I popped in as my Sis-in-law comes here a lot for chicken wings and 🍟. I had a cheeseburger and FRIES. All I can say is MOVE OVER Everybody else. Their FRIES are right on point. Best FRIES I have ever tasted. They were perfection! Just the right crunch on the outside and perfect on the inside. My cheeseburger was good too! BUT those FRIES were bomb diggity! I just come through and JUST ORDER 🍟! Thanks for a lovely meal Jim's Burger.

I went to have breakfast with my family and this place is nice and clean. The staff was friendly and attentive to us. They were also fast and our food was delicious. My family and I were extremely happy with this place. We will definitely visit place again soon.

This place is amazing! If you want customer service and delicious food, hit up Jim’s in Upland! I believe Jose is the reason this place is so amazing! I’ve seen him take orders at the register and at the drive through and he also cooks! It should really be called Jose’s Burgers. His hospitality and attention to detail is what keeps me coming back! This is the only place I go to when I want breakfast burritos and their delicious red sauce and pico elevate the flavor! First time here. I tried the Philly cheese steak sandwich and it was delicious! From the quality of steak used, to the cheeses and veggies in the sandwich, there was flavor in every bite. I cannot give this place anything less- I found it at random while working and their reviews are what drew me in. I had the pastrami sandwich with onion rings- the meat was tender, juicy, and fresh, the bread- great. It is obvious their cook gets down!! The onion rings are delicious. The only suggestion I would have is portion and price, why? Because it was one of me and the onion ring order was HUGE... like a group appetizer (therefore a waste of food) and my cost for a meal: sandwich, onion rings, and coke $24- that is extremely high for a person stopping by for lunch during work. When I heard the total I was shocked. Again, every item was amazing and top knotch and I'll be back but a lunch meal during the week should not be over $20++ It is not affordable or realistic. I still do 5 🌟 because their food is amazing but even at a restaurant a sandwich and rings isn't that much. I hope your team can look into this and do a bit better.

I came to this place late after work about seven o'clock.I got the turkey burger with cheese.I had no idea this burger was gonna be this good.It tasted so juicy.And so tender, some turkey burgers have like a dry, almost cardboard taste.But not this one, because my first time here and the service went quick.The french fries was absolutely delicious.And it took about six minutes before I received my food.I was very satisfied with the price and the taste and quality.The tomato was juicy and fresh, and the lettuce was crispy.I definitely will be going here again after work

Ok so I haven't been here in over 20 years NGL. I had a cousin that lived nearby and he would always say let's go to "Yim's" and I would ask what kind of place is that, then he'd say Jim's Burgers. Anyway enough with memory lane, I would say I have been missing out. This is place to go out of your way for . I ordered the "Burger Box" comes with 1/3 Hamburger with option of cheese, fries and 2 chicken tenders (see pics). The burger was well made comes with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, special sauce on a toasted sesame seed bun and perfectly cooked beef patty. The fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside with a Lawrys type season salt. The chicken tenders were ok, obviously this is a burger place so I wouldn't expect to be a huge emphasis on them.

Decided last minute to grab lunch at Jim’s, and honestly, it was a pretty solid choice. They have a huge selection of affordable fast-food options — I’d say they’re actually better than most fast-food spots and less processed. The fries and chicken strips were good, but the burger was bussin! The gyro was also really good and a nice alternative. They’ve got a pretty extensive menu with gyros, Mexican stuff like tacos and burritos, and chili burgers. Great service and cute ambiance.

They never seem to get my Breakfast Burrito order done correctly. I always order a Bacon Breakfast Burrito with easy on the hash browns with the hash browns well done like almost burnt. I even call in the order to give them plenty of time to cook the hash browns how i like them. Out of 15 times that I've ordered the same thing I've only got it right once. I keep going back because I live around the corner. But today when my Burrito had cold cheese in it that was it.

The only reason it was caught this time was I had initially complained at the drive thru about the last time. plus when I reminded them that I asked for BBQ sauce they made sure they asked for the ranch back.

Terrible. Drive thru to get a breakfast burrito. I haven’t been to Jim’s in years. Asked for a breakfast burrito, he said ok. Then silence. I asked what was in the burrito. He read off some ingredients, half I couldn’t understands. They don’t seem to hold in the button long enough so what they say gets cut off. I told him I couldn’t understand all that and he just stayed silent. I left. I was quickly reminded why I don’t go to Jim’s anymore. His attitude is if I have to go there to eat. I could only imagine how much business they lose, he doesn’t care though, it’s not his money that’s being lost. I won’t be back for a few more years. Good luck Jim.

They need a new cook asap. This is the second time in 3 weeks we have been here and both times our order was completely wrong. The only reason we gave them a second chance is because our kids had a fundraiser with them tonight. Missing one entire shrimp meal, onions on burgers we said to have none on, lettuce on one when we said no, we asked for tartar sauce and got none. There was also a hair in my granddaughters burger! My girlfriend and I started eating the fries on the way home. She had never eaten at Jim's. I told her how good it was, and I was excited to have her try it. We arrive home, open the bag fully, and we were given an overcooked, cold burger with a bottom bun that was so soggy that we couldn't hold the burger without a wrapper because it was deteriorating. Well, you got your review. Probably not the one that you wanted.

I ordered a carne asada burrito. Must’ve confused it with a bean burrito. I was hoping the carne was at the bottom but here we are almost half of the burrito and this is what I find. Visitng from TX, and wanted a breakfast burrito, went with the pastrami bb... had 1 my last visit and it was subpar, but figured I'd give them another chance. What a let down! Paid $14 ($3 more than the other meat options) and literally got 2 small strips of pastrami... at the end of the burrito. Such a little amount you couldnt even taste it. The rest of the burrito was just eggs and hashbrowns and way more hashbrowns than eggs. Total rip-off and waste of money.

14$ for a bacon and sausage breakfast burrito is crazy. Its not even a combo. I paid for it and left because I do like their burritos but decided that I wasn't going to come back and pay 14$ for one burrito. When I got home and took a bite out of the burrito the potatoes were not cooked all the way.... this is so disappointing. I used to come here all the time for the breakfast burrito and spend a little less that 10$. Now ultimately im not coming back. I much rather spend 14$-18$ down the street at legends for a burrito combo. Go there. They womt try to rip you off!
