Where do I begin? We stopped here between appointments in city center. I needed to use the bathroom so we decided to buy lunch here as we needed something fast. The food was acceptable, but far overpriced for what it was. Meat was fine, buns were slightly stale and the burgers were put together rather haphazardly. They have 2 sets of bathrooms. One set upstairs and one set downstairs, but none on the main floor. Fine. I went downstairs. Someone coming out of the bathroom warned me that one of the toilets doesn't flush. I went into the other and found it had no paper and same for the next stall, no paper. Even the separate wheelchair access room had no paper. I left and went 2 flights up to the other bathrooms. No paper anywhere there either. I went downstairs, told the staff (who seemed not to be concerned), I grabbed napkins and went back to the restroom. Imagine my surprise when I realized after going and using napkins as toilet paper that they had intentionally removed the paper... AND THE FAUCETS IN EVERY SINK!!! They don't lock the bathroom doors. They don't put up signs that say "these aren't useable", they just remove anything and everything that you need to use a bathroom and still eat your food. DUSGUSTING!!! I will NEVER go here again. Not if they gave me free food. Not if they paid me. I'm not even sure this practice is legal. I truly hope the employees have toilet paper and somewhere to wash their hands because customers absolutely do not!

Overpriced BK. All menu items have at least 1 or 2 euros extra just because of the location. And the place is very dirty because people don't clean the tables when they're done eating and they're understaffed.

Burgers delivery was delayed and the food were not delivered in full. The burger consisted of a bun, mayonnaise and a chicken cutlet, nothing more. The order was made through UBER EATS and instead of two burgers, one arrived!!!!!!!

Doesn’t have beef that isn’t gluten free. This is the least American American chain I’ve ever seen. I found a normal Big Mac at McDonald’s no problem. I don’t know why I couldn’t find a normal whopper at buyer king.

50c for coke that is supposed to be included and 10cents for a paper bag. No receipt paper in the printer. Food awful too. Won’t be back.

I recently visited Burger King and had a very disappointing experience. Firstly, the self-ordering kiosks were not working, making it impossible to place a takeaway order. This was highly inconvenient and frustrating. Additionally, the staff was extremely unprofessional. They did’t listen to what I was saying, often getting distracted by conversations with other customers and coworkers. This lack of attention resulted in my order being completely wrong. To make matters worse, the place was very dirty. Tables were not cleaned, and the floor was littered with trash. It was clear that no one was attending to the cleanliness of the restaurant, which made the dining experience even more unpleasant. The overall experience was very poor due to these issues. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes necessary improvements to provide a better service in the future.

We ordered two oreo shakes and instead of Oreo we found some chocolate balls and they tasted very bad Also we asked for cream(nata) and they told us that they don’t have Been to many Burger King branches they all are good but this one was disgusting And they gave us the cold drink straws , we were unable to take sip with those straws because they were too narrow

Not only is this place so dirty they shouldn't be allowed to serve food, the service is the absolute slowest I've ever witnessed. The speed at which the kitchen staff moves is almost like a joke considering how backed up they were with orders. We had two burgers and waited over 15 minutes for them only to see that they got the order wrong. At least they were able to sort it out. The lady waiting next to me wanted to order her ice cream and after 15 minutes, nothing. It's truly unbelievable.

Very very dirty! It was only one person to prepare the orders so the waiting time was long. The bathrooms were unusable.

The drinks were hot - over 20 degrees- and the french fries barely fried. (I took a beer which we shared.) Not so many people so why not do it properly !? Poured out the drink and tossed the french fries. You never have to be disappointed because they always have the same low level - and it was the same this time. Stopped on our way to the train, will not happen again...
