I recommend eating here if you can afford it. My family and I were eating here at least once a week, but they recently raised their prices. It was already a luxury for me. I just can't afford it anymore. Homemade sandwiches it is. It was nice knowing this place. Oh well. Like any other high priced place, it won' t last long in Ukiah.

I ordered a peppered turkey sandwich on sourdough. The bread and turkey were amazing! I added bacon to my sandwich, and the price on the marque menu board showed $1.50, but I was charged $2.50. I mentioned this to the cashier but was told prices increased. Also, when ordering, I asked specifically for BLACK olives but was given some sort of marinated Greek olives, which I did not like. I was also charged extra for those olives. I again brought this issue to the person who rang me up. They apologized but did not offer a refund for their mistake. My take a way.... A little more training of employees is needed. I should have been offered a refund and management needs to make sure the prices shown on their menus match the prices charged.

Overall a good impression though and I would (and will) eat here again.

Food is great but service is bad. Every time I go there I have to wait long and they aren’t that busy when I’ve gone in. Today I ordered through door dash cuz it said the wait time was short I ordered clam chowder soups you’d think they would just serve and go since it’s prepared but no my door dasher had to wait there to get the soups. Sourdough please train your employees better!

The food was overpriced for the quality. Including tip, we paid over $50 for 2 medium sandwiches (no drinks or sides) and 2 kids meals. I don't mind paying more for good food but everything was a bit lackluster and the Mac and cheese my kids had was pretty bad. The staff weren't rude but there is obviously not any customer service training going on. I would skip it.

Well first off pulled in and noticed all the windows where filthy. I tried to make the excuse its facing the hot sun. Well not all. We have never been to this sourdough sandwich shop. The two guys working where on there phones . Because evertime the qou k d be looking at me but what was being said was not making since. Until we decided to eat in. Let me go back a step or two. One of the guys grabbed the trash bag that was full . He takes it out when returned I was waking he was patting himself down. without washing giant hands when he returned. He just grabbed new glove and just started putting them on and as soon as they where on his hands wt into his pockets. Then the bell we off for the warming he grabs it out of the oven with the gloves he just contaminated them. And throwing my bread on workstation that is. Bathroom floors where sticky that tells me ʻfirst thing fisrt bathroom floor was sticky. That tell me they use same mop bucket and mop in the kitchen and bathroom witch is against the law. I took photos 📸

I don't know where he changed the time but it certainly wasn't on the Google website it still states 7 PM and regardless if I Door at 6:45 and you close at 6:45. I've made it before you close. It was $50 for lunch with my son. We ordered a wrap, salad, and sandwich combo. Wrap was toasted, which I told them I wanted it cold. My son's sandwich was also supposed to be cold, and they toasted it. I definitely won't be back.

Extremely disappointed first off the workers there are not friendly or welcoming I placed my order & waited an hour!! For two wraps and two soups (which are already pre made) not to mention the food which is very overpriced by the way was disgusting!!! The wraps were sooo soggy & falling apart one of the soups which was the broccoli cheddar tasted so bad like it was spoiled! Whoever is managing this place needs to hire better employees who actually know what they’re doing. I won’t be coming back

Broke a tooth on the bacon bits in the salad. Like little rocks... The house spread tasted like it had fish in it. Not good on any of the sandwiches. The bread was very underwhelming. Had a french dip and cobb salad and tossed them both. Go ANYWHERE else.

My husband said it’s not even 6:45, you don’t close until 7:00 and the guy walked into the back. I understand if he came in close to 7pm but 20 min before closing? Rude…Wont go back
