[Updated] This Subway ROCKS! It’s improved a lot over the past year compared to my last visit in 2019, the sandwich artist make sure my orders are on point and my food is fresh and good as well! Will be returning for my Subway faves!

Used to be 24 hrs but changed times. I've been going here for YEARS since its mere minutes from my home. Its gone through many changes to, which is surprising but comforting to know it always gets far better than it does worse. (Giving it 5 since its currently much better. At one point however, items were insanely portion controlled where it was more bread then whatever it is you wanted. It had a rat problem too and generally was understaffed back then.) Food is still nice, but late night visits tend to have less bread options since its not a 24/7 store so stock runs out near the end and its completely understandable. TLDR Store has gone through ups and downs, mainly ups. Service is great, cant make everyone happy however. Food is as expected good but not jaw dropping great.

Four stars because it's in store service is nothing especial to other Subways, so if you are just looking for any Subway, then here is one. My rating is not based on the delivery service they have, as I haven't used it, so that's something to keep in mind. Try it out for yourselves and let everyone else know how was it ☺👍

Wanted to use a coupon that the current add was running, even though my selection was not listed in the excluded group this subway will only let you get tuna, turkey and 1 other. Or you can order without the coupon. Disappointed ☹️

It could really use some improvement quality of product as far as having it they don't always have everything they need but overall it's a really good place to eat small not really family-oriented hit it hit it and go

The food was good as usual, but the customer service is horrible. I grabbed my food and headed to my table to eat and the representative yelled at me that i had grabbed the wrong cup. What was uncomfortable is a) she made me feel like I was stealing food, and b) it was infront of all of the customers. Subways is usually good, but I doubt that I would go back to this same store

Check out other subways if you can this one does not do the daily 6 inch combo deal. And sometimes they give you a hard time for coupons. Sandwiches are okay though

We arrived 10 minutes before closing, only to be greeted by a lady who yelled at us to hurry because they were closing soon. When she asked if we were paying by cash or card and we said cash, she complained and then made us wait. Frustrated, we ended up leaving without making a purchase.

I ordered thru Uber eats. One sandwich was cold(meatball) should be toasted. Cheese not melted bread not toasted properly. Second sandwich(veggie) half toasted bread and only half filled with veggies. Ridiculous. Never had such poor quality. Paid $30 to throw it into the trash. Absolutely disgusting

Just went in today and I regret it. I was standing there waiting for the employee to help me but he was too busy on his phone then tries to help with a bad attitude. He was making my sandwich wrong. I asked him if someone else can help me and he ignored me. He charged me $7 more and he didn't say thank you. I called the manager and she didn't even apologize she just said to come in with a receipt. I didn't even enjoy my sandwich.

Rude servers. No extra veggies on veggie sub. Reason: they have a national shortage of supplies. If you have a national shortage, then don’t charge the entire price of the sub. You can’t say we have a shortage but go on to charge the entire price of sandwich.

Tried telling the lady on the phone to put jalapeno bread, she told me i have to do that through the app, which I have ALREADY TRIED too. It doesn’t give the choice of Jalapeno bread, tried explaining to her but she’s too ignorant to understand. If you don’t like your job QUIT.

Well after I get my large drink with my combo, I look for straws and after asking the employee she said there was a sign saying no straws as if that was gonna answer the question why there was no straws at all, but I guess apparently here they don’t give anyone straws? :/ baffling??

Worst subway ever and Ive tried every subway in OC . The servers were rude she wouldn’t listen to anything i asked i felt like i was being kicked out and when it came to the veggies she was barely putting any and i was okay with that but when it cane to olives she literally just put 5 olives in the bowl when i asked for extra it was 5 more and when the bowl was done it was literally half full i order this everyday from a different subway it’s either full or they can barely close it and thats why i order it but this place is definitely the worst regarding everything if i can give it to 0/5 i wouldve

they just take your money!! i placed an online order and they say they close at 11 online and on the DOOR. We get there at 10 pm and the guy was already closing and didn’t let us in. Took out money and got no sandwiches. Trash location they are all so lazy never go there!!!
