3rd Base Sports Bar

Went there with the hubs after a work party and had a blast! The owner, Linda and bartender, Holly, we're so nice and fun. We will be back! 😉

I'm giving it 5 stars for the way this place made my husband and me feel. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We felt like part of the neighborhood community. Though it wasn't busy, we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. Great hang out spot. We'll definitely make it ours.

After what happened to me last night, I just HAD to leave a review. I have been to this place a few times, and love it. Good drinks and a nice crowd. Karaoke Thursdays is pretty fun. So much fun that I got super wasted and sang at least 6 songs. By the end of the night, I was sick throwing up in my car. Lynda, who I believe is the owner came out to check on me and realized I was pretty damn drunk, and too wasted to drive. She gave me plenty of ice and called me and uber so I could make it home safely. I absolutely LOVE her for that. Shows she cares about her customers and willing to go the extra mile to make sure drunk drivers aren't on the road. KUDOS to you girl! Ask for her when you get there, and tell her the drunk Karaoke girl sent you lol (probably a lot of those ha) tell her Ebony sent you.

My friends were raving about this place for weeks, so we finally decided to spend our Friday night to come here after a concert nearby. I thought it was just going to be a dive bar, but wow this place is very lively, what I mean lively was that they have a live DJ, full bar, plenty of TV's, beautiful looking staff and very catering. 3rd Base is conveniently centrally located in Hollywood's jungle city. The venue is beautifully designed with a bar located in the middle. When we came, I forget that I'm in Hollywood, music can get a little loud later in the night converting the restaurant scene to a cool lounge. Cauli Burger- love the Vegan option, Surprisingly it made me forget that it was not meat. Fried Strawberries- must try this, it's just not a cheesecake, it's like an angelic cake and cheese cake in one. Lobster Pizza- this is - one-of-a-kind pizza you must try. Freshly made to order as well. All the drinks are awesome by the way, very impressive. Everything we ordered was inexpensive, and everything I had was very delightful. This is my new hot weekend spot when visiting Hollywood!!

Lynda is absolutely amazing. Was here opening night and oh my, such a wonderful experience. She treated us with kindness and such an amazing passion that I felt as though I've known her for years. She remembered our cocktails and honestly, it was better than I'd had in years. Also, she is a WOMAN and OWNS A SPORT BAR. Ok ladies! Let's support this rock star single mom of 4 boys!!

They do not have a kitchen, but they do have an amazing staff. Casino type bar stools, great draft selection for a small dive. Super friendly locals..

Dive bar I didn't even know was here. It's cool. Chill, might get rowdy but overall chill. Pool table, decent restrooms and good pours

This is your basic little dive bar. It's clean, with a juke box and a couple pool tables. On a Friday night draft pints of beer were $5, and vodka and cranberry - with a strong pour - were only $4. Simple place, nice people - we enjoyed it.

I used to go for karaoke but that was the only reason I ever would go because the service was terrible. Response time asking for drinks is always awful considering it is usually slow. They allow vaping inside and leave the door open for smokers to hang out directly outside and it is just smells awful and is not the cleanest place either. The final straw though was when I realized that they continue to serve people alcohol way past when they are fully intoxicated. My friend was attacked in their bar because they continued plying an already well past drunk woman with more alcohol and she took that as encouragement to harass our group until she then hit, grabbed, and pulled my friend by her hair. The bartender refused to discipline the drunk or even ask if the injured parties were ok (my friend had serious enough bruises and a concerning injury to her arm to have to go to the hospital that night, and the karaoke host who helped separate them was scratched enough to bleed) and instead said that if she had to kick out the belligerent drunk, then we, the victims of the harrasment and then violence, would have to leave as well. She also wrongfully claimed that our male friend (who stepped in to protect the target of said violence) hit the drunk woman and wasted several minutes screaming at him for something he didnt do. She never even apologized after the cameras proved that he did no such thing.
