This is one of the best-known places in Tuxtla. It's known for its pizzas. Personally, I think the pizza is good, the pasta is average, and the service is very good, but the delivery service needs to improve.

Desde que entre al establecimiento sabía que no sería tan bien atendido, la comida se demora más de lo esperado, hay ciertas cosas que si están ricas pero no simpatice con la pizza, el servicio era muy anticuado, les falta más interés por su trabajo, y el ambiente era bueno aunque le falta más organización espacial del lugar.

El servicio muy lento, las bebidas calientes llegaron por separado, tardaron más de 25 minutos en traerme un chocolate como bebida, la pizza es muy buena, la atención de los meseros es buena, tardaron para traerme la cuenta, en general si no tienes prisa y no eres muy exigente es un buen lugar para ir.

The pizzas are ridiculously expensive for what they are, 685 pesos for a pizza the size of a Domino's family size, they send you a golden pizza that looks like toast.

Order placed at 4:00 pm, supposed to be delivered by 6:30 pm, and at 8:10 pm I had to go pick it up because they weren't answering and it never arrived

We ordered a 12-slice pizza, but they delivered an 8-slice one. When we called, the manager asked if we wanted the difference or to wait for an exchange, giving us an hour and forty-minute wait. Throughout the entire wait, we could hear the manager's annoyance and clear intention to discourage us from getting an exchange, thus increasing our wait time.

Terrible service from the cashier and the waiters. They asked us to wait for a table, and another group arrived and simply sat down. When I explained this to the cashier, she said it wasn't her responsibility and that I couldn't ask them to leave the table because they would get angry.

The order was placed, and after almost three hours, it was delivered. Terrible service. The order was canceled, and even then, they sent it with a different delivery person. Oh, them, they didn't send it with a delivery person from the store. You cancel due to the time, and the manager tells you that she'll deny you service. And she doesn't give you any complaints. Terrible service.

As soon as we arrived we ordered and my wife (pregnant) went to the bathroom and found a huge rat and it started screaming and the only thing the kitchen and reception did was go ask why it was screaming and when I told them it was because there was a rat they just ignored it and did nothing, what a disgusting place, for your health DO NOT EAT IN PLACES WHERE THERE ARE RATS!!!! From being my favorite place it became the place where I will tell everyone for the rest of my life NOT TO GO TO BECAUSE YOU ARE PIGGY!

There isn't a good delivery service. I think they're opening up a lot more businesses lately. I've had a recommendation for pizza here, but I've tried three times to order it on three different days, and they either hang up on me or just turn a deaf ear. Unfortunately, even though they recommend it, the service leaves much to be desired.

I can't believe they don't have a bank terminal, or that their employees don't know how to process payments. It's a shame they're not keeping up with the times. Upgrade or die!
