I have been ordering from here for many years now and they are prompt and courteous. When you order via call center the branch also calls and confirms. This time we went in to order. They guided us about how to best customize our pizza based on dietary needs while not costing us extra. Placed order, they were ok with waiting in car to avoid crowds in Covid and brought pizza to the car! They also have an appreciation certificate on the display.

Great taste... need improvement in menu as no pizza pics availabe have to guess the pizza or have to try every pizza once to get right pizza for you... service was also not that good as other brands in serving end.

So, the food was normal as usual, but the only drawback is that they forget to bake our pizza with thin crust. The overall experience was good. prices were normal as We were two people. The ambiance was good and calm. Sauses was fresh and having good taste.

In my review of the Domino's Pizza branch, I found the pizzas to be inconsistent in quality, with some being well-cooked and others undercooked. However, the staff is cooperative and responsive to any issues encountered, providing a positive aspect to the dining experience.

The pizza was very nice the service was decent but the place was a bit dirty we were not sitting in but there was also sauce on the table the reason I am not giving the food 5 stars is because the chips were quite soggy and no one touched them

Thin crust pizza. Look for deals and vouchers. Their menu is confusing, with very high prices on the regular menu. However, similar items are always available at significantly lower prices in the deals

I recently tried dominos wacky medium deal. I ordered the crispy chicken burger flavor. When it arrived I noticed that it looked quite smaller and thinner than usual, probably to save costs on the deal, but it was quite good and the service was also fine. The food and taste is all good. They used to deliver in 30 mins but now they always take an hour to deliver. I ordered directly and used their own delivery (not Foodpanda etc.). The pizza gets cold after that much time.

Seating on the top floor was rather poor. The tables were not aligned on the floor properly. They were wobbly and the chairs felt low quality as well. Dominos cheaped out on the furniture. Shame considering the pizzas were really damn good.

Restroom 6/10 Coming to the food it's okayish according to me We ordered their ranch pizza 8/10 And Italian crust pizza 8/10 Overall 7/10.

I recently tried the Peri Peri pizza roll at this branch. 1. The taste was satisfying, but I found the stuffing to be less generous compared to other Domino’s locations. 2. One of the air conditioners wasn’t working, which affected the overall comfort. 3. Cleanliness and ambiance also need improvement to match the standards I’ve seen elsewhere. Hoping to see these areas addressed soon.

We ordered a Peri Peri pizza and a supreme pizza. The supreme pizza had a pleasant flavor. However, the Peri Peri pizza was disappointing. It felt like eating plain bread with a tangy sauce; there was no real pizza flavor. All the taste came from the sauce, and the pizza itself was flavorless. The service was adequate, nothing exceptional but perfectly fine. The restaurant itself is nice. When we visited, we were the only customers, so it was a very peaceful experience.

This used to be a great pizza place years ago, but their quality and standard of both food & service have fallen a lot. The pizzas are nowhere near other pizza places now. They barely use any chicken or sauce, and often deliver them cold. The prices are also okay but the quality & service dropping this much is disappointing as it used to be my favourite before! My Mom ordered pizza at 1:49 am and its 3:49 am now and we are still waiting for it. They take 2 hours to deliver a medium pizza to a location which is 5 minutes away. Pathetic service and all this manager has to say is that we're sorry it's really busy here, Seriously?!!

Tried this place on a friend's recommendation. Went there with my family when they had their buy 1 get 1 free offer. We were super disappointed by their service quality, the ambience and the quality and quantity of their pizzas! Would never recommend it to anyone. First off even if we ignore the shabby ambience , the servers were making it worse by prioritizing other customers instead of the customers that were in the queue and waiting for their orders to be taken. This is all based on our dine-in experience. Secondly, the pizzas. What a waste of rs2000 ! Quality: 3/10 . We ordered their legend ranch pizza in large and tandoori hot pizza in large as well. Few pieces of chicken, undercooked dough! And the flavours weren't there at all! The legend ranch was doused in sauce with literally no chicken on the pizza. Tandoori hot was slightly spicy but really disappointing as well. Not for a minute did it feel like we were eating a pizza with the dough so soggy. We returned the pizza and asked them to cook the dough again. Came back after a few minutes but still tasteless! Forget the chicken, there wasn't enough cheese and the tasteless sauce ruined our appetite! Price: 0/10 expensive for disappointing pizzas. Quantity: 4/10

Worst Dominos branch in Lahore. Takes more than an hour to deliver, and will send no confirmation. Staff is also okay if you are not satisfied and will simply cancel your order instead of improving.

I had the Worst Experience ever on this branch😑. I had ordered "Creamy Mughlai" pizza from them. The pizza was extremely cold and resembled a Sukkhi roti with no or little topping of chicken and there was only the Dough. Sorry to say Dough kehna bhi dough ki beizati lag rhi hai...🤔 Moreover they delivered the pizza in "The Two and Half Hours". I'm never ever gonna place an order by using online payment services. Really disappointed by Valencia Lahore branch. In one visit ordered 2 pizzas, initially they took over time than given time. When pizza served, it was cool. Imagine you are eating at the branch and you have been served by cool pizza? What it shows? Then I immediately complaint. Given another order, unfortunately the second one was half cooked. I won't recommend it to anyone. Zero percent cooperative!

Worst experience poor customer service

This is a very long waited review. I gave multiple chance to them but they didn't fixed the issues. The main problem is there staff. When we go to this branch it feels like the staff is not motivated, they are not serving you by there will, it feels like someone is forcing them to serve us. They are not kind and and. Very unprofessional. If you ask something from the staff they give you answer in a way that you feel embarrassed and try not to ask anything next time. The environment is very bad, vibe is also not good. Sitting is not clean. If you want to eat dominos just take away because I'm very sure your day will be ruined if you dine in.

Tried multiple times and their delivery service is the worst. Ordered pizza through app app automaticly select valancia town branch as per my location . Even i dont have option to change . After 40 minutes they call me said johar town branch is more closer to you order there . I repeated tell them according to my location your app automatically select location but they refuse . I called helpline three times they convince me dont worry your pizza is about dilevered . 4th time when i ask to hold and call branch they refuse we cant even call branch . My 5 hours are wasted in this situation . So whenever you order pizza for guests dont trust them . They didnt say a sorry or contacted me yet . I have attached picture of order tracking after 13 hours still they are showing out for delivery .

I had a very disappointing experience with my recent order from the Domino's app. The pizza was delivered late, and the customer care service was inadequate. When I tried to register a complaint about the late delivery, they failed to log my issue and told me that someone from the branch would contact me soon. However, no one reached out. It wasn't until my third call that they finally registered my complaint. My order was placed at 2:05 AM, and I received a message stating that it was ready and out for delivery at 2:20 AM. After waiting for half an hour, I called at 2:50 AM, but they did not register my complaint during that call. On my third call at 3:00 AM, they finally took my complaint seriously. I received my order at 3:08 AM, despite the fact that the distance from my house to the branch is only about 10 minutes. Additionally, the delivery person informed me that my order was not ready at 2:20 AM, which explains the delay. Unfortunately, the pizza did not justify the wait; it was neither fresh nor hot.

We had a very bad experience. They lied about the pizza size, giving us a medium instead of a large. The price was too high, even with a discount. The taste was okay, but there wasn't enough chicken and vegetables. However, the service was great. This place might be better for older people.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Domino's Valencia branch. every time i placed an order expecting a prompt delivery, but every time my pizza arrived significantly late. Not only was the delivery well beyond the estimated time, but there was also no communication from this branch to explain the delay or offer any apology. They even didn’t pick up your call to at least give some reason for the delay. I understand that sometimes delays happen, but the lack of communication and the cold pizza that arrived as a result is unacceptable. As a loyal customer, I expected much better service and timely delivery, especially considering Domino's reputation for efficiency. I hope the management takes this seriously and works to improve both the delivery times and customer service at this branch.

Received cold pizza after 2 hours of placing order which was also bitten from one side.Awful experience and horrible customer servis.

Highly not recommended. Ordered for delivery at 10:53, received a text at 11:10 that order is ready. Still waiting for the order called Domino’s helpline at 12:20. They said order was late in the making even though I received a message that it was ready on time. I asked to register a complaint, kept me on hold for more than 5 mins. So basically a 10 mins call. After registering compliant they didn’t share complaint number saying I will receive it on my registered phone number. Fast forward to 12:50, Rider delivered the order exactly 2 hours after placing the order. As for the punch line: Received incomplete order. I ordered a “My Box - with one side and a dip” along with another small pizza. Simply handed me pizzas and no side or dip was delivered. Even though I called the rider right after 1-2 mins of receiving order, he didn’t pick up the call. Pizzas were also cold💁🏻‍♂️ If there was an option to give stars in a negative number I would certainly give them a -5. Not all branches of Dominos are like this, so I’ve heard. My experience with Valencia branch is as I’ve explained. Also this was not the first time that they messed up, but most certainly the last time.

Today it was worst experince which is ordered via online dominos app. Sale Receipt# 340473 order# time 8:05pm It was delivered in 1 hour and 20 mins. It's was prepared within 25 mins as it's being track via App subsequently message was received for feedback at 8.30 pm delivered at 9.23 pm Its not fresh at all and no proper meat and topping. Furthermore, card machine is being asked to be brought by rider instead asking for cash. It's such a shame that you take order via app. What the point of delivering if not fresh and deliver shall be 20 mins after being prepared. Delivering unsuitable pizza, late delivery, no machine. Highly unprofessional service and not at all recommended for online delivery. Also, they have started selling cheez only pizza with no topping, too less chicken and card machine

One of the worst pizzas I have ever had

Even after an hour and a half, the order did not arrive. They kept lying on the phone, telling me that the rider is on his way. The rider contacted me 30 minutes after for the location. This is also not a rare occurrence—this has been the case anytime I’ve ordered from them. It is almost always more than an hour late.

Absolutely horrendous, bad service, cold food every single time I get food from here it's the most appalling thing. The branch never responds I've called them 12 times after placing the order and they never pick and after 2 hours delay the rider shows up at your door front with cold food.

visited the Domino’s Pizza outlet at Valencia town with my family, and unfortunately it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. The service quality was extremely poor. There was no proper staff available to guide customers or manage order pickup. The staff present was unprofessional, careless, and showed an inappropriate attitude, which is unacceptable for a brand like Domino’s. The pizza quality was very disappointing. I ordered a regular pizza, but I was served an extra-thin pizza without being informed, which was not what I asked for. The taste and overall quality were far below standard. Additionally, there was no proper arrangement for ketchup, especially for families with children. We were given only three or four small sachets, whereas every other pizza brand provides a full-sized ketchup bottle, which is a basic expectation. The overall environment of the outlet was also very poor and unsuitable, despite being located in a decent area like Valencia . I have tried many other pizza brands nearby such as Papa John’s and Cheezious, and their quality and service are far better. I have never experienced such a low standard of service and food anywhere else. This was a very bad experience for me and my family, and honestly, I did not expect such below-par and careless service from Domino’s. This feedback is shared so that serious improvements can be made and no other family has to go through such an unpleasant experience

I called again to register a complaint and was told that I would receive a call from the branch, which never happened. Even after waiting an additional 30 minutes, no rider arrived. I contacted the complaint center again and was assured that the issue would be checked and the order delivered shortly. Another 30 minutes passed, and still the order was not delivered. This experience reflects extremely poor service, lack of coordination, miscommunication, and false assurances. It was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I expect better service standards from a brand like Domino’s. Please look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action.

Wow. Seriously, people recommending this joint have zero taste buds (but then again, what do you expect?). This place is horrible. There were hundreds of mosquitoes in the place, the staff is absolutely horrible- they will always give preference to people they know. My family and I sat down in an empty place and the staff just kept serving all the people coming in first (the staff seemed to know them). We waited 35 minutes for the two pizzas (all the friends of the server were obviously served first). One of the pizzas was undercooked and had VERY little chicken. When I pointed this out and compared it to the other pizza, the server was like that's how that pizza is. We 'returned' the pizza which came back overcooked and with more chicken on it. It was disgusting. The other pizza was just okay. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place- it only suits people with dead taste buds.
