I don’t usually do little Caesars Pizza but I tried this new thing it’s a crazy puff ? Or something like that . Anyways it’s delish , like under $5, and so good it’s a go to when I don’t want something heavy and I’m in a rush. They will usually have some made or if not , it takes like 5 min. But they are so good better than the pizza. I get the pepperoni , but they also have cheese/bacon and cheese plain.

3/12/2024 = 3 Star = order pizza on my app , everything ok until i notice that when they putting my meat its not even close to even , who ever did it maybe his so tired already , will try again next time .

8/15/2024: When we got the pizza, it was stale and wasn't fresh. We had to reheat a lot of the slices in our own toaster oven! I had to call the manager the next day to try and get it refunded. I wasn't going to pay for something that I wasn't completely satisfied with, why should I do that?! I already don't have a lot of money, that's why I am trying to get cheap but good enough pizza but even that failed. Plus, the two times that I ordered from here, their 'Hot N' Ready' portal was not working, so I had to pay at the front instead of taking the order from their portal. To this day, I have not been able to take an order on the portal. Hey at least their app is working great. But I would have appreciated a fresher pizza just like at Dominos. I am hoping I don't get a stomach ache from the food. I have a sensitive gut.

Crunchy thin crust. Supposedly pretzel crust, at least it had the pretzel salt crystals. The first time purchasing, this was good pizza. But over the last few months, the crust keeps becoming thinner and thinner. Today it is thin and crunchy. I like thick and pretzelly (soft). Going back to the original pizza. This is the second time in a row that they have messed up my order! Even if I order Online and they have a list of toppings that I want in my pizza, they can’t seem to get it right! They were late in preparing my pizza, even though I put my order in 2 hrs prior, when it was finally ready, it was wrong, and the Manager never said a sorry, all she said that I could take the wrong pizza or she could give me a refund, no compensation for my time or for their MISTAKES! I couldn’t wait for it because I had to pick up my kids from school, so I took a refund. Very Poor quality control and even worse management! Very Disappointed!! I guess I’m ordering from Dominoes next time!

The lady that’s is making the pizza is not covering her head and I got a big black hair on my pizza 🍕 that was very disgusting 🤮. I talked to the cashier a Latino guy with black hair probably between 35-45 years old and I suggested him to ask their employees to cover their hair because most of the guys had long hair too and he got mad at me . I’ll never buy a pizza 🍕in any of the little Cesar locations anymore.

I understand that it can get busy sometimes but first of all if the website is telling me that you put the pizza in the oven 20 minutes ago it should be ready by now last time I went seriously it was like over 40 minutes and yet they were still saying it’s coming out soon. I didn’t order anything extraordinary I mean is it the whole thing about hot and fresh? Seriously this location is absolutely horrible though customer service And they never have the food ready when you order it.

Update: Seriously dont go here. If you do, dont waste your money with a tip as it will not result in your food being made any better. No matter what you do you can expect undercooked food (seriously, app will say ready in 30 minutes and you'll get an alert that it is done in 10 and it with range between undercooked and soup) that hasn't been properly cut, except for the breadsticks which somehow they usually manage to overcook and often times forget to add the seasoning. Try Tustin Pizza Shack instead. I stopped going there because of an incorrect charge they put on my card, but aside from that the pizza is way better and while its not as cheap it is at least reasonably priced. Original Warning: Only order from here is you are okay with about a 40-60% chance that your food will be undercooked. I have done the research. Doesnt matter if you tip or not, nor if they are busy or not, there is a high chance of your food ranging anywhere from from just unrisen crust to downright pizza soup. If you do decide to order, I would recommend checking your order before leaving and insisting they make you a new one if it's undercooked.

It looks rushed and careless — hardly any olives, peppers, or mushrooms, and most of the pizza is just plain cheese. If I wanted a cheese pizza, I would’ve ordered one. Not worth the money.

I came at 9:30pm. There was a lady working at that time in the front desk taking the orders from customers. I placed an order with her for 2 derto pizza. I havent spoke one word i want bacon. When she gave me the receipt, there was bacon written in the receipt, i told her. she said i promise no bacon and i will make sure to let the staff know. When the pizza was ready i doubled check with her no bacon? she said no bacon. Once i get home i open the box it was a bacon pizza. There was no inch with no bacon. I called the shop. A guy answered telling me i dont understand and its my fault 🙃. I cant get my money back, i cant eat the pizza and they told the customer he doesn't understand. I dont know why the lady did that even tho, she's the one who took it out of the oven and cut it in front of me. Lost a customer 💯

I love little caesars. It should be "hot and ready". If its not, close the location, or the whole point of the chain is lost.
