This restaurant is very clean with cute decor. It's connected to Mo's Tavern and has upstairs seating as well. I ordered the Krusty burger and Sideshow bob footlong. Both items came with fries. It'll definitely fill you up. I recommend getting the condiments from behind the register near the soda machines before going upstairs. Overall I'll give this place a 9/10

I definitely recommend ordering your food via the Universal Studios app. You'll get your food WAY quicker! The food was pretty tasty/average. The atmosphere is super awesome.

The real scoop….you can’t give them 5 stars it’s the principle bc it’s Krazy krusty burger….but you gotta give them 4…… I mean for as packed at this place is…..just one suggestion…..nothing against wearing a mask (your choice) but management shouldn’t have you in charge of yelling out peoples order numbers when their food is ready….give the poor girl some help….i mean they have 4 stations ordering food and take money….. And just one person getting drinks ready and one lady handing out the food….. yes of course there’s a wait but yea of course the food was not great but it’s wasn’t bad meaning it was good…..fries fresh….burger warm and tasty we are at universal I’m happy they got it right and in a timely and orderly fashion….(get it no onion or something so they make it and it’s just not one already waiting in queue) like the hot dog we said just cheese for the kids …. Easy and turned into cheese fries

Always a fun time visiting Krusty Burger because of how immersive the experience is. I tried the Mother Nature burger and was not disappointed. The accompanying fries were fresh and crispy. Try the buzz cola and enjoy watching the Simpsons clips made specifically for the restaurant!

Yet another burger spot in Universal Studios. There is plenty of seating upstairs and if you go straight through to the room up the front, the decor there is much better. The burger was good and like every other place in this area overpriced.

Decent hamburgers for theme park food. Fries are good, food was warm and fries crunchy. Some people had trouble finding seating lunch time on a Thursday. Dessert brownie and cookie were okay. Brownie was chewy. The double burgers are very large. Don’t forget to ask for ranch and stuff when you pay because it is extra. Cool Simpson’s feel.

I love visiting the simpsons Springfield section. I enjoy watching the cartoons while I eat And plenty of seating upstairs. Ordered Duff beer, hot dog is wonderful. Very meaty n plentiful, burgers pretty good. Line looks intimidating but they move fast. Have a large lad donut To go for when I got home, it was still good days later. Coming again!!

Great decor, made me feel as if I were in an episode of the Simpson’s. Burger was pretty decent and the fries were good. Expensive but mainly because it is theme park food. No lines up when I went. Do venture upstairs for seating as there is lot more space.

The food is not good. Burger was bland and flavorless. Fries were okay. You come here for the novelty, not the quality. 100/10 for ambience though.

Place can get drowning on the day extremely busy. we had the Clogger burger, which was decent, and the Vegan which was actually bad. Theme is cool and different areas to sit in, also it’s connected with the bar and another restaurant.

The Krusty Burger was just kind of okay. If you go to the second floor you'll see that the Simpsons restaurants are all connected, so I'd probably recommend one of the other options. The hotdog left me feeling a little queasy, the fries were dry, and forget about refills on the sodas unless you opt for the reusable plastic cup. Overall it was kinda meh.

Eating at Krusty Burger was disappointing. The burger tasted like a lower quality version of Burger King, but for a much higher price. It’s clear you’re paying for the novelty, not the flavor or quality. As for the Buzz Cola? Don’t bother. The taste was strange and just felt off it’s not worth trying, even for the gimmick. If you’re hungry at the park, you’re better off exploring other food options. Krusty Burger is all hype and no substance. Save your money!

It was a O.K. Hotdog. As it is located inside of the universal studios and if you’re hungry then there is not many options available. As I said the Hotdog was Not Special. Expensive too. You can also bring some food with yourself into the park if you prefer.
