I went here for the first time today and it was glorious! I got as much as I could. I went late so they were sold out of a lot of items so make sure to go early. So happy to have found this place! I got the soft serve volcano which was amazing, a chocolate cake ring, each kind of the chocolates, a box of cookies, and an ice cream sandwich type of thing. Everything I've had so far was delicious. It's really inexpensive for what it is and the owner was super nice and friendly. We drove 30 min for it and I'll gladly do it again!
Such an amazing place! I started getting cakes and pastries from Greg 3 years ago when my significant other wanted to surprise his mom with a cake for her birthday (she’s diabetic). I obviously really wanted to impress her so I searched for the closest completely sugar free bakery near me and that’s when I found The Thinnery! I just bought a cake again for my aunt (also diabetic) and drove in 2 hours of heavy traffic from K-Town LA to the IE and it is WORTH IT EVERYTIME! My aunt LOVED her cake and she kept asking if I was sure it was sugar free (I get this every time haha) I told her is she didn’t believe me to check her blood sugar; They are all SUGAR FREE and delicious!!! Perfect for anyone and everyone! Better than many cakes I’ve had in my 20 plus years of life! Thank you so much Greg!!!! I’ll see you in May for my bf’s Mom’s birthday :) **New Owners and such a rad facelift 💕 still offering delicious sugar free desserts!
Best sugar-free treats around!! Has converted many who swear off of sugar-free treats due to lack of flavor or aftertaste! Owner has always been friendly to me, my mother, my niece,& son in law, even helping me out when he's not too busy. Will be returning as long as he's still there!

Chocolate mousse tart Really good. Smells great when you walk in. Not a ton of keto options and the nutrition facts aren't listed for all items but the owner knows the net carbs and can tell you for whichever you ask. Mousse items look like the way to go. Owner was nice and preparing things from scratch when I walked in.
We found a goldmine of sugar free pastry and cakes and beyond at The Thinnery . The owner is 1 smart cookie lol..raspberry, blueberries circle 8 . And lemon mousse tart .. mmm mmmm mmmmmmm

The only regret I have is not taking pictures of my pastry. Got the flaky chocolate covered pastry with cream in between with freshly chopped strawberries. It was just sooo good I couldn't wait to dig in lol it was perfection and we were all skeptical, it being a sugar free bakery but omg! It was delicious! Even my kids loved their pastries! Thank you so much! Service was above and beyond 🖤 will definitely be back!
This bakery is cute, affordable and a perfect place for a guilt free dessert! The pasties are both sugar free and low carb, delicious! You can’t tell a difference. There is also gluten free options!! I love this place and will be coming back!
Oh my goodness! I had the raspberry and apricot almond flour made tarts and they are amazingly delicious! I also scared down a pumpkin puff tart. All of this was only 11 carbs and no sugar (monk fruit) I give this place a solid 10! Fast and friendly and very reasonably priced. Dan and Carol Yucaipa, CA

Elaine works very hard every day to give us great delicious desserts. Everything in the bakery is sugar-free. The mousse is so delicious if you had your eyes closed you wouldn’t even know that it was sugar-free Elaine also said she’s going to make Bagels keto, friendly, sweet tooth. Here I come.

OMG!! Just tried these AMAZING treats!! I can't believe they taste better than any dessert I've ever had! Eileen was great!! I will be back and recommend to everyone with ears! You can also get sugar dessert! If the sugar free taste this great....I can only imagine the others!! The chocolate mousse!! Go check out this place! You will leave with a variety of treats!!

It was our first time here. The sugar-free apple pie was delicious. Loved that the apples were crisp, not mushy. I didn't care for the mousse tart flavor at all.
Wonderful place. Having a one stop sugar free bakery hosted by great staff is a dream come true. Their pastries and chocolates do not taste sugar free yet, as proof from my glucose results, they really are! The lady who helped me was very kind in creating two birthday cakes and even conspired with me in surprising my partner when we went in to pick it up. 5 stars and I recommend this place.
Cute and nostalgic looking store. We were in the area eating at Sweet Fires and as we were walking around the complex found this place. We grabbed some cupcakes and chocolate ice cream. Everything in this store is sugar free. The desserts are actually pretty tasty. The service was really nice and the place was clean. They also have other desserts and chocolate. I can’t wait to go back and take my kids!

Nobody's going to eat it so I threw it away.
