Fast and they pay attention to detail.
Love me some Jamba!!!
Delicious
Perfect place for something cold 😀😀😀😀😀😀😀👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Fast service
Healthy refreshments
Grande variété de boissons à base de fruits et aussi de légumes. Très bon et rafraîchissant. Attention cependant à la taille de la boisson, car le "medium" c'est le large pour les européens...
No line and the staff was friendly and helpful. Jamba Juice is a great treat!
5 Stars...Great smoothie vibes
Perfect way to start a day at Universal they are very good with any allergies as well. The smoothies are great.
I should have stuck with the berry blast or the mango instead of getting the peanut butter protein blend, I guess I was expecting more banana to peanut butter ratio and got mostly peanut butter action in mouth
Gluten and dairy free options Go with the plant base ones Was clean and fast People are friendly
I will love it and gotta to get them on this weekend morning
Great staff. Very friendly and quick service.
had a smoothie there and it was so great and refreshing. Very lovely employees too. I'd stop there and grab a ice cold fruit smoothie any time I visit Universal studios. You can bring the smoothie into the park no problem. And 10$ for a big smoothie is much better than any beverage options in the park
The girl behind the counter yesterday was so great and accommodating that I came back again today :) thanks for the delicious strawberry, pineapple, banana smoothie!

Great place for a quick smoothie on the go. Love the choices of smoothies and the non-dairy options. Checking out is easy and the staff are friendly.

Not bad. Jamba juice is good
Pretty good jamba juice
Nothing special. It's a Jamba Juice. This location is really tiny though so you can wait a bit if you order during a rush as they seem to be able to only staff 3 people at most. Still, not the end of the world.
Good healthy option at citywalk. It's also very close to the universal studios gates so you can step out, grab a quick smoothie, and re-enter the theme park. The options are much better at citywalk than inside the theme park
Nice to have a cup of rejuvenate drink after hours of standing in line!
We visited this place while on vacation and my Mom ordered wrong, but we went back and the employees were so nice and helpful and made her order to her liking free of charge. Thank you.

As good as any other Jamba Juice. But the price is outragous
They never fill your drink to top. You can pay for a large but only get a medium portion.
Busy place! A good option if you want something quick and somewhat healthier than what’s in the park. Prices are on the high side, but that seems to be consistent with smoothie shops. Breakfast sandwiches seemed fairly priced though. •Mango Madness 3/5: cold, refreshing, flavor was ok, slightly underwhelming for $11.50. I like that it wasn’t too sweet, and tasted as though the sweetness solely came from the blended fruit (i.e. no added sugars). *Vegan, vegetarian, lactose friendly options!

When to Jamba today 10/9/25 at 8:30 in the morning and when I go there, I am very precise when I order cause of textures i do not like so when I order it make sure to let them know that if I don't want an item in my order to not put it in. But when I told them today. They still created my order with the item in it. Instead of remaking it they just scooped it out and gave it to me. I ordered a large bowl that was about $14. Part of my bowl was scooped out with the stuff that they should have not put on there in the first place and when I complained about it, they just looked at me with I don't know what i'm supposed to do look. I think it's ridiculous that if we ask for certain restrictions on our food that they follow them and they mess up, they should remake it or refund them. Because I technically got a medium bowl in a large cup.
I have never been at a jamba juice were the personnel is slow. Been waiting for 10 minutes. There are two employees and only one is servicing the orders.
More than 70 percent ice.

Overall, I thought my smoothie was great. My sister also ordered a smoothie that we both picked up at the same time from a woman working there. She clearly had an attitude for no reason. Both of our drinks looked exactly the same, and when we asked which is which, she was very salty for no reason. When we first ordered, that same woman with lashes and a nose ring kept making nasty faces at us and kept acting impatient. Respectfully, please put her in her place. Thank you!
My smoothie was not “smooth” I was given a cup of chunky frozen fruit. I also ordered my smoothie ahead a large party and was made to wait until all of them finished ordering for the staff in the back to get off her phone and start making my order
I visited here today. Card was approved twice. So I asked Cashier. She said, "Wait for me" Three minutes later, she gave me the money without telling me I asked why didn't apologize ? She said it wasn't her fault, it was a mechanical problem Isn't it right to explain to me anyway? The white woman was clearly racist I'm so angry and my day is completely ruined Because she asked me what I wanted As if I wanted a free drin My explanation is not perfect because of my lack of English I screwed up all the fun weekend I hope this kind of discrimination doesn't happen in multi-ethnic countries. Anyways I hope everyone is happy and having fun
Very lazy and rude employees. The girls working looked as if it was a chore to help customers. I walked out because she said they couldn’t make any juices due to not having carrots. The girls blank stare not offering any suggestions of what to get instead was amazing!
Most of the staff is nice and I love Jamba Juice however the girl at the front was very rude. Did not catch her name but she gave me the wrong size and just stared at me.
Even if the “white gummi” classic smoothie was one of the best smoothies I have ever had, after reading the ingredients online and realizing that it’s full of toxic stuff known to be harmful and disrupt health, I wish I hadn’t gone. Avoid at all costs if you care about your health.
I ordered a small strawberries wild at around 10:25 August 1, 2017 and Yesenia G(The Server) had a not so welcoming attitude. She also did not blend the smoothie well, I saw chunks of strawberries at the bottom of my drink.👎🏼
I really like Jamba Juice. Especially I enjoy eating açaí bowl. I’ve eaten it several store, but This shop gave pretty a little and awkward more than other shop. Also service is not friendly. I will never go at here.
Hours are incorrect. Despite saying you open at 8:00am your store doesn't open until 10:00. Employees were rude to the many people waiting who read your store was open. You very much should open earlier than ten.
Gave my order to another person who came 15 mins after me.
The lady at the front was rude, sizes were wrong, and she was not nice
On Saturday, my sister, my mother, and I visited the Jamba Juice shop at Universal Studios Hollywood. It was approximately between 5:00–5:30 PM. I went inside to place an order, and a female employee approached me to take it. She had light-colored eyes (blue or green), light-colored hair, and eyelash extensions. From the very beginning, this employee treated me rudely. She looked at me with an extremely unpleasant expression and spoke in a harsh tone. Without greeting me, she immediately said “How can I help you?” in a very annoyed and disrespectful manner. I first asked what the Waffle Bowls include, and she replied very rudely, saying only “yogurt,” while giving me an extremely unpleasant look. After that, I said, “Can I get a Belgian-style waffle with banana and Nutella?” She confirmed the order, I paid, and instead of saying “thank you,” she said “you are all set” in a very rude, disrespectful tone, again staring at me in a hostile way. Later, due to this employee’s mistake, I was given the wrong order. She had incorrectly entered my order as a Waffle Bowl, even though I had only asked what it included and had clearly ordered a Belgian-style waffle with banana and Nutella. Another female employee who handed me the incorrect order stated that they could not prepare Belgian-style waffles with banana and Nutella. I responded that if this item could not be prepared, her colleague should not have accepted my order in the first place. After that, she said they would prepare it anyway, but she did so in a very rude and irritated tone while visibly upset. The only employee in that shop who was polite, professional, and respectful was the male staff member working there. I visit Jamba Juice very frequently, and I have experienced similar situations multiple times, specifically involving female employees who behave rudely and disrespectfully toward customers. And now, addressing you directly—the light-eyed girl with eyelash extensions—if you are tired of life, that is neither my problem nor the problem of other customers. It is unacceptable to project your negativity onto paying customers. You should seriously reconsider your staff, because I will no longer be responsible for my next steps. In situations like this, your business is the one that suffers, as you lose loyal customers like myself and others who no longer feel comfortable or welcome visiting your establishment.
