So on Sunday 12/29 we ordered or usually and I have to say everything was on point!! What really drove me to write this review is that this crew (because change over is ongoing issue for food service right now) took the time to assure my French fries were crispy! It seems like every time I ask for well done fries they (most Wingstops) are too busy to care, and I don’t really care for limp fries. BUT also the wings were perfect too and even though I took a little extra time to get there because they usually have a longer wait time than what the app says, my order was ready and still warm when I walked in!! Thanks you made my night!
😋🤩🤩 The joy in my eyes when everything is cooked just the way I like it. I'm not your average customer. I request my wings to be cooked for 28min(crisp but not burnt) and my fries well done.. Mannn let me tell you, when them wings and fries cooked to perfection its 🔥🔥!! Louisiana Rub and BBQ are my go to flavors..
Came in with my cousin today, she blessed me with alittle lunch and movie day! She ordered us a the chicken sandwich and man was that delicious definitely going to have to retry different flavors next time! I had the Spicy Korean and man was it delicious with ranch!!! I definitely recommend!!! Here's some pics.
Yes, they have a lot of staff member yes they are kind of cramped in that small kitchen. Yes, they should enforce hair nets. Yes its alot of young folks. Lets be real who else wants to be in a kitchen frying wings all day...this place is undeniably yummy. I cant find garlic parmesean wings like this at any other wing place. They are soo good im addicted. I like to take the leftover fries and make potato egg tacos in the morning soo yummy so i consider eating here 2 meals lol so upset that they told me they dont make the yeast rolls anymore
Twice in a row, I placed an order and was told at the pickup time that I had to wait because it wasn't started yet. They get very busy. That being said the food is great and the orders are accurate.
Count your days, Wingstop. Yall play TOO much. I spent $60 on 3 meals which is already diabolical enough. Then, yall wanna test folks by quoting me 21mins for pick up, only to have me wait an additional 25mins, okay. I stood patient. Only to get home, start eating my food, 3 wings deep, I stopped and mentally said “hey naaaa…” and see out my TEN piece meal, I got ONE FLAT? NINE drums?! If yall don’t stop playing in my face!!!! If any of you see me out there with a sign, yelling this Wingstop ain’t got no flats while ringing a bell. Please know it’s me. I’m mad. I would end this with thanks but I ain’t thankful in no way. Bye.
Jacob the manager has the worst customer service, i placed an order for tomorrow “SuperBowl” day and something in the system messed up and Jacob refused to change my order from today to tomorrow! I just cancelled my order and ordered from a different wingstop. Definitely will stop coming to this one. He at least could have been nicer about it.
My wings were barely seasoned. Tasted more like plain wings. My fries didn’t have any seasoning either. I felt like I wasted money. 😒
I’m very disappointed with my recent order from this Wingstop location. I ordered 20 boneless wings but only received 15. By the time I got home and realized it, it was too late to go back. When you pay for a certain amount of food, you expect to receive everything you ordered. Quality control and accuracy really need improvement. This experience was frustrating and makes me hesitant to order from this location again. I hope management sees this and works on ensuring orders are complete before handing them to customers.
I came here October 22, 2025 from 8-9pm. My food turned out amazing. The fries and wings were generously seasoned and cooked well. Unfortunately, it was ruined by an employee saying slurs in every other sentence. The employee was saying the hard R, the employee was also of Hispanic descent. He was talking pretty loudly towards where the restrooms were with other employees. Im assuming they were on their lunch. This is completely unacceptable especially loudly at your workplace.
Unfortunately, I mistakenly ordered from the wrong location, but more concerningly, I discovered a long black hair in my wings. This completely ruined the meal and was very off-putting.
Service is horrible , ordered wings and they were too lazy to do what the app cannot . They lied about fixing my order then claim they're gonna waste food. Ugh this location needs work on their customer service. They only have 1 job is to serve guests and they can't even do that.
Called in an order, they said it would be ready at 8:10. I showed up at 8:15 and they said it would another 20 minutes. Luckily I hadn’t paid for it yet so I was able to just walk out. Joke of an establishment
Well here we are another customer service bomb; this one I'm really disappointed. Food would of been a 4-5 but after that bad customer service left a bad taste. Simple 101 customer service; greet w/a smile but not today and they don't wear name tags i know why now. The young lady w/bleached blonde hair oversized glasses at register today is not in the mood to deal w/customers her face attitude is enough for me.to have walked out but I paid online and didn't want to hassle and leave.
Horrible food! The wings were straight GREASE and no flavor. The grease was so bad it leaked onto my car seat through the container and to go bag. They forgot the fries and the ranch was warm when we got it. All the wings were chewy when extra crispy was requested. Would not recommend. Not worth the price you pay.
I waited over 30 mins just to get my wings looking like this. Right as the cashier was taking my order, she turns around talking to an employee without saying excuse me or anything of that sort. I had to wait til she was done talking just so I can continue placing my order. This location always disappoints but I keep giving them chances in hopes it would get better. So far it's gotten worse.
I placed a mobile order at 10:51pm. I get to the store at 11:08pm i tell the cashier my name for order she didnt tell me how much longer or anything. I was waiting for over 30minutes for MY ORDER i watched them put it on the little cart thing. I was watching others get their order and fast but my order was STILL SITTING ON THE CART! I let 10min go by cashier is just in la la land not even realizing i been waiting for MY ORDER MIND YOU ITS BONELESS WINGS I KNOW IT ONLY TAKES 10minutes the most to make! I then go up and say how much longer for my order this is the 3rd time shes asked me my name for my order when i told her 20minutes ago! She grabs my order from the cart and i asked how long has it been sitting there and she said not that long when i clearly watched her let time go by and i said really cause its been sitting there this whole time! She CLEARLY LIED TO MY FACE! I then ask for the manager some scruffy looking kid asks what the problem was and i said my order has been sitting there for the past 10min and he apologized and i then asked him how long he said not that long i said really cause i saw it sitting for 10min and he apologized again i asked for his boss who i can make a report to because this is ridiculous! Its common sense to put an "H" letting the kitchen know i was HERE BUT THERE WAS NOTHING ON MY TICKET! The cashier AGAIN LIED TO MY FACE SAYING SHE PUT AN H AND THE SCRUFFY GUY SAID SHE DIDNT ITS COMMON SENSE! Now i remember why i HATE THIS LOCATION!! Lack of common sense and i bet if i didnt ask how much longer my order would have STILL BEEN SITTING THERE! I didnt leave until 11:30pm! Make it make sense!
Called in a carry out order. Waited on hold for 8 minutes and was hung up on. I called back and gave my order that was not difficult 20 bone in flats with lemon pepper seasoning. 20 bone in flats extra well done original hot light sauce. The price was $58. When I arrived I asked to see the wings before I pay because they have been wrong several times. Again the order was wrong with lemon pepper being so we’ll done they looked like jerky and the original hot were soft and soupy in sauce. I asked them to please make them again and that I would wait. The male cashier got the female who was verbally angry that I requested them redone saying “ain’t nothing wrong with them” and when I tried to explained she got an attitude and wanted to argue semantics. I asked the male if she was angry and he said no, that’s how she talks to everyone. ***THEN I WATCHED HER GET ME FRESH LEMON PEPPER BUT PUT THE SAME SOUPY SOFT ORIGINAL HOT IN A NEW CONTAINER.***** I asked the male for her name and he refused so I said that’s ok I’ll take a photo. He called her Alex or Alexa as I took the photo and walked out. Why would I pay almost $60 with glove free handled chicken, a bad attitude, and a dirty lobby with only one table in use. I left and I will never be back.
