Haven't been to a Wingstop in forever and Shawn greeted me right away and helped me with my options because I can be pretty indecisive. I normally don't write reviews but someone who works good, deserves it. Dying breed in food hospitality.
By far the best wingstop in the area For a long time I went to the one on holt in montclair and omg every time I went it was always more than a hour wait everytime it never failed I mean the place would get crowded of people just waiting for their orders..... when I really was like oh no was when it took me 2.5 hours to get a single order of 10pcs wings combo...on top of that their customer service was horrible always rude mad and bothered so I was like oh no so I checked the next closest wingstop near me and I sent this location..... omg.. what a diference from food quality to customer service to the vibes and the energy is amazing.. even on their most busiest days they give u the best...... I want to thank all of you for your hard work time and dedication for your great customer service...... wingstop on mountain in upland thank you once again.... you are appreciated
Place was very busy and the guys were backed up, but even then the food came out really good. Restrooms however were awful, it was difficult just to enter.
Me and my partner went to order wings today and if I’m being honest, I wasn’t in the best of moods. Hungry, tired and just grumpy overall. We showed up, the gentlemen at the counter was soooo nice to us and recommended the best meals that would give us the best deals and was patient while we debated over what sauces to get. When it came time to grab our food, I requested two additional ranch and was advised it would be an extra charge. I can only imagine what my face looked like because I got the vibe that I scared everyone in the restaurant dead quiet. Poor guy just ended up giving me the ranch. Needless to say, I felt awful and needed to come here to at least give them a five star review and rave about the awesome service and delicious food. Sorry for the tude wingstop.
I'm big on trying new flavors and mixing flavors. The people I have worked with here are awesome. It seems like every time I go in the have a new mix to try. They are fast and most of the time they are quick with phone calls. Happy with service here and they are close to home.
This is the best location I’ve ever been to. The entire staff is so friendly and accommodating. I appreciate the yummy options they have for wings! Definitely satisfied my cravings. Thank you to Mina, Kyle, Selene, MaryJane, and Adrian for making my day... my week... my month... the wings and service were spectacular!

Thank you Valerie for working today, on a holiday.

Valerie at the Wing Stop was amazing. She made sure we had an everything we needed. When we got there, Valerie welcomed us nicely. She made sure our food was fresh and ready. The food was delicious. But Valerie's great service is what made our visit special. She is so nice and really cares about the customers. I recommend this Wing Stop and Valerie to anyone. We will definitely go back.
Every time I come here they mess up my order Also the ac been broken for months Dripping sweat in the food customers can’t even enjoy dining in . The staff is so bad vibes. Update: new Manager that came from a different location turned this place around . I’m very happy hes here at this location. ! 1 star review turned into 5 stars . So my experience at this Wingstop I haven’t been there in over maybe 10 years and I can say that the customer service was excellent. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very vibe. I will keep returning to this Wingstop because of the way you treated there thank you Wingstop..

It was ready when i got there but cashier was talking to her boyfriend or brother. No "excuse me one second" so I had to wait until she was done so I can talk. Went home and my order was messed up. Manager said she'll replace my order (she was sweet) but not sure if I want to place an order there again due to the cashier and all of these bad reviews I'm reading.
Never really had an issue with the food, and the service is ok but for whatever reason when I order over the phone, they NEVER have any recollection of my call/order and NEVER have my order ready. Not that that’s terrible but the point of calling in is so i don’t have to wait there for 18 minutes. Inevitably it becomes a 36 minute wait any time I choose to eat here.
The food here is good don’t get me wrong, I’ve ate here maybe a handful of times and they have forgotten somthing or completely get more order wrong 50% of the time.
They are great when they’re not busy but if they are busy, go someplace else. They got something wrong with our order and the managers attitude was “so what who cares”. She’s the lady who always has her kids in there. She shows no care for her job or customers and was extremely rude to my mom on the phone. Definitely go when they aren’t busy, but avoid when they are. They make mistakes and don’t care to rectify them.
Got my order wrong the first time, had to drive back and tell them that, they fixed my order and threw in some extra wings and a drink but they forgot my sauce which frankly I would’ve preferred the sauce over the extra nuggets to be honest. Wasn’t gonna drive all the way back there a 3rd time just for some sauce so I’m just leaving a review instead.
They take forever.... with that being said plan ahead order ahead. ALWAYS check your order. They are always mixing up orders or not giving complete orders or forgetting sauces. The food is good though so I'm willing to go back. Order to go and they didn't give me my sauces that I paid for. Ordered dine in and they gave me only half of my order. 20 mins later they gave me the other half. Like other people said it's a minimum of 20 mins to get your food so be aware. They did apologize but not really sincerely. But it's a fast food place what can I say or it's suppose to be a "fast" food restaurant.
Long story short my pick up order was made wrong 2xs. When I called a 3rd time Maria said my order would be credited back to my card in 5 business days. She lied and after calling today Rachel said Maria isn't any type of manager and has no power to do that. Like really? So you just take my money give me the wrong food 2xs then lie about giving me my money back. Maria should be fired! If it wasn't for Rachel this would be a no star review!

Wingstop locations have taken dive the past few years and this location fits the bill. Super dirty with no care for the place. A soda was dropped and the worker said,”ahh it’s not that much”. I ordered my food through their website and got my food delivered in a timely manner. When I pulled my food out, I did not get what I ordered which was original style wings with Ranch and a side of cheese fries. Instead, I got BONELESS wings with NO ranch and a side of fries. I'm allergic to gluten, so i can't have the breading. So I called, and they had me on hold for 20 minutes then hung up on me. I called again and their line was busy. So I started driving over there with my order and I even called them on the way but all they did was put me on hold AGAIN. Upon arriving I was STILL on hold. So I went in and let the cashier know that my order was wrong then they took my food and said they will have it remade. I asked another staff member if I will be refunded my delivery fee for the inconvenience of driving down after getting my order delivered. That's when a shift lead from another store was brought out and told me he is unable to process the refund, and all he can do is either remake the food or give me a full refund on my order. I asked for a full refund which he mentioned after that it would take 5-7 days. They did not even try offer a drink or a couple extra wings to make up for the inconvenience of driving down there. The worst customer experience I have had in my life and I will no longer bring my business here.
Took 42 minutes to get my 25 wing order just to find out this location knows NOTHING about how to make wings correctly. Had to smell them to tell which ones were lemon pepper and which was Louisiana rub even though I asked for extra seasoning. Looked like they put no seasoning and they were swimming in a half inch of oil. First and last time at this location that is half a mile from my house
We ordered and they had a sit in the restaurant for 48 minutes before we got our food. We checked on the order twice and were told both times that they were waiting on the fries. When we finally got the food the fries were cold and the wings were way overcooked leaving half of them not even able to be eaten. Definitely skip this location.
Order took 1 hr to be ready, got there told me they still needed 5 more minutes i took a seat and waited for about 10 minutes then asked if order wasn't ready yet to get the surprise that the order wast already called out and picked up while i was there waiting 😑 like how 🫠🥴 i was there waiting and was never called out 😂 then another 15-20 minutes for my order to be ready lol maybe put a name on the order bags or something seriously!!!
I love Wing Stop but this location is probably the worst one. I’ve been to this location on three separate occasions and they always managed to get something wrong. The first time I went they gave me bone-in wings instead of boneless wings, the second time my boneless wings barley had any sauce on them and they gave me the crumbs for fries, and the most recent time I decided to Doordash my food and I got no ranch nor did I receive my drink. I recommend going to any other location besides this one as they are not paying attention to what their customers order!
Hello ! I’m one of very last clients to ever order from this location. Nonetheless, my order was incorrect om a Friday night. I got back to them on a Sunday, clearly it was my mistake on waiting until the last minute. I was directed to an unprofessional “manager” who cared less about what I said. If you order from this location, make sure your order is complete they like to mistaken, give attitude over the phone & be all over the place !!
Wow can't believe they still open, ok chicken good, but who wants bad service 🤔 when there spending there hard earned money. If you call nobody answers, if they answer no one say hi please hold, they pick up and place you on hold. Rude. If you order online, drive to pick up your food they can't find your order. Lol I even had it delivered once when the thigh special was out. I was missing piece of chicken. Lol wing stop need a school for there employees restaurant education 🤣
I was honestly surprised by the quality of food at this location. First off, I ordered online, got to the establishment (I arrived a few minutes after the estimated time it would be done in anticipation of them finishing the order late) and still had to wait another 15 minutes for them to finish preparing my order. But the real kicker was when I had finally got home to “enjoy” my meal. I’ve never been to a wing stop with such poor quality food. A lot of the wings had pieces that I couldn’t even chew (imagine old fried chicken) and the fires were all burnt and nasty which was really a bummer cause the fries are why I opt for wing stop over other establishments. I was craving wings for a couple weeks prior to this visit, won’t be making this mistake again because especially for the price point the service and quality are not dependable. Oh and their drink machine always has drinks that are basically just carbonated water. At all locations I’ve been too.
So I place on order online at 2:16 pm on a Sunday. I then go pick up my order about 15 minutes after I get there with my toddler who surprisingly is behaving. I pay and wait for my order to be called. It then hits 3:10 and my toddler is starting to get frustrated. Not to mention the RUDE worker that just throws out people's orders acting like she hates her job. Think she has a tatt on her neck. Any who I finally ask the cashier if my order is almost out? Turns out it's been sitting there and no one had the audacity to call it out. I usually don't do this! But this really pissed me off! Worst wing stop in the I.E!
I'm assuming the girl was a manager of some sort she was rude was quick to take my money and fast to tell me why she wouldn't fill up my side of lemon pepper that I paid for. You could tell her attitude was super ugly if you don't like your job work somewhere else lady.
Honestly wouldve been less stars if possible, went there to order some wings and right away the atmosphere felt very negative and uncomfortable, the lady cooking was angry and giving attitude when she was messing up other peoples order, then slamming things while correcting her mistake. Mind you this is before we even order. When I had my order taken, the phone kept ringing and I kept being asked to hold, which the first few times was fine but after the 4th time started getting annoying. The young man swiped my card and the receipt didnt print, he stated "I would need a manager to reprint it", so I still have no idea what I was truly charged for as when the manager came back on duty he didn't even know how to reprint a recepeit. We then waited 45 minutes for our food all the while I am hearing other customer constantly having to come check on their food items. You expect after having to wait 45 minutes for our food the items would be fresh and wonderful well complete opposite, the wings were super dry and the fries were stale and no seasoning. Oh and also they had no ketchup and that was after my girlfriend stood at the counter for more than 5 minutes to be acknowledged and they only acknowledged her after she spoke up and got their attention. And to top it all off really needed to use the restroom after eating and come to find out the toilet doesnt flush. Overall I wouldn't come here and feel like my money and time were wasted.

I took it back to show the staff and the manager started to pull apart the other chicken tenders after she saw the raw piece that I bit into and sure enough, the other chicken strips were also raw. So disgusting. I really hope I don’t get sick from this because I did digest a bit before without realizing. To be determined… The manager offered me to make a new batch after that but I was so disturbed and disgusted, there is no way I am eating there again so I just opted for a refund and that was all they had to offer. And have to wait 7 days. If you zoom in, you can see the RAW chicken! 🤢

Ordered carryout at 5:48pm expected wait time was 6:09pm. They were so laid back and not working. Picked up my carryout order at 6:30. This is unacceptable especially after I paid for it.
Horrible experience with them today. Placed a large order to enjoy during the World Series. They improperly packed wet veggies causing the bag to tear spilling food all over my driveway. Went back and missed half the game I paid for and all they offered was a soda.
They messed up my order , called them back and they told me they would fix it just to make me wait 25 minutes to forget that I was there and not even compensate or offer something free only a ranch . Horrible service ! Definitely not coming back here . They used to be better ! What happened ??

Absolutely horrible service. I came in to pick up a simple order and gave them the order number, yet the staff seemed completely unorganized and couldn’t find it. What made it worse was how rude they were to my wife — no apology, no effort to help, just attitude. Extremely disappointing experience. Management really needs to get it together.
Last time eating here. My last 4 visits they got my order wrong 3 times. I was only offered free fries for there mistake! They even got that wrong I asked for EXTRA fry seasoning and they put NO seasoning on them. Everytime I go in there other customers are complaining about wrong/missing items. Time to do a rehire.
The store was disgustingly dirty. Did not trust eating the food and the wings were undercooked. Was planning on eating at the store but the tables and floor were sticky and dirty. Also the district manager, Courtney Cash, was very rude and unprofessional. You can tell she doesn't care about her employees and the employees looked miserable working there. Definitely will never be going there again and hope higher management can look into how the employees are being treated. It's sad
WHACK! I ordered $84 worth of food on Super Bowl Sunday and naturally they were busy. They had tables set up with all the orders of food. I gave them my name , was handed my order, and I proceeded to drive to the Super Bowl party 30 mins away, only to find out they ONLY bagged chicken wings in the two big bags. NO FRIES. NO VEGGIES. And worst of all, NO RANCH!!!! I was heated ofc. 🤬 I called, phone rang for a loooong time, they pick up & immediately hang up. I called again, they left me on hold for twenty minutes and then hung up. I called a third time and FINALLY got to speak with the manager which was not pleasant. To say the least, it was my fault I ordered from this location cuz it’s filthy (I thought I was ordering from the one by Ontario Mills) and I will NEVER make that mistake again.

Unfortunately, when I received my order, the wings were not well done. I politely asked for them to be remade, and they agreed. However, the second batch was even worse soft, undercooked, and soggy, which is the complete opposite of well-done. When I expressed that I was still unhappy with the food, instead of trying to resolve the issue, the manager began going back and forth with me, insisting that the wings were well done when they clearly were not. I asked for a refund so I could simply take my business elsewhere, and they refused to refund my money. The manager repeatedly said that the food was made “correctly” to their standards, even though I was the paying customer and was clearly dissatisfied. At the end of the day, whether they thought it was acceptable or not, I still paid for something I would not eat. Any professional establishment should want the customer to leave satisfied especially when they clearly failed to deliver the product as requested. Instead, they made it difficult, were dismissive of my complaints, and ultimately refused to refund me. This was extremely disappointing, especially because at other Wingstop locations I have never had this type of issue.
