The employee who assisted us was very kind. But the atmosphere is not sanitary, it was gnats everywhere. On the outside of the glass, on the inside of the glass. They were flying in front of the lady making our pizza. Think twice before coming to this location. Hopefully no gnats landed on our pizza.

My family had the worst pizza from PaPa Murphy's. We each had a piece, and we threw the pizza in the garbage. The manager was not nice and the company must have changed the recipe because it tasted like flour and lard. The only nice thing about my visit was I will not go back to PaPa Murphy in Vacaville.

We have always loved Papa Murphy’s, but our last two visits were extremely disappointing. Last night, the pizzas were not ready on time. My husband had to wait for 15 minutes at the store. When he got home and looked at the pizzas, one was very misshapen.(see photo). The chicken bacon artichoke pizza was missing the artichokes and the dough was flat. We did not enjoy the pizzas at all! I don’t know what’s going on there, but we don’t plan to return unless things change drastically!

I love Papa Murphy’s pizza BUT THIS location specifically I have had multiple customer service issues at. Specifically with the associate working the counter tonight 4/24/25. I understand that it may be a little inconvenient to have customers come in during that 30 minute window before closing but at the end of the day the restaurant is NOT closed so having an attitude, barely speaking and slamming things because I come in to order in that window is extremely unnecessary. Not to mention, from 8pm-8:10 (They close at 8:30) I called the restaurant numerous of times to order over the phone but they didn’t answer, forcing me to order inside the restaurant when I got there at 8:15pm. So - IF YOU WANT TO AVOID PEOPLE COMING IN NEAR CLOSING TIME AND POTENTIALLY LOSING A CUSTOMER BECAUSE OF YOUR FUNKY ATTITUDE THEN ANSWER THE PHONES SO THE ORDER IS ALREADY DONE AT 8:15 INSTEAD OF HAVING TO START IT AT THAT TIME. And TO ADD, I paid for extra pepperoni and the pizza not only doesn’t have that but it was made sloppy because AGAIN he had an attitude and was slamming things around. It’s unprofessional and plain rude. @Management needs to do something about this.

fSo they were out of olives mushrooms atrtichokes then I order two pizzas one is a two topping and since they didn’t have the ingredients for a combination Iwas given an all meat.I cooked the pepperoni and I called because the crust not only didn’t rise but there was something off with the crust taste .I called to say the pizza was bad and the girl said I could drive back and give me a new one I said that is clear across town and then I have to recook the pizza then she says well thanks for letting me know …Hangup. Terrible never complained before but this was TERRIBLE.

I placed an order for dairy free cheese and they delivered a pizza with real dairy cheese. Dairy is an allergen and could have resulted in a very bad incident at the hospital if we had not caught it. We also order a 2 for $6.99 deal and only received one of the 2 items. This store does NOT answer the phone. I have called more than ten times over several days. The 800 number for customer service responds that it is a franchise and they can not help. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Do not spend your money here. They don't care about you or your safety.

This was officially my last time with this establishment,They have forgot to put on product or changed my order more than once at the Alamo Dr location in Vacaville .The last time I called I said my pizza was missing product and they said oh maybe we just ran out of product or didn’t cut any in the back .REALLY..That’s your answer ……. Then don’t advertise for a combo online if you are out of the ingredients. On top of it they add a tip with the order and still Jip ya.The guy with the glasses is so rude.How about I don’t know ….Im sirry or I apologize for the inconvenience..But nadda nothing how can I fix your order not we ran out of.Thats false advertisement and I’m paying for a product I didn’t receive
