The food was great as usual. This location was filthy ! I did not visit during a rush or after a rush but every table in the restaurant was dirty and needed a wipe down . When you spend 50 on dinner for two at Chipotle but can't find a clean seat it's a bit of an issue. The cashier was monotone and bored . The gal who prepared my burrito had a much better attitude. I will definitely skip this location every time .

Went here early shortly after they opened that day. Very little customers this early so there was no wait in the foot line. The portions were certainly smaller here compared to other chipotle locations I've been too, it is possible they give out less at this location because it is in an area with high amounts of foot traffic during and after noon. Service and workers were great just as I've encountered throughout all of the franchise's locations. For those who have never had Chipotle before, I would consider getting the quesadilla(mobile order exclusive), burrito, with carnitas or chicken or one of there other meats.

This Chipotle has been hit or miss. I blame the employees for that. Our food last night was excellent; the portions were great, and the food was hot, yet the chips from our side of the queso were stale. The service was fast, considering how busy they were, yet they took their time with customers. We will definitely be back.

Whether ordering in person or through delivery apps like DoorDash, we’ve noticed a big difference in how much food is actually packed in, and how attentive the staff is depending on the time of day. What we liked: • Convenient location with easy access and parking • Familiar go-to options like steak bowls, chicken burritos, and fresh toppings • Quick service when the line is staffed properly What could improve: • Inconsistent portions—sometimes generous, other times noticeably lacking • Staff energy and friendliness vary; some visits feel rushed or inattentive • App/delivery orders often arrive missing items or packed sloppily If you’re looking for fast-casual Mexican food in Vacaville or custom burrito bowls in Solano County, Chipotle can still be a reliable choice—but go in knowing that quality and service can vary. We give it 3 stars and hope to see more consistency.

Ordered from this location a couple of times and every so often something was wrong with our order, but today’s order takes the cake. Ordered a burrito bowl, but instead received a burrito soup. It was disgusting and not sure how they managed to do that. Also, chips were stale and not edible. Plus the guacamole had more lettuce in the little container than my actual bowl.

Really slow service. Was told to wait for meat to be finished and they never called me back. Eventually receieved my food then next day got extremely sick. Do not eat at this Chipotle.

Just ordered food through door dash. Open food. Huge long hair right laid on top. Like it was put there. Not mixed with food. Disgusting and food was cold. Don’t order here. Totally gone down hill

If I could give 0 stars I would! I came to this chipotle location recently and I was STARVING! Hadn’t eaten anything all day so I got myself a big bowl with chicken and extra carnitas. Brought my food home and sat down to eat, when I realize my first bite had a SHARD OF GLASS IN IT!!! I only noticed because I got work done on my tooth earlier that day (not cheap) and the sensitivity from the cold glass hurt my tooth. Not thinking anything of it, I kept chewing my food and bit down a very hard object. I returned to chipotle, obviously furious, and staff humiliated me ! They were giving me weird looks as I was explaining to them what just happened. Not only did they look at me as if I was lying, but they did not even proceed to check their food items for any further hazards in their food. Do not come here if you want a cut up mouth and throat while staff look at you like your crazy.

I ordered a burrito (standard carnitas, rice, lettuce) from here and the burrito was literally 2 INCHES in diameter and 5 INCHES LONG. I INCLUDED PICS with a tape measure. this thing is an absolute joke. I paid 17 dollars for this. Absolutely infuriating. I called the store and since I ordered it through an app they said they couldn't do anything. Never going here ever again. Waste of money. Edit- it looks like chipotle replied to this review saying to go to their website. I did that. As soon as I mentioned anything about ordering through a food app they said they took no responsibility. So thanks for that.

Ordered online for pickup. Half of what I ordered wasn't even in my burrito bowl. Asked for fajita veggies and extra corn salsa. Had only two kernels of corn and ZERO veggies. I will not be returning, as most Chipotle restaurants already pull this stupid stuff and I hoped from previous visits that this location was different. Do not go here unless you enjoy being ripped off!

Online Ordered a burrito with 2x steak (smaller one) compared to a double wrapped burrito with 2x steak. I’ve gotten small burritos before, but nothing like this. I don’t think I got an actual serving of anything expect RICE 😂. Paid 20$ plus tax for this, don’t order online, order inside and make sure you get what you pay for. Would rather them cancel my order and save 20$, then give whatever this is.
