Excellent coffee
Delicious!!! Love it
Simply love it!!
Great food
Decent enough, get the hardboiled egg and fruit plate and then go on the mummy ride, and Jurassic Park ride. It's like playing a whole other game of hot potato, but in your guts.
This little spot had a delicious chocolate and strawberry crepe. The coffee was perfect also.
They were out of a lot of food early in the day. It was 430pm.and half their menu was out of product.
A. It opens at 9 am not 10 am, so you can get your early morning coffee kicks. B. How delightful restauranteur honoured us with a free banana (extra large). Bravo!
I'm not giving 5 star bc of the food. Its good enough, yes its overpriced. - Yes, they run out of things often. However, if you need a coffee and don't want to brave Starbucks, this is a great stop. Everytime we've been in here the line is short and there is available indoor seating. Its kind of our secret take-a-break spot. The staff has always been kind.

I always eat here. They have small bites like cheese and apple boxes with hard-boiled eggs or sandwiches. Get the warm one turkey and cheese that was delicious. Also, the Italian bites with powder sugar are nice and warm to die for (Beginets). Staff is nice, and they clean the tables often. It's not as crowded as popular spots. They have bottled wine minis, too.

Little pricey for what you get, but it's a theme park after all
Chocolate croissant was great. Sandwich was ok. Bread good, ham good, chesse tasted weird. Overall good, nothing groundbreaking.
very good caramel frappuccino would 100% recommend if u love sweet with a slight coffee taste. prices r high tho
I was expecting more…pricey cold foods like salads and cold subs. Don’t get the brownie - overly sweet. Did not try croissants. Nonetheless the salad was a good size and was very filling.

The coffee was surprisingly really good. One of the best macchiatos I've ever had. The sandwiches were very meh... did not like the ham and brie. Weird combo there.

A little pricey, but I guess it's expected at the theme parks.
Crepes — could be better… service is good…
This was the most edible food I had in the park. Still not good but I was able to eat my entire sandwich. It really is a shame that most of the food at Universal Studios is so bad.
Prepackaged foods that they heat up. Looks good though. The crepes they make there fresh. You can get espressos here too. Got a quiche Lorraine and an espresso.
Sadly, the chocolate spiral croissant was stale. The black tea, which was made-to-order, and customer service made up for it.
The guy at the counter was ignoring me while I was ordering. I had to repeat myself 3 times that I just wanted a cappuccino.
As food would go at an amusement park, French Bistro was Okay. It is all part of the experience where enjoying what the park brings is the reason for being there and not necessarily the food experience.
The food here is actually pretty good, the prices perhaps not as much. For two sandwiches and a refill it was $35, even for theme park prices that’s pretty high. They have a few sandwiches and pastries in here, going with the French theme. Picked up a caramel macchiato and it was just ok, perhaps needed a bit more caramel. Price on the coffee was reasonable, also picked up a chocolate croissants and it had real good flavor. There always seems to be plenty of seating in here, staff is pretty friendly as well. Overall a good experience, just a little much on the wallet.
I got the chocolate spiral croissant. I thought it was kind of expensive (~$10) and wasn't expecting it to be cold. The filling inside was good but not enough of it. I liked the top half of the croissant because of the chocolate and the cookies, but the bottom half was a chore to eat. I had no issues with service staff.
Coffee latte contains only milk. Crepes are small , not cooked well. On the picture looks different.
Went in here for coffee, didn’t order any food. They made the drip coffee fresh which was nice but it wasn’t very strong.

⚠️ Les bières très cher ⚠️
not good at all the sandwiches had a weird taste.
Great sandwiches.
Skip if you’re looking for a coffee refresh. I’ve ordered Mocha. It wasn’t busy but the order took more than 15 mins. The taste wasn’t great and the coffee wasn’t hot.
Food was pretty good. Kyle was taking my order and just stared at me for a good 30 seconds before asking for my order and got it wrong 3 times.
Got a chocolate croissant and it didn’t even have any chocolate I would not recommend
It's an air conditioned place to sit with mediocre grab and go sandwiches or a hot sandwich/quiche option.
My cappuccino was extremely plain, and the mushroom quiche was just okay. Everything is pricey in the park.
Got the strawberry chocolate crepe — it was inedible. It didn’t have any fresh strawberries, and it didn’t have any Nutella. It was just strawberry jam in a crepe… so disappointing. The mocha was subpar. It didn’t have any sweetener so we asked for sweetener and they said no.

Cool place to get out of the heat for a bit but not much else. Unfriendly, impatient cashiers. Disgusting, sour espresso. "Cold brew" that tastes like their espresso on ice 🤢 The only unpleasant part of our day at Universal.

There was a girl serving on Thursday, 9th April 2026, and her attitude was unbelievable. She was rude, irritated, and acting like customers were an inconvenience. If you hate the job that much, just quit. On top of that, almost everything was sold out, and they still managed to give me the wrong order.
Aucun accueil, un service lamentable et un espace sale --------- A very bad experience in this snack bar which has nothing to do with a restaurant, just a self-service with trays including one with sausage and cheese... hence the name French! No reception, terrible service and a dirty space
Péssimo atendimento. Pedimos para esquentar, disseram que não. Compramos dois croissant recheados que estavam azedos.
Incompetentes. No saben atender al cliente adecuadamente. No lo recomiendo.
Caffe Latte nicht Gut

Atención pésima
Avoid - Probably owned by Krusty the clown from across the street - outrageous prices, pre made, disgusting food
Hours are not correct. Says 24 hours.
Not open. Sign says 9 am but no one cared.
I had the worst Cappuccino ever.
bad service with mediocre theme park food
Good name
It’s to road how the speak with people
Pick something else i would say
Undrinkable coffee
I ordered a croissant and the store said it couldn’t be heated because I git it from the refrigerator. I insisted since I only eat warmed up food but again they said no. 0 customer care! Warming up pastries is something any food service would provide
The guy in the counter- Kevin is very rude. Does not listen. Useless service, below average food. Spiral croissant was cold and not pleasant to eat, strawberry crepe was full of jam not fruit. Disgusting.
Slow to order, slow to serve. You clean your own table. Small serving, pricey, and it's not even good. Refuse to heat their sandwiches from the fridge, when I can see the toaster behind them.
Don’t eat here. They take forever to make your food. No apologies- not happy with customer service.
Poor service. Very slow and uninterested in clients. The server made several mistakes (charging and not delivering the food). We demanded refill a water bottle and they denied it. Reheat a sandwich was also denied.
It's located inside a major theme park that charges $110 ticket and receives tens of thousands of visitors every day, but ran out of food at 4pm. Huge lines, only one overworked cook.
Nothing good about this place. Go somewhere else to eat. Horrible coffee, cold sandwiches and they cannot even warmer up a croissant. Costumer service is very poor.
service was terrible, orders were unorganized. The food was mediocre as well. Too pricey.
I got two coffees here and I had to return both of them. Both were like very light coffee because the coffee machine works like that. The front desk guy was kind of rude and he told me ‘you’re never coming back to this store anymore’ Man the coffee was horrible and I lost time, I’m not coming back never there’s a lot of coffee store in the park

Worse sandwich and worse quiche Lorraine ever. Nothing French. Expensive and low service level (“it is against our rule to provide a glass if you buy a can”???).
Very Bad Very Bad, I do not recommend to anyone. Very disrespectful behavior. One of the employees named ANDIE was very rude towards us and it spoiled our beautiful day. They said they don't have most of our orders, from desserts and cupcakes to Pinklemonade. We had a very sad experience.
The only thing good was to sit inside. 2 sandwiches kids eat half and gone in garbage. I ordered strawberry crepe. It was strawberry sauce in it. Fake advertisements. I wasn't expecting this kind of food and service at Universal studio. Seems like nobody is watching what they are serving.
Terrible place — I absolutely do not recommend it. The coffee was awful, and the brownie I bought was completely inedible, as if the recipe was totally wrong. I tried to return it, but they told me there was no manager available. I waited a long time, but no manager ever showed up, and I didn’t get a refund either. This is unacceptable customer service. I’m extremely disappointed!
I hope these guys understand that people come to the park to have fun. Menu not available, hit food.
I had a worst experience ever. I asked if they can kindly make my iced latte sweet and was told that I would need to pay $1.75 (!!!) to make it sweet. I asked if I can have a whipped cream instead of chocolate on my crepe since my son likes it, and they denied it but still didn’t add a chocolate at least. I saw how they adding a whipped cream to another costumer. I used to visit Universal Studios with the whole family for a years, we spent thousands dollars there. After I was treated with that “service”, I’ll never return to this park again. I felt like all this fun and beauty atmosphere is just money maker machine and we are all used to keep a business.
To start of, I entered this restaurant very excited to try the crepes. James, who took my order was not only, very rude but had such a bad attitude. I had to repeat my order 3x to get it right. Which he still did not get right at the end and didn’t include 2 items. He even decided to include an order in which I did not want nor did I say. I would say spend your money somewhere else.
