I really want to thank my server today for doing such a great job. His name is Allen S. and he was fantastic. Not only was the service excellent, the food was perfect. Thanks for such a wonderful experience. Cheddars has come full circle in my view. A couple of years ago I would never have recommended this location. Our most recent dining experience changed that opinion. The dining area was clean, the food was fantastic and the service was impeccable. Highly recommended. It’s been 4 months since we last ate here. Food again was excellent as was the service. 01-28-2020

A delight from start to finish. This place was suggested to me during a 3 hour road trip and the wife thought it'd be good. I wasn't convinced by the name but she explained it was a "Texas Applebees". Honestly not sure I cared for the explanation as my history with applebees hasn't been great. Much to my surprise I found this place wonderful. Our server Samantha took terrific care of us and seemed to always be around when we needed her. We ordered drinks and an appetizer at the same time as our entree's and they pretty much all got there at the same time, normally that's a ding but everything was super tasty so I'll let it slide. The meal and an appetizer plus 3 drinks cost my wife and I 45 bucks. That's pretty good deal and I left full of food and not to drained in the wallet.

Lunch was a heavenly experience after church! The tender steak, enchanting atmosphere, and gracious service combined for an uplifting day!

Nice place. Sorta like Marie calenders if you catch the drift. Great service, and good solid comfort food. A chain, lots of locations.

Very decent experience. Food wasn’t life changing but better than fast food or cooking at home. Good birthday dinner or casual date spot.

The fried shrimp and chicken tenders were very tasty and hot. I wish they offered cocktail sauce for the fried shrimp. The red beans and rice also good. Service was a bit slow. I have to update my review after dining here yesterday(11-18-2025). We ordered the fish and fried shrimp combo as well as a chicken salad. We both felt that our food was excellent. My fish came out so piping hot that I couldn't even eat it for 5 minutes or so, and the fried shrimp was excellent. The server was excellent and very attentive to our needs. The salad was extremely fresh and the chicken strips on it were tender. I also received a free dessert for my half-birthday.

Lots of food for a relatively affordable price. Great atmosphere for casual lunches with friends or family. The country fried steak’s structural integrity broken down a little too quickly but it tasted very good. 🤠🥩

Very delicious! Ordered online, by the time we got there everything was ready. Who can lose with those 🥐 ?! I hadn't eaten all day and this meal really hit the spot. Only got to take a pic of the kids meal 😂 Edit: 5/16/24. I forgot to get the manager's name but I will be FOREVER GRATEFUL for how awesome he was on tonight! He may never know how much of a blessing he was. The food was an absolute hit yet again!

Water was the worst water I’ve ever had. It tasted like it was straight out of a dirty fishbowl. I asked for lemon to try to mask it and even that didn’t work. I then ordered a Sprite to see if that would be any better but since they use water in the fountain machine it tasted like fishy sprite. The honey butter croissants were good and so were the chicken tenders. However, the fishy water ruined the whole experience for me.

This Cheddars has gone down the toilet!! It took us 1:45 minutes to eat. The order was wrong when we did get it. One woman we saw got up and went to the ladies room and they took her food! Then, she came back and told the boy she wasn’t done and he was laughing thought it was funny!! She walked out mad! It wasn’t FUNNY! She told her waiter she was going to the rest room not to take her food!! BAD BAD SERVICE!! I’d fire EVERY manger for this store and start over! It’s been bad for awhile! Please clean this restaurant up it has the customers but not for long!

The restaurant was not clean. Also, my husband ordered a steak and it was completely raw. We ordered a second steak and it was still too raw to eat. They did not take this meal off the ticket. The moral of the story is don’t eat at this Chedder’s location. The only thing they have going for them is cinnamon roll bread!

DO NOT EAT HERE. That was the nastiest meal I’ve had in a while. They told me they were out of potatoes, but I could get loaded mashed potatoes (didn’t tell me I would be upcharged) okay- whatever. The potatoes come out and it’s next to nothing portion wise, and the “potatoes” were not real potatoes. They were absolutely TERRIBLE. I got lemon pepper chicken breast, tasted like a rubber boot. The green beans were obviously canned. And the rice that came with the chicken was almost inedible because it was hard as a rock. The total came out to $20 when the meal was originally $12.99 because the drink and mashed “potatoes” upcharge. Our server was a super nice dude and very attentive, but the food was downright nasty. Please go elsewhere and save your money.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at Cheddar’s. I ordered the grilled chicken Alfredo and got only four strips of chicken—plenty of noodles, but nowhere near enough meat. My mother-in-law ordered grilled shrimp Alfredo and only received four shrimps. When I spoke with the manager, Ein Billedeaux, he claimed my meal had eight ounces of chicken. You’ve got to be kidding me. He didn’t greet us or apologize, which was very unprofessional. I won’t be recommending this place to anyone. Save your money and eat somewhere else!

Zero stars! Was seated by the host, who was nice, but it went downhill from there. Sat in a booth for 20 minutes and never approach by waitstaff. After we stopped the host and advised our extended wait, she approach a waitress who argued that the table didn’t belong to her. Again when asked to speak to a manger a cook was sent out. Short story we left and went somewhere else.

We called in to get on waiting list and left church early. When we arrived (party of 10) no table was ready. Since no reservations we understood. After waiting 45 minutes a party of 10 teenagers came in and were seated at the tall table in bar area. I asked the young Hispanic girl at the desk, WHY! She told me someone in our party didn’t want to sit at tall table. NOT TRUE! After over 45 minutes at this point we would have taken anything. We were all over 75 years old. I feel the table that was seated before us were friends of girl at desk. They were the same age demographic and ethnicity. At one hour the manager found us a table in the back that had been open since we first arrived. The manager comped us three appetizers. We finally ordered with no silverware and napkins for half the table. The appetizers came out but only 7 people got the appetizer plates with no one having any thing to eat apps with and no napkins. The food took 20 minutes for the first food out to the last. By that time the first people’s food was cold. Terrible timing and kitchen awareness. The hamburger it stated to be 8 ounces. When I got home I weighed the 1/2 patty and it only weighed 2 ounces.. So burgers are only 4 ounces cooked weight plus or minus 10%. We were not asked if we wanted mayonnaise. Ketchup was on the table. Don’t go on Sunday unless you bring your own chairs, very few seats, to sit, and be prepared for a very long slow service and wait.

Order the meatloaf, it was burnt & tasted bad. Had 3 bites out of it, couldn't eat it. Green beans were tasteless and soggy. The only good things were the mashed potatoes & white gravy! Also the croissants they serve are amazing!

Experience could of been great, but me and my family were sat where there was food all underneath our booth. I asked our server if she could have it cleaned up and she stated, yes. I then proceeded to watch the busses, our server,and another server sweep and vacuum up all food on the floor, except bear our area. Our server also had a rude, standoffish attitude towards our table, after I asked for food to be cleaned up. Quality of food was not spectacular!!

The waitress kept rushing me and then my order didn't come the way I ordered it ,my burger was burnt , apparently the waitress had to clock out 10 min after we arrived. The waitress didn't take the dishes until I stacked them to the back of the table , she was eating while waiting on our table. The waitress kept trying to take our food. I asked for the BBQ sauce on the side and it came on top I asked for well cooked onions and they were undercooked. The waitress brought me raw onions and wouldn't correct the issue.
