has been wonderful. The staff is super friendly and not bothered that I'm just there for a tea or soda. I never have to wait, and everything is always spotless. This might seem minor, but I so appreciate that they always, without exception, have fresh cut lemons in the drink area for tea. It's the little things... It's yes for me and allows me to enjoy taking breaks to grab something to drink. I'm a huge fan of the sip club.

👋 So I've been a sip club member for 4 years I regularly visit panera's in Modesto , on this day I visited Turlock panera and asked for a refilling on my 🍓 Fresca and was told that " WE DONOT GIVE REFILLS FOR THAT DRINK" !! . So I my sip club membership is a big FAIL for turlock. Maybe this establishment I hope should retrain the employee's on customer service. So I returned to Modesto and visited my local Panera and questioned my favorite employee's at McHenry location and they informed me that yes it is a sip membership worthy of refilling. I will be revisiting turlock location in the future to see if customer service on this matter has been investigating and correctly addressed. Thank you for your attention on this matter 🙂

Nice large place. Easy access off of Hwy 99 makes it convenient for meetings. I was disappointed to learn they're not bringing back their seasonal pumpkin muffins; those were excellent.

I had ordered a Smokey Buffalo Chicken sandwich with french loaf as the bread and fountain drink, got potato chips on the sides for free. Overall the Sandwich was okay, portion size could be sufficient for one. Would recommend to wisely select your fountain drink, I found a few of them as pretty disgusting tbh!

I had ordered a Smokey Buffalo Chicken sandwich with french loaf as the bread and fountain drink, got potato chips on the sides for free. I love this location of Panera nice to dine in for lunch or take out for dinner. Me and my family absolutely love their bread bowl entrees and bakery treats!

Love this place. Their sandwiches are awesome, great choice of soups and fountain drinks (pomegranate hibiscus ice tea is so delicious). The atmosphere is so relaxing, just a great a place to have lunch. And very clean and friendly.

Panera has a variety of foods to choose from. There is a variety of sweet along with savory items to choose from. The employees are friendly and the service is quick. I’ve never experienced any issues with quality of the food either. The bagels are good for breakfast and their soups, salads, and quinoa bowls are delicious and filling. This is a fast casual restaurant and I think they do a great job keeping the restaurant cleaned and well maintained. Although they do not have a drive thru, they do offer curbside pick up.

We ordered online. Due to dietary allergies, we had to make some adjustments in what we ordered. It came to us just as we ordered! 😊

Looks good but menu and structure of ordering is confusing and tedious. Quick look paper menu doesn't have prices. Is limited too. Never got the chance to eat there. Your standard list of "variety" salads looks strangely like others " variety" blends. Prices: pompous. Variety of items: snobbish and overrated. Tried to think of a reason to give you a try again, but no. I know of other places that serve unique items with less pretentiousness. And better suited to local wages.

Nice people who work there. I'm a sip club member and like to go sit and work sometimes. I'm not thrilled that the power plugs are covered now, though, which makes it hard to work and sip my coffee. I do love the chicken and wild rice soup. Always crave it! I did try the new strawberry poppyseed salad. It was very yummy!

It’s been very hit or miss with this Panera. One consistent aspect is the front counter cashiers are always friendly and take my order correctly. However in the kitchen is where things get a little tricky. There’s been a few times where my pizza is missing basil or only has 5 small burnt flakes (yeah i’m being serious lol). I order the green goddess melt quite often, one time I ordered two and I received one of them with no Arugula. Easy fix, just went back and had them add it back on. There’s been other times where I was missing an entire sandwich but thankfully I was still in the parking lot. To customers like me if you’re eating to go, please check your bag to save yourself the hassle of driving back. As for the kitchen crew, they’re nice people but seem a bit over worked/ fed up. I think if they slowed down a bit to focus on the details of the order they’d make less mistakes. As for the quality of the food, some greens end up burned/ crispy if they go through the toaster. The soup has always been great, never had an issue with that. The baguettes are pretty hard, like, cut up your mouth and hurts to take a bite hard. But besides that, big thank you to the ladies and gents at the front counter! Very welcoming and attentive to detail.

That's quite a blunder on the part of Panera to charge $6.89 for a very small portion of Mango Smoothy. I didn't like that. Plus, it's dang freezing in here!!!!

First time at this location. First impression fell short. Service was fine, but not very personable. Restaurant seemed a little unkempt, especially the floors they were filthy. Food I'll say was just ok. Kind of just thrown on the plate. Wasn't what I expected for a Panera Bread.

Healthy and tasty food! Got fullsandwich with added avocado for 99 cents. My sandwich was the size of a half sandwich! Very disappointing. I got a small slice and a half of pithy avocado. My table was dirty and I was directed to wipes to clean it! Chicken breast was dry and deep fried different than shown on board...Served with small bag of chips and not given choice...my total bill over $15! Will not be going back...

Very frustrated with my past visit. I always get the value meal and ask to switch the bread for an apple cause I won’t eat the bread and they always do it for me. This past time they told me no and that it was company policy not to switch, I asked if that was new and they said no, they’re just enforcing it more. If it’s always been company policy, then everyone should follow that and not make exceptions because then it leads to customer confusion and dissatisfaction.

The office ordered lunch and even though our order was mostly correct, the Quality Control for our order was less than what we normally get. One of our side-dishes was an expired apple, as if they didn't care and just gave it.

Today they clearly pulled cheese off my sandwich because I ordered it without cheese. You cannot remove the flavor of cheese from an egg, it stays even after you finger it to get all the cheese off. Very discriminatory against people who stay longer than 20 minutes. Would not recommend studying here. Management like this is very justifiable towards canceling SipClub permanently. $12/month is not worth dealing with threats from some power tripped manager.

the food is good as long as you don't order to go. i ordered a salad to go along with couple of sandwiches asked for no tomato's guess what they forgot the salad and gave me tomato's. people make mistakes that's OK but when the manager doesn't even apologize or offer to make good that's just terrible service. sad thing is this all happened after i had just explained on my previous order to go i had received soggy bread literally wet all the way through like uncooked.

Asked NO DAIRY in my salad and they gave me a salad with dairy and when I said what’s this dressing on top…I asked for balsamic. They said it’s a yogurt drizzle. I asked to have it remade and the man behind the kitchen counter gave me the dirtiest look and didn’t want to do it. The lady next to him was happy to remake it. Not very nice service

Me and my mother have been coming here for 2 years now and still get stared at everytime we come it and he is creeping us out. If you can fix the man harassing us we would feel more comfortable in our town . Stop the dirty looks and the judging too.

Lately, my experience at Panera has been a mixed bag compared to what it used to be. In past visits, the food tasted fresher and portions felt generous for the price, but recently I’ve noticed both quality and quantity seem to have dipped. Sandwiches and soups sometimes come out colder or less flavorful than expected, and salads that once felt hearty now feel skimpy in toppings and protein. It’s frustrating when the menu still carries premium prices but the portions don’t match what you remember from even a couple of years ago.
