I have been craving a hamburger for a while now. However, I typically do not get them just because I don’t do a lot of red meat. My go to place is more of a tex-Mex but I got what they thought were burgers the other day and it was definitely a hamburger don’t. I think if you want a burger, you need to go to a place that makes burgers. And Wendy’s has been making them for a long time. No matter where you go, their burger is quite consistent. The only thing that was lacking was offering ketchup and including a straw in the bag for my frosty. Otherwise, it was the best darn burger I’ve had in a while.

First time at this location. I ordered the baconator fries like I always do, and none of the cheese was melted like it usually comes. When I asked the employees if it was warmed up or if they could warm it up and melt the cheese, they offered to add more cheese for an extra charge but did nothing to fix the fries I had received. I will not be visiting this location again unfortunately

Foods' always pretty good. Drive thru almost always forgets something... Sauce, kids toy, straw, even when you make a mobile order with the items sent directly to Wendy's. Bottles the mind how that still happens. Good food. Check your order before leaving. Left this review 2 years ago, came back to drop the stars down because they still constantly forget things in the drive thru. Order accuracy > time to window

Theres a sign saying Wendy’s wifi WHILE THERES NO WIFI AVAILABLE. The workers acted like there wasn’t an issue with this fact.

The restaurant was clean and the staff was nice. Food was good. The credit card machine was not working correctly and though the staff could sometimes work around it, it caused each transaction to take more time. Also, there was no toilet paper in the ladies room. They did have paper towels in each stall but I was hesitant to flush in the toilet and cause a blockage.

Clean and neat restuarant. Food seemed like it could have been put together a little better. Great service.

Went here yesterday and spent $86 got a family of five. Due to the new California min $20 wage prices here have exploded. The real gem: $5 for a plain baked potato. rotfl. Goodbye Wendy's-----can eat way more healthy for a similar price.

I tried to get the offers on the application or on rewards for past 3 days its been down and the manager Jorge just shrugged and said nothing they can do. Can't even redeem rewards. It would have made me feel better if he at least checked with Corp to figure out why or if would be fixed. We were going to order stuff to take home but skipped it and went to chic fil A instead. If wendys keeps doing this we won't keep coming.

I went to dine in with my 3 daughters. I placed my order with the cashier, who seemed mentally elsewhere. She apologized as she tried to settle down and rung my order up. I placed my order and sat down. I saw that I had been charged for the regular crispy chicken sandwiches and I had ordered the crispy chicken blt sandwiches. So I waited in line to let them know that I wanted the bacon and cheese on my chicken sandwiches and offered to pay the difference. However, the cashier started to blame me and said I had ordered the regular ones. She then calls her manager over to whom she says that I ordered the regular and wanted the blt now. I told her I had ordered the blt chicken sandwiches and that my daughter's and I had driven about 15 minutes just to eat Wendy's and that we didn't want to eat our sandwiches plain. The manager continued to tell me my order was already made and that she could charge me for the bacon and cheese a la carte and that it would be expensive. I suggested a solution..." can't you just refund me my money and placethe order correctly and charge me?"And the manager said she couldn't because it had already been processed. Anyway I demanded my money back. The cashier came back and told the manager to charge me for the drinks because we had already gotten our drinks and I said to both her and the manager that I didn't want the food nor the drinks and to refund me all my money. I got my money back and left. Never coming back to that location. Staff and especially manager needs further training! It was a Tuesday, August 1st sometime between 11a.m. or noon.

Spider w my meal and lazy employee that cant speak engrish. Nobody picks up the phone and the vm doesn't even say anything about wendys haha. Typical greedy trash.
