Comida tradicional bien elaborada, trato agradable y atento, precio ajustado. Recomendable
Comida tradicional y rica a precio razonable.
The whole place is SPECTACULAR!!!!!!!!!!!! Food, service, ambiance—absolutely everything. I went in 2018 with my parents and siblings and had wonderful memories. I've returned because it's a place that's truly worthwhile. Everything is the same quality, or even BETTER THAN BEFORE. It's a sure bet. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. The attention to detail is impeccable, and the food is high-quality and homemade. We tried the delicious and authentic meat croquettes, the pig's ear with its unique flavor, and the calamari, which was incredibly tender and flavorful. We ordered two cuts of meat, secreto and sirloin, and both were fantastic! Cooked exactly as we wanted, and the timing of the service was truly UNMATCHED. For dessert, we enjoyed the Valdecabras delight and cheesecake, and we shared a bottle of wine. The homemade desserts were made with care; I loved them. They offered me coffee and sparkling water on the house. Very, very cheap food and fantastic quality. I will definitely return and order again; it's worth the trip from Murcia (where we're from) and from anywhere in Spain. One of my favorite restaurants. Thank you so much for the service and the amazing food.
Simply exceptional!
An ideal place to enjoy the classic cuisine of the region. I visited a friend in the village and we ate there not only because it's the only restaurant in town, but also because, he told me, it was very good. And he wasn't wrong! Traditional dishes full of flavor and in generous portions. We shared ajoarriro (very good) and morteruelo as starters, a dish I had never tried before, which was spectacular. For our main course, we had a lamb stew where the meat was so tender it practically melted in your mouth, and it was also incredibly flavorful. For dessert, we had "Delicias de Valdecabras," a fantastic cheesecake. Everything was washed down with a very good local wine. It's an ideal place to eat after a visit to the Serranía de Cuenca Natural Park, with its Enchanted City. And the service was impeccable.
The best place we've ever eaten while on rural tourism El Rincón de Valdecabras is a true hidden gem. The setting is simply unbeatable, perfect for a getaway along the Júcar River. The town itself is nothing special, but this restaurant brings life and meaning to the place. The owner's service (I don't know his name, but he's bald and impeccably polite) was 10/10. It's a pleasure to meet people like that, who clearly love what they do. And the food... it's on another level. The gachas are, without exaggeration, the best in the world. Everything that comes off the grill (chorizo, blood sausage, pancetta...) is pure flavor and tradition. The beans with partridge are insane, with a homemade and unparalleled taste. And the morteruelo... an explosion of flavors of the earth, the mountains, and game, just as it should be. The price is almost symbolic for the quality they offer. I don't understand why places like this aren't at the top of every guide. It's worth every kilometer you have to travel to get there. A must-see for rural tourism in Spain.
Heartwarming feel-at-home restaurant with delicious food and a cozy atmosphere. One of the best we've been. Prices are quite low so better book in advance. Don't miss it if you go to Enchanted City.
If you find parking this is the place to be. Great service with great prices. 🔥
Second time here, and it did not disappoint. Super friendly service and great local food. Everything is home made and local.
Excellent restaurant in a tiny village. Superb food, quaint atmosphere and very friendly and attentive staff.
Cosy and familiar place. The food is gorgeous. It is the only restaurant in the town.
Perfect
I am Denzil from Sri Lanka nature and wildlife photographer we came know this place from the Internet and we love this place very delicious food and had wonderful time thank you
Lovely simple and local food from Cuenca, at 10 minutes from Ciudad Encantada and Cuenca downtown. Really loved "judias con perdiz". They always specify what they do themselves ("casero") and what is pre-made. And service was superb. Well done.

Very friendly people, very nice restaurant to eat.
