What Customers Say About Chili's
The Upland Chili's is praised for its friendly and efficient service, clean environment, and great value, especially the 3 for $10 deal. Courtney and Ava are repeatedly mentioned as exceptional servers. Some find the chili underwhelming and bean portions skimpy.

Chili's Upland Reviews
I haven't been to Chili's since the late 90s because we honestly don't live near one. But our waitress was excellent, she made some really good choices about their barbecue items and steak and we were all very happy with our meals and took a lot home. Would definitely come back here again
I've been to Chilli's a lot since my room mate worked there. I had never been to this one before and the servers there were the nicest people ever. Out service was fast. We would ask for something and it was at our table two minutes later. The food was great as always. Highly recommend this Chillis
This is a great meeting point to meet my clients and go over offers. 😊 The service was great. The chips and drinks were flowing and allowed us space to spread out and look at different documents.
We are Monday night dine in regulars due to physical issues we did To go/ Carry out, Was incredibly Hot and delicious just like our dine in experiences Thank you Chilis Upland for always being awesome!the best servers to Aliayah and Tyler!
So we decided to try this Chili’s location. Just as an alternate to the others in the area. I’m glad we did. There’s always room even if it looks packed. The staff is very nice and prompt. I see some usuals in regards to staff. So they take the time to say hey I’ve served you before. Makes for a home type atmosphere. The crowd is mixed so it’s always lively. And the food is great. Riley has helped us a few times and was great remembering us and offering more options on the menu. Always attentive he did great. It’s our new go to for dinner and lunch. The area is also nice so after lunch there’s lots of place to walk off the food. Take time to swing by you won’t be disappointed.
Have not had good experiences with Chili's in the past, but this location was great today. Hostesses we're awesome, friendly and quick. Our server Ilene was outstanding and very thorough. She check on us frequently and was very sweet to our special needs son. RextaResta was clean and had a good atmosphere. Highly recommend.
This Chili’s is so amazing. I’ve been here several times for school as well as birthdays. Every time I’ve been here it’s been an awesome experience. They’re food is so amazing, as well as their staff. The restrooms are clean and pretty big. If you ever want to have a nice dinner, I would definitely recommend. Even if you’re getting takeout, I’m sure the food is still amazing.
They were awesome in service today. Everything got out quick, and our waitress was very knowledgeable on her local beers. We stayed late after they closed catching up with friends and kept them late. Sorry we kept you all late. You were too nice not telling us anything. We'll pay closer attention to our clocks next time and not keep you late. Wish I could rate you a 10 on here. 🤓
Amazing atmosphere, fast service and excellent service.
This is the only Chili's I enjoy going to, staff is always friendly and attentive, not to mention the food comes out perfect everytime
They were awesome in service today. Everything got out quick, and our waitress was very knowledgeable on her local beers. Food and drinks were delicious. Me, my wife and son will definitely come back again.
The staff are always very friendly and attentive. Food is always prepared well.
I know this is a chain, but track with me … they have great steak! I know, hard to believe, given that it’s a chain. But I’ve tried several of the “steak houses” in the area and time after time the steak is not cooked properly. Odd as it seems, my steak is cooked to perfection EVERY SINGLE TIME, at the chilis in Upland. And they have a nice patio for outdoor dining. Give it a try, I honestly don’t think you’ll be disappointed.
My husband and I never wait long to be seated. We always get the 3-for-$10, and it’s a great deal for all the food we get. We always have plenty even for leftovers. The servers are always friendly and the place is always clean.
One side of the freeway was In-N-Out. The other side was Chili's... I recalled Chili's "3 for me" promotion and figured I'd give it a try. I'm glad I did!!! For less cash than my usual Dbl/Dbl, Animal fries and Arnold Palmer for a grand total of $13.85, I enjoyed a small side salad with Bleu cheese, a much bigger cheeseburger, a mound of fries, and a "bottomless" Arnold Palmer, including 20% gratuity for $14.22!!! It's an absolutely amazing value served in an air-conditioned sports bar style setting!!! My server, Connor, took very good care of me all while NOT hovering over me. Thank you!! No pictures, but it was a large casual dining style cheeseburger accompanied by fries and a drink preceded by a garden salad...we all know what that looks like!!! However, I did take pictures of the incredible part of the visit...the check.
The layout at this location feels more spacious than others. Service was super fast on a Saturday night. Waiter answered any questions we had. Nice guy! And delicious food, as always!
On a Saturday night. It was busy. We were told that it would be (20) mins for a table. They sat us in (15). Waitress introduced herself right away and took our drink orders. Food came out in time. Even the manager helped to serve us. Appreciated the team work. The Only downfall was someone assisting the waitress spilled my wife's dinner as he tried to put it on the table. While it was a mishap they corrected it right away, by getting her meal remade real quick. Also you can't blame the guy for trying. I think it was one of those times where he just needed to breathe. He was going to fast for his own good.
Chili's has been around for enough years that you either like it or you don't. I was not a fan a few years ago but they did change their menu items and now I don't mind going there. I was there to meet my daughter for a quick bite to eat. The food was good and the prices are like every other bar type food place.
Attentive staff and the food is good! Can't complain, great value restaurant
I hope Ronnie’s manager recognizes Ronnie for how caring and helpful he is. I love that he asked the cook to make my corn easier to hold for me.
What an awesome dining experience. I will start by saying that I don’t typically eat at Chili’s. The staff were friendly, courteous and attentive. We were checked on by at least 3 people and I think one was the manager. Everyone was awesome. My girlfriend and I came in for dinner on Saturday night at about 9PM. Earlier in the day, We had an awful dining experience at a swanky restaurant in La Verne. Service was terrible!! (Chase’s in La Verne) I was honestly surprised that my experience at Chili’s in Upland, specifically with the service team, was so remarkable. Thank you, we will definitely be back!
We had the two for $25 which was, was, great choice because we got to share an appetizer and dessert. I had the chicken fajitas which is my favorite. My friend had the sirloin steak which she said was cooked perfectly. Positive atmosphere. Waitress Shannon attentive and made us laugh. Check out was easy at the small table kiosk. We were even able to split the bill and use separate credit cards to pay and tip the waitress.
I took my son there for lunch today and it was amazing....best spinach dip ever....the bar tender was very nice and courteous food was hot, fresh and delicious, and as my son and I were eating, a rude customer came in and got upset because he and his wife were not waited on fast enough, mind you it's opening time and they had only been open about 30-45 min and he went left. I would like to say that I think the manager handled the situation very well and professionally....
My go to place after church for lunch always a pleasing staff, on this visit we encounter an issue with one of our entrée. We made aware to our waitress the issue which by the way was extremely attentive handled the situation by telling management. Manager came out within mins and apologized for the mishap. You guys are awesome! Costumer service is key for any establishment. I’m pleased with everything, thank you :)
Every Thursday the coworkers and i come in for margaritas and appetizers. The atmosphere is very chill, the bartenders make good strong drinks and the waitresses have great recommendations. I appreciate that they let you know the specials right away, and if they find a better deal for your order they let you know. Very friendy staff.
Love chillies the Nashville hot motz are the best thing on the menu and the mix and match Arnold Palmer's.
Took my daughter's for one of there B-Day dinner. I had the Grandpa Burger with fries and it was the best burger in town!!!
I took a friend of mine that had never eaten at Chili's before. He enjoyed his burger very much. I got the 3 meat fajitas, and they were very good! I love Chili's because they have something for everyone. Also a great place for sports! They have a full bar and TVs everywhere playing different sports games. Its a fun atmosphere. A+
Really good service, very respectful and friendly. The burgers on the 3 for me menu are delicious and the portion is generous. But 🫤 The only thing I wasn't satisfied with was that I ordered a salad with soup from the menu, but the portion I got was very small for the price I paid. They should add salad to the 3 for me menu and make it a decent portion. Other than that, I was very satisfied.
We love Chili's! You can always count on consistently good food and consistently good service. We stopped here on our way out of town and we're not disappointed. Great fun vibe. Very clean and very sweet servers. My son had a triple patty burger with a chocolate lava cake for dessert. He ate every morsel and enjoyed every bite. Not a place to go when you're on a diet :-) But lots of fun nonetheless!
This location is always great! Tyler the manager makes sure we are good.
Came here Sunday morning at opening with my wife and 3 yo daughter and was surprised at how good of an experience we had. Tyler the manager and the waitress (sorry cannot recall her name but believe her name started with a K) were pleasantly professional prompt and courteous. Steak for my wife was cooked perfectly and the special with appetizer, entree and drink was well priced! It was a bit cold in the restaurant when we first arrived but the staff turned down the ac when they saw us cold. Service was the best part of the visit and I'm glad to have this Chili's in our neighborhood, we will definitely be back, thank you!
I ordered a burger with bacon and a side of asparagus. Both were incredible. It was enough food for both my wife and I. I will be going back soon.
Love the 3 for Me! Not many choices, but you can't really mess up a cheeseburger. My family can eat for less than a fast food restaurant. You get to sit down, someone brings you your food, and you get unlimited refills on non-alcoholic drinks.
The food and staff were on point. Everything was good and delicious. I went at a busy time on a Saturday evening and it was still great.
3 for $10 and includes a drink is such a great value. My mom swears by it! I ordered the healthier option, "margarita chicken," it came with beans and rice. Comes with plenty of chicken and was pretty good. The beans and rice not so much.
Had a great time. Santa and Mrs. Clause came in to eat and took pictures with everyone who asked. All the little kids were very excited. It was a great day. Just wish we were all there.
We love coming to Chilis after church on Sundays for lunch... friendly and timely servers, family-friendly atmosphere, sports on numerous screens... m. . .. . . . . . ... Mi
Love this place!! Great service!! Great food! This prices are reasonable!! Upland, Ca is the beat Chillis!!! Now my kids go!! Manager walks around checking on us and helping his employee's. Thanks to you all!
Love Chilis, the Upland location is fantastic. Great food, great service. Well managed location. Good management and Service is so important. They have it together in Upland.
Can you really go wrong with Chilis? The 3 for me deal is just too hard to beat, and with multiple football games going on at once, it’s a great place to be on Sundays. I love the vibe from the bar area, because the bartenders all seemed to know the locals, and if not, either wanted to get to know you, or give you space to watch the games. Chilis truly is a neighborhood gathering spot!!
We had Ava as a server and she was amazing. Didn't have to ask for anything. She is kind and friendly. Always has a smile on her face and made us feel very welcomed. Will be back to see her. You da best Ava!
The food was good The service was excellent but at my visit there was too many kids making noise
Let me start off by saying this is a good location. Me and my grandma always go to this Chili’s for lunch. This is one of our favorite restaurants to eat at. The first couple times we went to this location the management and staff we’re kind of rocky but as we started coming more everything seem to be OK. When we first started to come here we had a couple of problem with splitting the checks but other than that everything has been fine. This is a highly recommended place to eat at Great food, good management, and good food.
Went here with my family to celebrate my Birthday! I hadn’t been to Chili’s in years and was very surprised how great the food was. Very good portions, free refills and they even sang Happy Birthday and I got ice cream. Service was good.
Beautiful interior with new restaurant branding. Very nice outdoor patio with additional bar. Food was great, service from Jose was kind of hum. He was very gruff and probably should have an extra bartender or bar back.
A friend of mine texted @ about 9pm on a Friday asking if I wanted to go grab a bite when she got off work. I texted back "Sure." She wanted to go to Wing Stop because they were open until 12am, & she was craving wings. We were there for half an hour without being helped, so we left. We were in the car wondering where to go because she was kinda hangry.😄 We drove around spotting a Chili's. My friend said we should go there because they also had buffalo wings. l glanced @ the restaurant's hours noting that they close @ 11pm on Fridays & Saturdays. Looking @ my phone, I saw it was 10:35pm. As we walked into the restaurant, I said "Hey, they close @ 11pm. Hopefully, they serve us." She replied "I hope so." The host looked over @ us & asked how many. Right away, he led us to a booth. The waiter was quick & attentive. I ordered a 12 Piece Original Wings half w/Sweet Chipotle Sauce & the other half w/ Sweet (Thai) Chili Sauce plus a Lemonade. The accompanying photo is of my 6 Sweet Chili ones. I forgot to take a pick before eating some. My friend ordered a half order of the Texas Cheese Fries, the 8 Piece Boneless Wings w/Buffalo Sauce & a soft drink. Now, I only gave the food a 3 star rating because I believe there were problems w/both orders. Beginning w/my order, the drummets of my bone-in wings had a strange gelatinous substance on them, so it was half my order of wings that was like that. I tasted it, & it was like jellied chicken broth. It was weird, especially since the outer part of the wing was crispy. It almost put me off eating the wings. In all my years of eating chicken wings, I have never had that. Ok, moving on to my friend's order. She really enjoyed her Texas Cheese Fries, but her Boneless Wings, not so much. When the girl server placed the Boneless Wings in front of my friend, my friend immediately asked what kind of sauce was on them. My friend had ordered Buffalo Sauce & the sauce on those wings did not have the bright red orange tint that Buffalo Wings have. The sauce actually looked more like the Sweet Chipotle I had on half of my wings. The female server said she wasn't sure, so she took the plate back to the kitchen to find out. When the plate returned, it was being carried by the manager. He said "I talked to our chef because the coloring didn't look right to me either, but he assured me it was Buffalo Sauce. I also took a sniff & it smells like it." I raised an eyebrow @ the taking a "sniff" part. The manager placed the plate before her. My friend acted like she accepted it. But, as soon as he walked away, she took a bite & immediately said to me "This is not Buffalo Sauce!" I looked @ her "Really?! What does it taste like?" She sighed & replied "I don't know, but not like Buffalo Sauce." I kind of scowled, & then said "Ok, is it @ all spicy?" She glanced up @ me from her plate. "It has a little bit of a spiciness to it." I asked "Is it kind of sweet?" Her eyes grew wide as she looked @ me. "Yeah, it is! Why did u ask that?" I smirked, & then answered. "Because, it looks exactly like the Sweet Chipotle Sauce I have on half of my wings. I think the cook did't want to admit he made a mistake putting the wrong sauce." I didn't tell my friend the other thing I thought. The cook probably didn't want to redo the order because they were probably already closing down the kitchen since it was passed 11pm. I gave only 3 stars for service because of the mix up w/my friend's order. We split the bill 50/50 so we paid $23 & some change, not including tip. I don't think I will be going to Chili's for their wings again. I just can't get over that gelatinous stuff on the drummets. I know they have other good food so I would go back for that. So, my eating experience that day was mediocre.
It’s a good place to stop if you’re in traffic on the 210. You can see the freeway from the restaurant so you‘ll know when traffic has died down.
The hostess sucked. She was sloppy and rude. Our waitress on the other hand was pretty cool. When my cousin got her meal the beans were dried out and her food was cold. Our waitress was on top of that. ( thank you). Other than that it good.
Food was good and quickly delivered but the online experience was poor. First order bounced and was told to call the restaurant, but nobody answered. My bank notified me the a charge for my order was pending. I went back to the chili’s website and got a reorder message, so I did and then called the restaurant to verify I hadn’t placed two orders and to customize it. Asking for sauce on the side or any other request cannot be done through their online ordering system. I hope that someone from Chili’s reads this because this is a another and frequent complaint: during peak hours there few if any curbside parking spots for order pick up. Walk-in customers are using those spots even though they are reserved for take out. I think larger signs to identify curbside pickup for takeout orders will make it harder for them to ignore—and there is something inside us that makes us feel guilty about violating a policy if we know we’re going to be caught. It makes it clear to the customer as well as passers by that the person is parking in a space reserved for someone else.
My booth was horrible and everytime the people on the other side moved i got bumped. The floor under the table was greasy and slippery making it difficult to slide in and out. THE SOUP WAS REALLY WATERY AND SALTY. THE CHIPS WERE COLD AND TOOK 3 TRIES BY OUR PATIENT WAIT STAFF BEFORE THEY WERE ACTUALLY SORTA WARM. The resturant needs to hire .....lots of people still go out and the wait for a table etc could be better.
Our server was great and attentive. Although the front desk greeter and manager were rude, they made our dinner start uncomfortably and had an unnecessary attitude.
The place is typical mediocre American mass chain food. We were gifted a gift card, so we went. We chose from the option on the back of the menu to get a drink, appetizer, and entree at an affordable price. My portion was large enough to take some home (a fairly tasteless "Cajun" shrimp pasta). The chips and salsa were a tasty entree. The chips were thin and crispy, but not greasy. The salsa had some depth of taste. My cocktail tasted nice. We wouldn't have gone, if not for the gift card, but it wasn't entirely bad. Meh. 5/10, Might Recommend.
They seemed under staffed. Nobody seated us right away even though the restaurant wasn't busy. The food was watered down like the salsa, soup, macaroni and cheese. They need to improve the food. Our waitress was great with taking our order but when it came time to pay our bill we had to get help.
Good food they need better lunch specials 47 dollars for 2 burgers and 2 sodas a little pricey
Overall, a bit too pricey for what was offered. We were excited to try the southwestern egg rolls, but it didn't meat the hype. The filling was very mushy without different textures. The fajita trio was very good, but also quite pricey and smaller than expected, considering. For the chips & dip, the chips were good and a very generous portion, but the salsa tasted like it was from a can. Not a bad experience, but we are unlikely to return.
15 tables available, yet had to wait for a table. As well as, several people ahead of us. But, they had three hostess/hosts seating people! "Quesadilla something explosion" very disappointing, didn't live up to the name. The Quesadilla? Cold hard tortilla segments with cold hard yellow stuff on them. A couple of mediocre bland pieces of chicken on top of, what looks like a house, salad. With a smothering of tortillas strips covering the whole thing, in what I can only surmise was an attempt to hide the lackluster meal. Not worth it.
I placed a pickup order for my child, who’s absolutely obsessed with the Triple Dipper. While we’ve visited other Chili’s locations before, this was my first time at the Upland restaurant. Right when I walked in, the place smelled amazing, and the cashier was very welcoming and friendly. However, once I got home and opened the container, I was disappointed to see how heavily seasoned the mozzarella sticks were. It was honestly overwhelming, I had to scrape some of it off because it seemed excessive and potentially upsetting for my child's stomach. I called and spoke with the manager, Christian, to share my concerns. He was very understanding and professional, and he handled the situation well. I appreciated how he resolved the issue.
On this particular Friday night, this Chili’s was packed. Thankfully we were able to get a table with a 10 minute wait for four. They were really efficient at getting the next table ready when a group left. I ordered the chili for the first time. I was very underwhelmed. The chili was too salty and had very little meat in it and it seemed over seasoned without enough ingredients to balance it out. For a place that has chili in their name I was expecting more. The service was nice though.
Came with my son for dinner. The place has a warm environment and the service is friendly. My son ordered the Chicky Chicky Blue and he really liked it. Way too much to finish. He says if you like blue cheese this is for you. We also ordered the hot wings and they were good. Sadly they gave us a filthy dish with the hot wings. I also ordered the spicy shrimp tacos and it was clear that the shrimp was not fresh and there was no spice to speak of. So our experience was half good, half not so good.
Our waitress forgot our appetizer but it was on our bill. The waitress was very apologetic and offered to give them to us anyways but we already had our food. We got our food fairly quickly and yet the tacos were cold and the salad tasted as if it was sitting out for an hour. We were never offered a single refill, even though our cups were less than half full and we were just given food. It's understandable that its a busy Saturday but the service was horrible even for a Saturday.
Floor had trash all over. Tablet for paying was disgusting had dried food stuck on it and was all greasy it hadn't been cleaned in a long time obviously. Said no Onions on burger, not only did it come with onions but the outer peel of the onion too. We got a tomato butt and a non-ripe tomato. Manager walked past looked at empty ice tea cup and didn't even break stride. Annoying fruit flys guests at the table too. Disappointing and mediocre restaurant.
Our last three visits to this location was disappointing seeing their past good service deteriorating. All three times we arrived on Saturday at 5pm with many people waiting. Half the tables were empty and half of these had dishes not cleared. Both hostesses were talking and laughing with each other about something other than trying to get people seated. Fifteen minutes later we were seated at a dirty table with food on the floors. Fortunately our server was great, the food was good like always, but it was evident there is no good management taking care of this once great restaurant.
The food was not appealing, and was heavy and greasy. Food was served quickly, I took most of it home but hesitated to eat it. Seating and parking was plentiful, service was good. It was extremely noisy inside. I don't think I will be returning.
We came here late in the evening after a local high school play with some friends. We walked in, there weren't many people there, a bit of a slow evening...yet they still waited like 10 minutes to even started setting up for a table of 7...a couple of our people ordered the loaded potato soup. Not very loaded. Came out like warm. They returned and got a hot batch. Everyone who ate the soap got sick. Barely made it home. We won't be back. Should have went to In & Out.
I just left here and I went to pay the bill they tell me including the manager that I have to use the kiosk to pay it told the manager that I dont trust that machine with my debit card they said if have to use so thank God I had cash so if you dont like the kiosk machine do not go to this restaurant at this location and they had an cash register in the bar I was on the patio eating and drink they didn't care about me not feeling safe about using my card on the machine
Not to happy with this place right now. Someone jumped in front of my son standing in line, so they were seated first, we get seated next at a booth made for 4 then they seat 2 people at a 6 person table, then to top things off we were passed by about 6 waiters without taking our drink order. So we left and went next door to oggis. We got service right away drink and food order
Food delivered cold, missing a complete dinner and 2 deserts not delivered. Inconvenience at the very least. I called the restaurant and... The rest of my order was left sitting at the restaurant. This is an ongoing issue at this location. I was told I would receive a refund in 5 to 7 days! What ever.
If I could give negative stars I would. I have no problem waiting longer due to staffing issues, but bad service is no excuse. Curbside not available, no problem but you need to put a sign in the parking area saying to come inside. Had to come back and pick up missing items and was accused of lying about it. Then they didn't even apologize when the to go person said yes it was out fault. Then they said that it would be 20 minutes to make the burger and I couldn't wait, so now I have to request a refund online. We are beyond upset!!!
Provide very poor service. I went to pick up a order and had to wait more than 50 minutes. They didn’t even pay attention. I checked in as soon as I went in and after 20 minutes she came and asked for the name again. After another 20 minutes she came asked the name one more time. Which means they didn’t even start to make the order until 40 minutes after I arrived. This is the most horrible restaurant I ever been to. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
Ordered party platters for pick at 6:30pm on Jan. 3rd. I get a call from a manager at 6:26pm that they couldn't make my order. They have no grill & we're out of chicken wings. I was already there to pick up the food when I got the call. The manager offered no other solutions & just smiled & said sorry. I asked how long the grills been broken & he said all day. I asked him, didn't you think to call people ahead, especially those who ordered party platters, and tell them you weren't going to be able to fulfill the order. Even direct me to another store, but no you chose to do absolutely nothing. Your customer service & problem solving skills need some work. Never again Chili's 😒
The potatoes soup was like water with only 2 potato pieces. I ordered house BBQ sauce and it was like habanero sauce. I was supposed to get man n cheese but they gave me potatoes. The server was nice and the ice was good. I will not return to that Chili's. It was almost as bad as the San Bernadino location. Very disappointed and unsatisfied.
We have been coming to this Chili's for years and have never had such horrible service until yesterday. There are alot of new servers there and we always had top notch service from Hannah and Daniel. We usually seat ourselves in the bar and within a few minutes we are asked about drinks. Not yesterday. We waited for a long time for anyone to take our drink orders and even longer to place our orders. The orders were very slow to come out and this is the first time someone in our party had to wait for the food. The guacamole was obviously brown and I can't even believe the kitchen would send something like that out. I asked for my Granddaughter's sliders to be pink and they were dry and overcooked. The corn on the cob was so old and soggy it should have been thrown out way before, again I can't believe the kitchen would send that out. We ordered molten lava cake and we had to ask four times for it. When it finally did come out, the female manager brought it to the table and I mentioned we had been sitting there waiting for 40 minutes, she just gave me the look of death, didn't say a word and walked off. Another long wait to pay. Again, even though the waitress was nice, so surprised and disappointed with the sub-standard service.
I won't be able to comment on anything other than service, or the lack there of. I stopped by for lunch, it's relatively early, they have a good amount of staff yet no one hosting or at the front door to even greet or seat anyone. I'm literally on lunch and was going to get it to go. Another family walks in and is standing behind me for 5 minutes, I made eye contact with someone carrying some dishes to the bar, wasn't even acknowledged. The lady behind me says "this is horrible". I walk out, don't have time to waste. I usually order on the app but because this is not my regular store I just left
Horrible experience, visited this restaurant other times and service was good this time it was absolutely horrendous. Server seemed to be absolutely bothered to be there never came back after taking the order, the wine glass had dried wine residue it was disgusting. Had to ask for my check, which was left thrown on the corner of the table by someone other than server. I am so disappointed by this experience. I don't think I'll be coming back... words fail to describe my disappointment, if I could give them 0 stars, I would....
I ordered 2 meals through the chili's app to be delivered for dinner. When I recieved my order, I sat down at the table ready to eat my Buffalo chicken sandwhich. I took a few bites and noticed that the chicken had a weird texture. I inspected the chicken and it was raw. I was disgusted and lost my appetite immediately. I called the restaurant to notify them about the raw chicken. All they offered me was a $20 certificate instead of a refund for the meal. I will not be dining or ordering from this place ever again. If you decide to dine here please be careful. I definitely would suggest to dine or order food from somewhere else. As a restaurant, it is important to make sure that every meal is fully cooked. This is unacceptable and many people can get really sick from poorly made food. Do better chili's because this is horrible.
2nd time l order Brisket. Quesadias There was. Tiny little pieces of meat In a whole lot of cheese . Will not order them anymore .
Let me start off by saying I love Chili's. It's one of my favorite restaurants. It's only this location that is terrible. My husband and I went here not too long ago for an early lunch. We were seated out on the patio. Well not really seated. The host asked if we would like to eat outside or inside. It was a beautiful day so we decided to eat outside. The host pointed us to the patio and told us to seat ourselves. Okay no problem, so we go and find a table. It was a little busy, but nothing crazy. So we sat there and waited for the server. We waited well over a half hour for anyone to even speak to us. By the time the girl finally came to our table we already knew what we wanted, so we just put our full order in. We both got drinks and a meal each and then an appetizer to share. We ordered the half order of Texas fries. So we waited another half hour before getting our drinks. Yes it took a half hour just for the drinks (2 iced teas, no mixed drinks or anything difficult). The reason we stayed so long was because the waitress was very polite and would apologize each time she came around. I don't believe whatever was happening was her fault. It was something in the kitchen. Anyway we waited a bit longer after getting our drinks and finally got the Texas fries. They were disgusting! We didn't even bother tasting them. They looked very old. The cheese and toppings were like dry and didn't look good at all. I look at my husband and I told him I'm not eating this. It looks like it's been sitting out for a couple days. So we sit there and wait for the waitress to come back around. She never does so we flag down a bus boy. We show him the fries and he was shocked at how they looked. He said he wouldn't eat those either and that he would get a manager to come speak to us about getting some new ones or something else. By this time my husband and I were starving and tired of waiting. It was obvious the fries were bad and that we didn't even touch them. we waited and waited and no one came back, so we said screw this and just went to the front host to pay for the drinks and leave. Again there was no one around. We stood there for a few minutes and just decided to go. We felt bad for not paying for the drinks, but the service was the worst ever. This is the first and only time the service was so bad that we just left. The worst part was we had tried to beat the lunch rush by going there early and due to all the waiting we ended up having to go somewhere else that was super busy. Even though they were busy the service was still 100 times better. We aren't ever going to this Chili's again. The one on Foothill, however is amazing and we go there often.
This place was filthy! Food on the floor everywhere splatters on the tvs outside, the menus were caked with food smudges. I sat on the outside patio (because inside was so disgusting) and every single table was stacked with food and dishes. I had to stand and wait for someone to come clean one for me and my family to sit. When I got served I ordered a chicken sandwich the sandwich & fries were cold, the lettuce was brown and there were several french fries that looked chewed on
The food was cold. It did not include the items that should have been included and items. I actually paid for be careful at this place.
I had a horrible experience here most of my food came out great and tasting well and fine. The waiter was nice as well, but the manager brought over a plate of quesadillas and my sister burnt her hand. It was cherry red and she was claiming it was only cherry red because she was putting ice on it, but we are home now hours later her hands are still very red and she is in pain. She had no sympathy and was claiming my sister was lying about the dish being hot because she claimed she had the dish in the same spot as her, eating and wooden stick food in my mouth it went in my gums where I am missing a tooth and my mouth was bleeding a bit when I came home we told the manager about this and she did nothing for us to make us feel any bit better or comfortable. I was not looking for compensation or a free meal was truly, discusted by the way I was treated
Very disappointed in the service and food was okay but not exceptional. We had a small gathering of 11 people for graduation and waitress would not seperate checks and the tax on over $300 of food so we spent most of our time doing that. They brought out graduation cake and sang Happy Birthday. The waitress offered chips and Salsa at our table but didn't tell us they weren't complementary. Very unprofessional and will go to Chili's in Rancho Cucamonga from now on....
We go to chilis all the time. This time we noticed the serving of beans was skimpy so we asked the manager, Christian if we could get more beans and he didnt at all work with us. We ended up giving him back the plate and canceling the order. This will be the last time we go there.
