It is always such a treat to eat here! Similar prices to Panda Express, but the quality of food is so much superior! The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. It is a perfect spot for a nice, family meal. An excellent variety of soups - I've tried their Wor Won Ton, Miso, and Hot'n'Sour. They have a good selection of sushi rolls. As for Chinese entrees, I really like their Ginger Beef, Almond/Cashew Chicken, and theri Triple Delight Kung Pao.

My all-time favorite place hands down. Best food... Doesn't taste like it came out of a can or sauce mix like most Asian places... Each sauce has it's own individual flavor. Very polite staff, food is always on the table quickly... No hour long wait to eat. Great prices as well. The only place in town that we can sit down, eat what we want & leave with our hunger sated AND bank account still full. If hubby didn't like variety, I'd eat here every single time I'm in Ukiah.

The food was excellent...thick chow mein noodles ...total satisfaction. The prawn were light and sweet.. The service was prompt and educational. The only detail not so fond of was the actual atmosphere...this place could use some pruvacy screen or dividers so a couple can enjoy a meal together. Kind of got a school cafeteria vibe at this point...other than that this place was AWESOME

I am not big on Asia or Chinese foods, this is one place I can go that has a few other options so that when others want what I am not big o, it is a good compromise. Plus, it is all you can eat, serve yourself. You can eat as little or as much as you like. When you are done, if you saved room, there are desserts too. You can bring your kids and there is "kid friendly" foods. Give it a try!

I ordered a delivery order 10 minutes before closing. I thought they would forget my sauces or mess up my order but I was wrong. I got all 4 extra sauces I asked for. -1 star bc the egg rolls, while crispy outside, the filling was really wet, which I've never experienced before.

It's a very casual place, not fancy, but tge food is good, and the people friendly. I've been sick (nothing contagious) with no appetite for over 3 weeks, and suddenly had a craving for Wor Won Ton soup. My hubby took me here and the soup really hit the spot. Just what I needed!

It was fine, my husband and I came in for the lunch special. Hot&Sour soup (we preferred Lotus’ soup, Anna’s was a bit too hot for us), chow mein and then dishes of sweat and sour pork + chicken curry. I got a tiny little bone in my chicken curry (didn’t mention it to the owner/chef because it didn’t harm me). The lunch specials are really affordable which is the big seller.

Happy with the customer service. Waiter would politely check up on us to make sure we were happy with our meal. Love the decor, authentic Asian vibe. The food was also delicious, especially the sushi. Overall, a great experience.

My teen and I got a sushi roll, spicy edamame, fried soft shelled crab, and the sashimi combo. It was all perfect and came out quickly. The staff were super friendly, too. My only issue was that the dining room was very cold when we were there.

I used to love the fact that they used to cook with less oil and it didn't have that typical restaurant re-used oil taste. - Delivery is often soggy and cold. It became expected for us to have pots ready to re-heat it once it arrived (which is a great way to reheat leftovers, by the way) - I read through all of the reviews and it was no surprise to see comments about the owner lingering. He has always been around, but used to mostly stick to the register or sushi area. These days you can usually find him lingering while drunk, making awkward conversation and has even sat at our table without us asking us if he could join! This is the main reason we stopped going. - Service used to be quick and friendly. The turnover of waiters really hurt them.

My husband ordered a nice meal from Anna’s Bistro earlier this evening. Once it arrived, I checked to see if everything was there and the Szechuan Beef wasn’t there. My husband drove back, explained the problem, and instead of just apologizing, they accused him of lying. First, it’s our 32nd wedding anniversary. Second, we love the food at Anna’s Bistro. We order at least 3 times a month with no complaints. My problem is not with the food, but with the staff. They are rude, point blank. Why in the world would we lie about a missing dish? Especially on our anniversary? You know why? It was missing and they didn’t have the manners to apologize and make us the dish we paid for.

First off not as nice as the picture at all. Food was good though. Had some sushi and some General tao's chicken. Asked for extra spicy and it wasn't spicy at all. Also ordered two cokes with our meal. They gave us cans of coke. And charged 1.25 a piece even though no where on the website did they tell you it was a can.

Food is good just not a lot of it. Service is quick just not real good. Didn't bring us water refills or ask if there was anything we needed. They're just on a hurry. Lunch menu doesn't include appetizers or soup. I feel cheated.

First of all the food is way over priced, I should have turned around and got back in my car when I noticed the bad smell in the parking lot. I got egg rolls, orange chicken and combo fried rice. The rice was okay, I didn't love it, it had a little bit of flavor, at least it wasn't dry. The egg rolls, also okay nothing special, but not bad. The orange chicken was not okay. Well the top layer was descent. It didn't taste aweful, it didn't taste good. It didn't really have an orange flavor. At about the half way point I found big pieces of orange peel, and the taste was horrible. I've never tasted worse orange chicken before. I'm not sure if they messed it up, or if it always tastes like that. I know I am not going back, and I don't recommend anyone else go there, unless you like paying too much for bad food.

There food is good. That is the only reason I am giving two stars. There food is actually extremely good and fresh. But the customer service is awful. The owner is always drunk sitting there. They are not friendly especially the owner. The workers get scolded and in trouble for even attempting to give an extra packet of sauce on to go orders. We have always continued to go back despite that but the last time we called in an order to go we were told what to order because they were busy. I called and asked for an order of hot and sour soup, 2 tempura rolls with avocado, cucumber and cream cheese added to the inside same way my boyfriend asks for it everytime(yes we asked to have a roll with something added but almost all other rolls have these things so it shouldn't be a big deal I thought) at this point we were told no we will make you just regular roll. Than silence for a about a minute in a half I could hear background noise. 2nd person picks up phone. I repeat what I have previously asked for he says OK and than I ask for a rainbow roll and a King of the sea roll( nothing added just what it is on their online menu). He asks you mean spicy scallop roll I say no the king of the sea roll he says no you have easy roll we make you spicy scallop we are busy. So I told them we will place order with someone else. Now if that's to much because they are busy than just tell us it will be a bit of a wait or something but to try to tell us what we are going to buy and have for dinner is not right. On top of their rude customer service on our other visits I would not recommend this establishment.

Unbelievable got there at 8:35pm Saturday night ( 4 people birthday celebration event) Youngish Asian employee sprints out and rudely says we're closed! I respond but I saw online it was 9:00pm.No we close.at 840pm .he turned his back on us ran back inside and went back to watching the football game! DISGUSTING 🫣 treatment! Somewhat ruined the birthday night! I'm going to spread the word totally unacceptable!

I tried Anna’s when I first moved here. Didn’t like the food . I really wanted some good wonton soup but didn’t want to drive up to Peters in Willits . So I ordered some from Anna’s. Well they didn’t fail me . It’s tasted so BLAND!!! Just like they boiled water n threw in veggies. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Placed a delivery order this evening and i must say it was the worst chinese food I've ever had. Ordered chicken egg foo young. I ordered beef and broccoli and broccoli was hard like fresh out of the garden and tasted like sweet cough medicine. Pot sticker taste like they have been sitting in a pot since this morning. All in all a terrible dining experience. Its to bad China Chef isn't around anymore

We were regular customers for years, eat in and take out, lunch and dinner. Will never go back. On a lunchtime visit the older man smelled of booze which I only know because he mawkishly tried to hug me. We stayed away several months. On the last visit, the waitstaff brought a teapot of hot water, no tea, and the food was barely cooked and they absolutely didn't care.

Just ordered from this placeand had it delivered and all I can say is never again. Had it delivered to hotel you would think that you would get soy sauce and cutlery. Ordered sweet and sour chicken and they sent a box of what appeared to be mostly raw vegetables with some dried up fried chicken no sauce on it whatsoever. Sauce was found in a container on the side enough to drown the little amount of dried chicken that was in the sweet and sour chicken container. When I promptly called and asked what was going on with the food and the fact that I ordered 2 meals and rice and had nothing to eat it with. The person I spoke to told me basically too bad. Never will order from them again

Ordered a big meal, paid for the meal to go, when recieved meal, but they forgot two of my items, called them to get my order, that I paid for, and was told to never come back in! How is that good customer service? Especially since I’ve been coming here for years, and they messed up, on the order I bought! Sad part I’m pretty sure it was the owner will definitely be spreading my review around for the horrible service given to me due to the mess up they did!

"we're closing soon." "hurry up." we showed up right before 2, the schedule they have makes absolutely no sense; theyre open from 12-2 and then from 3-9 on sundays. The waiter was rude. lmao. he turned the "open" sign off when he saw us walk up to the door. We went in sat down, the waiter took the menus to our table and said something as he set them down, i didn't make out what he said, but my dad looked kinda surprised and puzzled, he asked me what he thought the waiter meant by what he'd said. The waiter came back a few minutes later and said "dk you know what youd like?" to which we replied "no", then he says "hurry up". his tone was rude and i wasnt in thw mood fr chinese after that. I'd been here once before, the food and service were great. I left without ordering anything this time.

By far the worst Chinese food I’ve ever eaten…. Every dish had the same sauce, all the vegis over-cooked with mostly onion 😳….and over-priced.. but the staff was pleasant

The guy who delivers for the restaurant rips me off 10 dollars every time. This time he said the order was 63.99 I gave him 65.00 and he still proceeded to come after me and say I didn't give him enough and took 10 more dollars, I'll never order from there again no matter how much my kids enjoy their food.

I only have a half hour for lunch so I order my food online like I always do for my co worker and I. However after receiving our food we realized it wasn't what we ordered. I called the restaurant and told the gentleman what had happened but he just told us to have a nice day. Neither of us like broccoli so we threw it away and split the other one. They just recently raised all their prices but not the quality of customer service. I will not be going back.
