Can’t really go wrong with Chipotle. If you dine-in and have a problem with your food, it’s on you. You literally see them built that burrito. Can’t really critique the quality nor authenticity of the food because, you know what you’re gonna get with chipotle. I will not give a fast food place 5 stars but 4 stars is good enough for a chain.

Came in for a Carne Asada burrito and there was no steak? And none being cooked? So the server had to go over to the takeout to get some? But here’s the thing it’s 1:00 pm? Are you telling me no one is checking the food? First and last at this Chipotle. I like my food fresh!

I was excited to see a Chipotle open in my neighborhood. I figured I could come out real quick to grab a bite to eat. WRONG! They have 1 ONE guy working the line. There were 3 other girls off to the side just talking. An unnecessary line when I just wanted to grab something fast.

I love Chipotle but this new location is not up to par. I ordered a salad, looks like a bowl, no dressing, a teaspoon of guac and no utensils or napkins. Never going to this location. Hire able workers.

It's overpriced, for $16 dollars (rice bowl) I could have gotten a great meal in one of the many places around the area. The lettuce was super cold, and it didn't feel right with the other warm ingredients. Guacamole has fallen really bad. It doesn't almost feel like real avocados, the pork is very little. I don't think I'll be visiting again.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER 🤮. The food was stale and old which can be seen from the photos attached, the guac wasn’t even mashed and was black and brown. The salad barely had lettuce and the lettuce was very old. Almost all veggies were stale and old.

I just wanted a burrito man! This photo depicts of the impassibleness that came about when it was in the tin foil they did not close it properly and the entire middle from top to bottom was exposed !!! And all the ingredients were falling out! I had to put it on a plate to try to save it and it was just appealing at the fact that I was served this the burrito wasn’t even closed properly !! Disgusting man.. took my appetite away 🤦 UPDATE: as of march i went to them 2 more times and the burritos are still never closed properly. why do i keep going to them? because there the closest chipotle and you would think that maybe someone different or a change would happen but i guess not. Recommendation: I would suggest to not get a burrito from here. Iv had places near work that can actually close a burrito.

New Chipotle location in Washington Heights. Warning in advance! We’ve been here a few times and every time our the food we order has been cold. Staff also not helpful. Really disappointing but fingers crossed they can turn it around here! Update: still really inefficient. 7 people working during lunch time and only 1 person behind the line serving customers. Changed my previous 2 star review to a 1 star.

This Chipotle location is the only restaurant I have ever had issues with too much salt in the food. It's as if they just pour salt on everything. I will not be going to this location anymore because this has happened too many times. This location is also very unfriendly and rude. They treat you as if they are doing you a favor and really don't want to work there. When I'm paying for double protein or guacamole they tap the spoon to give me the smallest spoonful of the item. Meanwhile the next customer gets double protein & guac for free because they are from the same place, school, or building. When I order on the app for pickup it takes a long time for someone to give me my order. Meanwhile the delivery person that comes in after I've been waiting to pick up my order gets it ASAP. This is the worst Chipotle restaurant location I have ever been to and I have been to many Chipotle restaurants. I highly suggest you get new employees at this location. And all the 5 star reviews seem fake. Probably written by employees or people paid to write favorable reviews. Look at how many 1 star reviews they received.

Chipotle at Washington H, the very 🥶 like it just came from the fridge. The girls very cold too and talking about the drinks the had at New year. Five girls talking out loud at the same time in top of the food. Sorry but not.

My issue is almost never food-related and is usually caused by management, believe it or not. The male Dominican manager with the beard is usually making the food for pickup, and when I come to pick up my order, he does everything except greet or acknowledge me. I am often standing there for 5–10 minutes while he has a full conversation with employees. I usually prefer to go to the Chipotle on 168th instead of this one, but I decided to come here today because I didn’t feel well. Lo and behold, I received the same bad service on a different day.

I had a terrible experience at this Chipotle location. The girl serving me was extremely quiet — I could barely understand what she was saying, which felt very unprofessional. Even worse, I saw another employee who was cleaning the counter accidentally touch the white rice with her dirty cloth. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I will never come back to this location again. I strongly encourage management to review the security cameras on July 6th, Sunday at 7:32 PM to see exactly what happened.

I always come into this location towards the evening , today I entered at 9:06 to be specific and you guys had no protein option but barbocoa and veggies also there was no lettuce , guacamole. As a customer that pay close to the 20 dollars for a bowl this is just very dissatisfying and sad that you guys never have a stocked line available for customers needs. I proceeded to get a protein I don’t like which is okay I understand sometimes but also their was no guacamole or lettuce at this point I was only getting rice a protein I don’t like and the topping was not much options to pick from due to not having “any” , however your pick up station was still serving full orders . The manager communicated that the grill was damaged and that the reason for no protein, but lettuce and guacamole or cheese should last for your whole day regardless. And that was out as well , last time I came to the location the were out of the honey chicken then the time before that they didn’t have guacamole again. I hate to be this customer to write a lengthy complaint however I also run a business and it just plain old customer service and have quality food at all times so all customer receive the same customer experience. Today was just a disappointment. You guys were going to be open for another 2 hours and sad that you guys are loosing sales and customer due to negligence. Like I said this is not the first time I entered this location and something is always out during the evening shift . If order mobile order will ensure I get everything I perfer that but then again your morning shift should be any different from your evening. But then again I can understand now why you guys have a rating of 3 stars.

Very unusual team member Lucy on the line told me if I was getting steak first I would need to pay first and. If I got chicken I wouldn’t need to pay first. I have never experienced this at any chipotle ever.

Horrible customer service. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and the food is always cold. On my most recent visit, I was made to wait outside in the cold for 32 minutes after the posted opening time because their staff was eating, with no explanation or apology. Completely unacceptable. If you value your time and basic respect as a customer, I wouldn’t recommend this location.

THE WORSE CHIPOTLE ACROSS AMERICA. They made my wait 15 minutes without speaking to him only to tell him he couldn’t use the reward points/free item coupon without making a purchase when the promo doesnt mention anything about a purchase. Ive done it before but this store always had bad customer service . I wish this wasn’t the closest store to me

Honestly one of the worse chipotle I been to in my life. Everytime I come the serving size is smaller and smaller Today i went and got such a small serving and I had to complain and they laughed and said that was the serving size and I said no it’s not it’s way less food I will not be returning to any chipotle ever again in my life

TL;DR: After my grandma's funeral, my family and I went for a meal but had a missing plate due to an order mix-up. The manager was rude, dismissive, and mocked us as we tried to resolve it. We cleaned our table and only moved one chair, yet he yelled at us to put it back. The only good thing was the food taste, but the experience was upsetting during a difficult time. Full posting: I went to get a meal after my grandma's funeral with my dad, aunt, and two sisters. We ordered two of the same plate, but the worker missed this, so we only received four meals instead of five, though we were only charged for four. I returned with my dad and sister to request the missing plate. Since there were nine people in line, we felt it was unfair to wait again for something we had already ordered. We tried to get the worker’s attention, but she ignored us. Then, a man who seemed to be the manager intervened, already tense and visibly annoyed. He initially misunderstood, thinking we were claiming to have paid for the missing plate. I clarified that we had not paid but still expected the plate as part of our original order. My sister, flustered by the tension, struggled to repeat the order. When my dad asked her to clarify, the manager rudely told him to “let her speak,” which I found completely inappropriate—especially since his attitude was what made her nervous. My dad left in frustration, and I stayed to help my sister remember her order. The manager then started snickering and rolling his eyes. I told him, “That is not helpful. We are trying to explain the issue, and you should listen instead of laughing.” He stayed quiet after that. After we finished our meal, we made sure to clean the table thoroughly and throw away all our trash. We had only moved one chair, yet the manager shouted at us to put it back. Given how we’d been treated, we decided not to comply. This entire experience was especially painful after just coming from my grandma's funeral, turning what should have been a comforting family meal into an unnecessarily upsetting experience. The only positive thing I can say is that the food tasted good.
