Got the Philly cheese steak. A bit messy but tastes good. Fries were well cooked. They have one of those pick any flavor Pepsi machines. Service is relatively fast. I ordered ahead from their website.

This is a relatively new place. The Bronx Sandwich Co has a lot of really hearty sandwiches. The place is in a good location, close to a couple of major streets, the only down-side is that the parking lot can get a little crowded during busy times. But you’ll usually find a spot in a minute or two. My favorites here are: The Bronx Club, King of Queens, The Mobster and the B.B.Q. Brisket (pictured in my review). I’ve had other sandwiches and they’re all good, but these are my favorites. I have tried the salads as well, and they’re fine. But their strong offerings are the sandwiches for sure. The fries are also delicious, I always get them well-done and they come out super crunchy. Definitely a place to come back regularly.

I just had the most epic tuna sandwich what I was craving you for and I found it at Bronx Sandwich in Tustin! This place is the real deal - their tuna sandwich is so good, it'll make you forget all about your adulting problems (at least for a few bites). The drinking fountain is like a soda sommelier, with more options than a Netflix menu. And on the side they have house-made chips - they're like a flavor bomb just waiting to blow your taste buds away not to salty. Sure, the sandwiches are a little pricier than your average fast food joint, but trust me, it's worth it. Bronx Sandwich is keeping it real (and delicious) even in these hard times. would tuna again!

Giant portions! I should've either shared with my wife or gotten a cold sandwich because after eating this much I felt like a pig! The sandwiches we got we're amazing. I got one with a big sausage, cheese and fries on it, my wife got a BBQ brisket one and my little one got a turkey sandwich. All of them get 5 stars and we all had leftovers for dinner.

Came here on July 8, 2017 at around 12:00 with my friend after my event at Mitsubishi Owner's Day at Cypress. I decided to try out this new place after looking at the Orange County Hotlist of Cheap Eats Best of 2017, and Bronx Sandwich is ranked number one. The shop was busy and it was a hot, humid day. I wanted to sit inside. We got good timing as one of the tables was done being used. My friend got the East Coast Pastrami and I got the The New York with 2 fountain drinks for a grand total of $30. The sandwich is one of the best I had. The portion of meat they give on the sandwich is great. Also the veggies were fresh and generous. My friend liked his sandwich, he said it was very crunchy and crispy. Because I decided not to finish my food I got a to go bag to put the other half in. Even when I brought it back home (to San Diego, I ate it at 19:00 on a hot, humid day) the cold sandwich still taste almost like I had it there. I do not know how a New York deli sandwich exact taste like since I have not been there except when I was very young, but I can say that it is excellent for them to bring that kind of style of food here in SoCal. The drinking fountain had many selections. It was interesting that you can mix drinks. For example you can pick up to 3 flavors for the Mountain Dew energy. I picked lime, lemon, and strawberry. There was also vanilla and raspberry, which I did not try yet. You can do the same for some other selected drinks too. I did not order fries this, but it looks great on picture. The service here was great. The workers were patient to me ordering and attentive. The menu is organized very well, hot sandwiches on one side, cold on another and the french fries/other food on another one. However, I thought their interior was bigger because of the building on the right side of it appears to be connected to it. But, parking was easy to find, which is great for me who came from an hour of driving. Seriously, after eating here I had this thought to myself. Where have I been whenever I come up to Orange County from San Diego? I have driven plenty of times up to Orange County and to Los Angeles and I can not believe I never tried this place. The sandwich at Bronx beats Subways by miles, and is great when compared to Jersey Mike's. My friend says it is even better than our local sandwich shop. I was watching the promotional video of how they make the sandwiches. I can see the great quality control, the best ingredients, and great people who work for them. It is a hidden gem within Orange County that I never found out until today. Will definitely come back next time and order their fries as well and bring my other friends who missed out. This deserves a 5 star from me. It is also number one on my list for the most tasty sandwich I had this year and one of the best in Orange County.

Sloppy Bronx sandwich has a lot going on. Beef, a hot link, cole slaw, fries, and 3 cheeses, topped with spicy mayo. I'm not a "mayo on fries" guy, so I skipped the mayo, and the cheeses got lost in all the flavors going on, but this was a pretty awesome sandwich. Not something I can get just anywhere.

J

Fantastic. Great service and awesome food that reminds me of being back on the east coast. You can order ahead and they have tap to pay. Don’t miss the BBQ brisket fries

Great and hearty sandwich shop with a variety to choose from. We got the Philly cheesesteak, pastrami, and Bronx cold-cut sandwich, along with some coleslaw, Texas brisket fries, and macaroni salad. The sandwiches were very filling and hearty, so I recommend instead of the brisket fries to get something else to complement, unless you just want to eat everything heavy. The service is quick, and everything is made-to-order right behind the register. With COVID, there is outdoor seating, and it isn't usually busy, so everyone eats spaced out. Most people come to get togo.

S
Steve Camacho

Great sandwiches. Can't really go wrong with any of the items on the menu. The fries are killer and they give you a huge serving so come hungry. You really get what you pay for.

Love this place. I am a big guy and can often down a sandwich or foot-long at the competitor stores. I leave here taking half my sandwich home and on a full stomach. You definitely will get your money’s worth. Highly recommend to any sandwich enthusiasts.

Great gourmet sandwiches served hot or cold and an amazing selection of salad! Considering the portions are quite large, enough to make two meals out of one, the prices are very reasonable. I recommend the pear gorgonzola salad and "the hitman".

Best sandwich in Tustin, reminds me of days in my youth back east. I loved the Bronx Club; perfect medley of meet, bacon, veggies, and peppercinis. The roll is home made, and simply divine.

The best Philly cheesesteak and pastrami on rye sandwich we've ever had. It rivals any delis back East. Excellent quality meats and bread. Perfect combo of cheese, onions and meats. The bread was the perfect texture. We will dream about the sandwiches tonight. Loaded with carbs - but don't care! Wish we had this back in Arizona!

I stumbled across this place once. I wish I lived nearby, I'd be a regular. Pretty simple menu, but great sandwiches. Their apple and gorgonzola salad with chicken is amazing. I stop by this place whenever I'm in the area. Just found out that there's one on Anaheim, which is a bit closer, so that's good!

n
nessiemediagroup

I've been a fan of this place since day one, granted I would never have opened a business in that overpriced Plaza. Actually I've had one, but that's another story. They must be counting down the days until they can get out of that lease. Great location for sure. With one of the most popular brew pubs in Orange County in the same center (Tustin Brewery), I can only imagine it's hard for them to get their craft beer offerings to take off. Really their concept should have been more like Hollingshead in Orange - which is a great craft beer bar with great sandwiches. And the sandwiches here at The Bronx are way better than they are at Hollingshead. But I digress. Here's the call: Bronx Club, no lettuce, sub coleslaw and add Jalapeños. Remember me.

M

This place is so good!! Love the Philly and bronx club are my favorites. They seem pricey but you get a lot of food for the price. one small sandwich can feed two people. I definitely recommend Bronx if you want a good sandwich.

Is it possible to have a sandwich with too much meat on it? Well the Bronx is pushing it to the limit. Really, there is so much meat on this thing i almost have to unhinged my jaw to eat it. I can definitely get two meals out of this. Very tasty with high quality meats.

J

Been here a handful of times now and the quality is consistently great, generous portions. Will continue to be a go-to for this extra hungry days. Bronx club is really fresh turkey with creamy havarti and avocado.

The sandwich I got was delicious. The sandwiches are a little pricier than a fast food chain, expect about $10 or $11 per sandwich, but very tasty. My friend that I went with said it was his new favorite sandwich place and potentially the best sandwich he's ever had.

Where do I start! My daughter and I are here from Bakersfield for an Elite Girls Basketball tournament. We were looking for something healthy to eat and found Bronx Sandwich Company! Their food looked good online so we decided to try it out, let me tell you! Thier food is so good and the staff here are very friendly and amazing! Big shout out to David who was very helpful during our visit. Thank you very much for everything and we will definitely be coming back! 🙏

We've been driving past this place for over 5 years (if they've been there that long). We've never tried it because we assumed it was just a "beer pub / sandwich place", which it is, and there's nothing wrong with those places, but we don't drink beer or eat sandwiches (we're some of those low-carb people). But a very pleasant surprise, they also have incredible, fresh salads! The service has been excellent, the place is very clean and I suspect their sandwiches are delicious. 5 STARS!

Love their sandwiches on baguettes and their bacon breakfast burritos. I've tried their hot and cold sandwiches at both their Anaheim and Tustin locations, and most are pretty delicious with quality ingredients. The only thing I'm not a fan of is their thick pastrami (they have 2 kinds - thick and thin), which I once got by accident. Their thin (westcoast/california style) pastrami is great though. I will note that I've only ordered for delivery, so have never been to the actual restaurants.

I definitely recommend their Corned Beef Reuben sandwich (on rye, of course!) Enjoy your meal Al fresco in their outdoor patio area.

The sandwiches are authentic “East Coast” and they put great care into offering high quality, lean, flavorful meat and really good bread. Usually a company will miss one of those elements but they win on both. I really enjoyed my sandwich and I’ll be bringing my husband by to have more.

My favorite sandwich place! A very nice clean upscale sandwich establishment. This place serves a really big sandwich. I cut it in half and ate it for 2 meals. On my first visit and I ordered the Mob Boss. The bread roll has a wonderful crisp crust. The meat is thinly sliced, but they pile it on thick! The slaw and dressing were delicious. Excellent. I hope there are more locations soon.

L

Love this place! They have the BEST veggie sandwich I've ever had. They sandwiches and they are huge, the size of my arm. The meat sandwiches are jam packed with meat. They are a bit pricey but definitely worth it. They cit the sub in half and honestly, its enough to share with a other person..I usually do. Well worth it and highly recommended. This New York based chain knows how to make a great sub.

I went to a the exact same restaurant in Anaheim and the customer service could not even begin to measure the amount of welcoming this place brings! I immediately was greeted by the staff including the ones that were on their break, eating their lunches! My sandwich was to die for I almost melted at my table. This is a combination near impossible to find in California!!! Thank you so much to the staff for keeping their attitudes superior to the hard times I'm sure we are all having. This is my first time eating at this restaurant. There was a little confusion about grilling the bread (I'm picky and like my bread crunchy). When I brought my concern to the cashier, he was very polite about everything and quickly remade my sandwich to perfection. I couldnt be happier with my experience at Bronx Sandwich Co. 🤗 I will definitely return to try a different sandwich next time I'm in the area 🤤

Mis favoritos son: The Bronx Club, King of Queens, The Mobster y el B.B.Q.

I stopped by this spot on a whim, primarily drawn in by the enticing name—after all, I’ve always loved Sandos on the East Coast, and they're a bit harder to come by out here. The atmosphere is charming and has a distinct Californian vibe that adds to the experience. However, my visit was slightly marred by the demeanor of the gentleman at the register, who came across as quite stern; he might be better suited for back-of-house duties than front-of-house interactions. On the bright side, the pricing for the sandwiches was reasonable, though I found the portion size of the fries a bit disappointing—definitely opt for the house-made chips instead; they're a much better choice! As for the food, the pastrami sandwich was flavorful and utterly delicious—it certainly didn't disappoint. The tuna sandwich, while more typical, featured fresh bread that elevated the overall experience. Overall, it’s a cute spot worth visiting, just be prepared for a no-frills interaction at the counter!

We only got the East Coast Pastrami sandwich and the East Coast Corned Beef sandwich with a side of house chips so we can’t speak to all of their other sandwiches which we look forward to trying, but the pastrami was delicious. The roll was perfectly fresh and soft. The meat was flavorful and tender. The mustard and pickle was just tangy enough to cut the fat of the pastrami. The portion was good, could be more but there are options for that. We split a sandwich and had no complaints. The house chips are perfectly crunchy and very flavorful but with a lot of salt once you get to the bottom of the bag, so if you are watching your sodium, this may be a pass. Well, the pastrami would be too then. :-/ The corned beef sandwich was a definite and disappointing pass though. We probably wouldn’t get their corned beef again at all in any of their sandwich options. It’s sliced thin and more of a grocery deli corned beef than a NY deli freshly made corned beef, if you know what I mean. Definitely recommend giving their pastrami and house chips a try though.

Excellent service. Had thw philli steak (not quite a philli but was a good sandwich) Spouse had a tuna sandwich and it was excellent! Added to my list of pplaces to return. More expensive than subway but worth the few extra bucks. Lobed the togo bags since the sandwiches were so big we had to take 1/2 home.

Bronx was great, the quantity of meals was too much for Us. We were able to eat only one half of the sandwich. We called for boxed to pack the rest half. But the sandwiches were so good i microwave the other half later day at work and enjoyed it.

Very large portions. Its hard to find a sandwich that blows your socks off. These sandwiches are tasty but nothing really that unique. I had the pastrami and it was good, but nothing compared to some of the famous Jewish Delis that serve pastrami. Surprisingly their fish & chips are really good. The fish would be better if they were thicker pieces, but they are very good. The fries are not standard chips, they are thin cut fries. However they are extremely good! I find the pricing a bit high for sandwiches

T

The good: Great sandwiches! The bread is fantastic and I never get home with a soggy roll. The custom drink machine is a blast. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Dietz and Watson meats are to notch. The bad: Long wait times for your food. Pricey. Parking can be a challenge sometimes. Red onions on things that don't seem to go with red onions. Overall: Go. Try. You won't be disappointed in the food. You won't leave hungry either.

T
Tim Kirchhoff

The sandwiches here are awesome. Specifically the East coast pastrami sandwich - It. Is. So. Good. My wife usually gets turkey sandwiches and she got a turkey cob with avocado and it was excellent. Only complaint was that it was really warm in the shop and the configuration of tables seemed a little strange but that was dictated by the space available. Just like MacArthur said, I, too, shall return!

D

Not the cleanest Bronx I've see but the food is bomb and it's near my house. Some of the things other reviewers have said is true but the food is pretty fantastic despite the issues with the building. I'm torn. I love the location but they need a little bit of love.

My brother always complains they put in too much meat, so if you love meat, this is definitely it. Their specialty is Pastrami. The picture I added here is West Coast. East Coast has a little more meat they said; however, I didn't fancy the shrimp one. I strongly advise to skip it. If you like hot dog, Slobby Bronx should be your choice. They shoved in a lot of french fries inside the sandwich. A Caution! It takes a little bit of time to get your order, so I strongly advise place an phone order first. Bon Appetit!

Booth the Baja fries with chicken, the chicken was good, but the fries were really oily and crispy at all, the price for the size was good, but I won’t be ordering that’s again.

I had been to the Bronx several times in the past and had great experiences. The most recent visit, however, was after a very long hiatus and had an unfortunate experience. I arrived and ordered my food with my preschooler. As I finished ordering and was paying, there was an employee walking behind the counter with a tray of food in-hand, and he ate some of the chips off the tray. It was very odd and a food-service no-no, and I looked around thinking "Um, who's food is that? Is this guy on his break? Why is he eating behind the counter?". I told myself it was his and he was just starving on his way to go eat on his break. After a while my food came. There is a TV in the lobby playing Buffy the Vampire Slayer on TNT. My daughter happened to look at the TV and immediately came up to me in tears clutching my jacket and pointing to the show. I looked up and there is a gory and violent scene on TV. It was so upsetting to her and to me that this is even going on in a family restaurant. I asked someone to please turn it off. The person did not apologize or even verbally reply but at least they did turn the TV off. She was rattled and kept telling me "Never bring me here again, let's not come back here". Well, no problem. Not going back. The food was not as good as I remember... not sure what the problem is but I am guessing the management is not taking their job seriously.

Great sandwiches. Hit and miss customer service. Our last visit here, the gentleman taking orders was too busy to answer questions regarding a sanwich and just seemed annoyed.

I was not impressed. A friend of mine told me this place was delicious but I'm going to be honest. I didn't think it's great. The sandwiches are pretty big, however not really tasty. I don't think I'm coming back. Also they are very pricey. Two sandwiches for $21.58 without drinks, I think that's a lot.

T

I think I'm a good judge of a good new York style sandwich. I was craving a good pastrami sandwich and found bronx. I usually don't go to a deli right before closing (usually items that have not moved make bad sandwiches) but I was hungry. I ordered the bronx dip and the bread was awesome even though I wasn't given the option of choosing. I was hurried out quickly and brought the food home. The brisket was disappointing being that it was probably the bottom of the steamer. The ajus tasted like it came from a packet. Not to mention it wasn't sealed right and it spilled into bag. My fault for purchasing something this expensive 15 minutes to closing. May another time. The place didn't look busy.

E
EH Imports

My husband enjoyed his pastrami sandwich. I had the shrimp po boy. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't the best either. It was just fried shrimp with hot sauce on the side. The bald gentleman wasn't helpful. My husband asked what he recommended, and his response was, "It depends what you're in the mood for." If you work at a restaurant and can't answer this question, why are you there? At least know what your most popular sandwich is.

S
Stephen Davis

Food is great! I love their breakfast burritos! The bread for the sandwiches is too hard for me and the alternate bread is not good. The atmosphere is decent and would be good if the cooks didn't have music playing a different song while the restaurant has music playing. Personally, I don't like two different songs playing at once. I still go there often and would recommend it. If there weren't 2 songs at once, I'd probably give it 4 stars!

Message to the owner from yours truly that loves your food. The restaurant needs a deep cleaning and to be tightened up. Wear and tear has taken its toll. It does not show as well as it used to. While The Boss is still one of my all time favorite sandwiches in the world (I travel extensively), eating it at your place turned my wife and I off. The people at the next table were commenting to each other on the same topic. It did not help that most of the tables were dirty at the time. Don't want to rub salt in the wound but we could smell sewerage - it was either from the street manhole cover (patio doors were open), lingering from a dirty mop or there is a bigger problem. Please take this feedback as honest. I want to come back and be as impressed as I was on my first, second, fifth, etc visit.

I'm so sad to have to change my review...when it first opened I was in love with this place. Such amazing sandwiches. But it's either under new management or something because I feel that the quality has dropped as the chain has expanded. The last few sandwiches I have ordered here contained obviously frozen meats/fish, heated just before serving. The picture attached shows a heap of lettuce with a thin slice of flash frozen chicken. This place used to serve thick juicy sandwiches, i miss those :(

J

I wish that all the locations had the same food. I really like the maple turkey and ham. Which this store on Newport doesn't have it. The Euclid Anaheim store does. However, the sandwich is made fresh and is very tasty. I do like the shredded lettuce too.

Overall good staff and alot of variety. Looks like quality products. I really enjoyed the sandwichs but lacked portions. I was expecting for the price alot more. I guess you can decide based on the pictures.

MEH.…the place was nice. The sandwich was mediocre. Meat, bread and mustard. Maybe I didn’t order correctly but sandwich should at least have lettuce and tomato. Prices were fine. Bathroom was a mess with no toilet paper or towels.

MEH... el lugar estaba bien. El sándwich era mediocre. Carne, pan y mostaza.

Just got home with our order, started digging in & right away could taste something weird in my sandwich. We placed a to-go order of 3 Bronx Clubs & the one I received, the avocado smelled rancid (bad) so I opened it up & my first piece was hard as a rock & when I checked the other half they were all black. NOT EDIBLE! We've been coming to this location for a while now dining in & to-go & this is the first time I've ever gotten a bad sandwich!! & it hurts even more since prices are up & wouldn't expect to be receiving bad products from this spot.

Upon taking a bite into my food I bit down on A metal washer and had to spit out my food, I find this really alarming being that we paid for two sandwiches and almost broke a tooth or worse practically swallowed a whole metal washer in the middle of my cheese and steak on a Philly cheese steak I really don’t even know what to say as this could’ve gone such a different way being that it’s a choking hazard like what do I do? Really unfortunate as I really wanted to give this a shot.

UPDATE: 1st let me say... I've eaten here many times and I know what the bread should be like. This time.. The staff needs to care more about the food they put through. The bread on my last order was past "firm French Baggett".. and was more like ROCK HARD CROUTON stale old bread. The fact they cut this in half a made a sandwich on it??!! They DONT CARE about serving people. They must hate their jobs. That HOW HARD this bread is... disappointed 😞

Bad attitude, greasy food, bad service, if any. When you put a tip jar at the counter, ask to be tipped before you have done anything, that’s nuts. You want tips on how well you’ve taken my order and how well you took my money? Tips are for services rendered otherwise it’s begging.

Had a #6 Bronx Dip Sandwich + FRIES. Girl at counter raved about the sandwich. It was AVERAGE, and Fries were average. The bread was really good but there was not a lot of meat on the sandwich, especially for the price just under $15. My opinion is its EXPENSIVE. Personally I don't see the value. Not sure if I would go back to try something elae

Being a native New Yorker living in OC, I was skeptical about this place, but the Instagram photos got me to give it a shot. I ordered the pastrami ruben and my GF had "The Boss." The Boss wasn't bad... nothing special. The pastrami ruben.... as soon as I opened the sandwich I asked, "Can I get some pastrami with my coleslaw ruben?" Where's the pastrami? What pastrami was on the sandwich was greasy strips of jerky textured meat, lacking any concept of tasty. At nearly $15 for a pastrami sandwich, this is definitely an epic fail.

Fine sandwiches, but place needs and attitude overhaul. Quiet Sunday afternoon and I stroll in to order 3 sandwiches; one couple ordering ahead of me. I order. I tip. I wait…. And watch as the three people who ordered BEHIND me, plus 2 online orders pickup. Where’s mine, I ask. “Sorry, man, I’m not in the kitchen.” 30 minutes to get 3 cold cut sandwiches! And hardly an apology. Places that slice the meat per order are faster than this!

Ordered the Cali Chicken Club with no tomato. The sandwich had tomatoes, the chicken was dry, and the bread was not fresh. Customer service was less than stellar; he was somewhat rude when asking for here or to go after I started my order.

They keep adding cheese when you ask for no cheese causing us to not eat the sandwich and have to throw it away. This is the second time. Please work on fixing your system so the cooks can read these requests. If this continues one more time we’ll have to stop coming.

Very disappointed in the food…..we had The Hitman and The Boss. Extremely dry, very little meat or flavor. The “hot sandwich” wasn’t hot as one would expect. It’s a cold baguette with the cheese just melted on top of room temperature meat. The young man who took our order was GREAT though!! Super helpful, professional and friendly. Bummer….its such a great location and vibe but I would never come back to order this sandwich again.

So very disappointing that I wonder if this was someone's first day making sandwiches to be honest. The pictures look so great on the website but in truth if you were to get the bossfor example, for your $15 sandwich you'll be greeted with 4 to 5 slices of meat in a mountain of lettuce on dry pieces of bread and a half a tablespoon of spread. Saving grace is $5.99 for a beer though and the service was good, food was definitely not living up to the hype or expense.

¡NO COMESTIBLE!

Pedimos The Hitman and The Boss.

I was craving a pastrami sandwich and didn’t want to go too far to get it, so I thought I’d give this sandwich maker another try. Upon entering, I noticed it was warm inside — not hospitable for indoor eating (probably why more people were eating outside…unless it was for another reason). order my sandwich — the young lady was nice and the ONLY employee wearing a mask. i stood at the back (entrance) and waiting for all of the maskless employees work in the kitchen. One man kept pinching his nose but at no time did i notice him wash or sanitize his hands. Another lady grabbed her shirt collar to wipe her nose. I started to worry that I was in a Spreader Store — those businesses that don’t believe in the pandemic, vaccinations or masks but need to put up a semblance of protection for the public with a lame plexiglass screen. Maybe this place just had unhygienic workers. Whatever the case, I was going to nuke my sandwich for an extra 30 seconds just in case. Now the sandwich wasn’t stupendous, I mean not for the $14+tax I paid. Bread wasn’t toasted enough to exhibited toasted and there wasn’t enough mustard to really stand out over the greasy layers of what I ordered.

The service is horrible at Bronx Sandwiches in North Tustin. I felt like the staff was just ignoring me and I didn't deserve it. I've worked in service and sales before, so I always come in with the utmost respect. I had three issues: (1) I had to wait 15 minutes without anyone in line just to order. They didn't take my order until other people started lining up behind me. (2) When I did order, I wanted to use a gift $20 gift card, which the staff claimed they don't have machines to read the card. Why sell gift cards that aren't redeemable. The card clearly says redeemable at all locations. I was polite and just accepted that it I wanted my food I would have to pay with my card. They should setup expectations early on so they don't disappoint customers. (3) Staff buzzed me to pickup my food, but again choose to work on other things while my food got cold. Why buzz someone to get their food and not give it to them? I've blurred out the credit card digits on the photos.

I tried this place for the first time and it was a horrible experience, the brisket smells disgusting like it’s old meat and smelled very fatty. There was a lot of oil dripping from the meat, even the bread was oily from the outside. It was also very bland, it had no flavor. I ate half and threw the other half away, I will never go to this place ever again.

Will not be coming here any more! Customer walked up, placed and order with the RESTAURANT MANAGER, got a drink and waited in the restaurant for his food - All without wearing a mask. AND THE RESTAURANT MANAGER SAID/DID NOTHING THE WHOLE TIME! Ridiculous!!!

The employees are miserable and not welcoming. We were the only ones there. He seemed so bothered if asked about the sandwiches. Im spending money at your establishment when you have no customers. Why treat people so badly?

B

I don't know what's up with these employees but this is the 2nd time I've come here and my bread is hard as a rock on top. How incompetent do you have to be, to not realize that the bread is too hard when your making a sandwich and to get a fresher piece? Incompetence of sheer magnitude. Your lucky the rest of the sandwich is good.go thru the other reviews and see how many other people sayv the same thing about the bread. Togos and jersey Mike's, never have this issue but it's a regular occurrence here. If you got it together I'd come more often

Food is great. Overall experience and service was really unacceptable today. Placed an order through their website at 1:21-got a text that said the order would be ready at 1:41. Walked in at 1:41, and they had no record of our order. Said they'd have it ready in 10 minutes. Walked back in at 1:55, still not ready. Sitting here in the parking lot writing this review at 2:06, still no sandwiches. Finally got them at 2:09, and the order is wrong. Like their food, but definitely not coming back. Jersey Mikes it is.

VERY DISSAPOINTED. I ordered to go: 1) East Coast Pastrami. There were multiple strips that were completely fat, reducing the sandwich content by 20%. Not strips of pastrami with fat, strips of COMPLETELY FAT. 2) The All American. Very dry sandwich. 3) Spicy Baja Chicken Fries. I received a Baja Chicken sandwich instead. No spicy, no fries. I came early on National Sandwich Day. No one else in the restaurant. I received no receipt. I WILL NOT RETURN.

This used to be one of the best overall sandwich places in OC. But no longer. The last couple of sandwiches I ordered from them were very disappointing. Taste was off, portions were noticeably smaller, and the cole slaw arrived warm and didn't have much dressing in it. Worse, when I tried to call them and provide feedback, they were unwilling to refund my order via GrubHub. Will never patronize again, and recommend others do the same.

M
Marci Martian

We entered the restaurant at 7:30, ordered and were told we couldn't eat there. We presumed this was because they close at 8, but how weird. I mean most restaurants don't close the dining room until the time they close. Sandwiches were good but for $72 for 3 sandwiches, then having to take them home to eat, we probably won't be back.

J

Not sure what is happening at this Tustin location, but they are dropping the ball hard. I am a regular customer (started as a loyal customer to the Anaheim location before I relocated near Tustin), but today's experience will make me reconsider. I had a cold sandwich and a cookie for lunch and they were BOTH awful. The bread was extremely hard - clearly old and left out. It was not edible. The cookie tasted old/stale too. It was pretty gross. This is not the quality I expected from Bronx. I'm not sure I'll eat there again soon or ever after today's gross experience, but I hope they get it together.
