A wonderful place with delicious food and kind people. We arrived after a bike ride 🚴, tired and wet. They set us up near the fireplace, allowing us to warm up, and served us a delicious meal. I highly recommend this place to all travelers 🔥. A true refuge you long for after a hard day.

A wonderful traditional mountain refuge with a fireplace and traditional "stube" (traditional wood-fired oven), with a truly spectacular location and view of the woods and lake...an oasis of peace and quiet. Delicious, high-quality food, generous portions, and a fair price. Very good house wine. The service is courteous, friendly, and attentive. From a simple stop to a full lunch, highly recommended!! Good evening, I stayed at this refuge a while ago with my husband... We had a great time and ate delicious traditional dishes. Unfortunately, some people don't understand how difficult and demanding it is to run a refuge... There can always be setbacks, but on vacation, you should take your time and relax a little more... and be understanding of those who work with a constant tour de force. When we arrived at the refuge, nestled in a splendid lakeside setting, the staff greeted us with extreme kindness and warmth, even making us feel at home. The food was exquisite and delicious, with prompt table service and top-quality service. We will definitely be back for a weekend getaway.

Warm welcome, all the staff are friendly. The food is always fresh. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The outdoor area offers a breathtaking view. Lots of beautiful, well-organized walks and bike rides. Recommended for trekking enthusiasts.

Refuge located in the Stelvio National Park, near the Cancano Lakes. The owner is very friendly, the food is good, and the atmosphere is high. The Cancano Lakes are stunning. Highly recommended!

After 10 hours of cycling, we called at 8:30 p.m. and luckily reached the nice lady at the accommodation. The accommodation we had originally booked was closed. Due to the emergency situation, we slept with 17 people in 10 beds. We were given ample dinner and breakfast. Thank you so much for everything; without the Ristoro Solena, it would have been a cold night.

A refuge in a stunning location, a quaint, warm, and welcoming place, and more than delicious food. The menu is raved about by the very friendly staff, but they always forget to display the prices... crafty, considering the place isn't exactly cheap! We waited almost an hour for a plate of carpaccio that was supposedly ready, but the entrees arrived immediately... kitchen mysteries! I'd happily return, though.

A comfortable refuge at 2,000 meters, right on Lake Cancano. The room was clean, as were the bathrooms, which were shared with other guests. Dinner featured good, fresh produce in adequate quantities. Parking available (including for motorcycles), and the view was breathtaking. The only flaw was that I wasn't informed of the need for a pass or ticket to travel the paid pass.

Everything was good, the prices were those of a restaurant, not a mountain hut (and I'm used to the prices in Milan and the surrounding area), but a mixed cold cuts/cheese platter for 3 people at €33 seems excessive to me.

Very nice location, overlooking the reservoir. However, the service was very slow. We wanted a large cheese platter, as we're vegetarians, but we ended up with four small pieces of cheese and very dry bread, for which we paid €16. Unfortunately, the prices aren't listed anywhere.

Despite having booked a table in advance and having three small children with us, we had to wait over two hours for service. It was frustrating, despite repeated complaints. Apparently, they're seating more people than they can handle. To be fair, the food was good, the prices were in line with the rest, and the waitresses were friendly. They could have given us a discount to make up for the unforgivable wait. A truly beautiful place, in an excellent location for cycling around the lake.
