Honestly the burgers were great as you can see on the picture, it was clean and professional. The staff was slow because they had only one person on the floor. Manager should put more than one person on the floor to not build a delay on service. Veggie burger was actually tasty and well put together.

Red Robin has a fairly diverse menu, beyond your standard burger and fries. In fact, one of my favorites is the "Simply" grilled chicken breast sandwich. I have tried several items like the veggie pizza and it is loaded with fresh vegetables, pretty good for a burger restaurant. If you enjoy fries, your server will bring refills, if you like garlic, the garlic fries are a great choice. Red Robin has a grain burger, fish & chips, chicken tenders and more. If you are looking for lighter fare, you will find a pretty decent selection, including several salad options. Ask your server if you have particular needs, they are really very accommodating. The food is fresh and consistent regardless what you decide to order.

We stopped in to have lunch with a friend and enjoyed our lunch. We ordered their BigYum burger deal and even though it looked small the burger was really filling. As usual you'll get their bottomless fries and soft drink. The burger was juicy and tender as well as delicious. Our server was courteous and polite. She made sure we had everything we needed and was always checking to see we we needed more fries and/or drinks.

The service and customer care were excellent; however, we did notice a slight issue with the salad. The lettuce did not appear as fresh as we had anticipated. We simply suggest being mindful of this, as some customers might be more particular. We would recommend inspecting the vegetables before they are served. Nevertheless, the service was great, and I would definitely return again, and my double-down burger was so delicious.

Great place to go when you got a picky family like me. Can't beat bottomless fries. They have good burgers, fish and chips great onion rings. The kids love the mac and cheese. Adult beverages if you so require. Depending on how crazy you get with drinks it's around $20 to $30 per person.

Good burgers, and very friendly staff. Only reason I didn't give then a 5 star was because a small piece of plastic I found in my fries. The manager made it right though so I will be back again. The milkshakes are awesome as well.

Good sangria, very nice staff. It was our first time there. The decor is pretty rough and our table smelled unpleasant. Not sure what was used to clean it. Perhaps a used rag. The cheeseburgers were subpar. Nothing that could be rectified. They were dry, tasteless and falling apart. They also put a sweet relish on them. In and Out is so much better. Not for us but it seems popular with young families.

Red Robin tries to satisfy via quantity over quality. Burgers are probably considered decent for a chain restaurant, but in today's standard where they are lots of specialty gourmet choices, their burgers failed to compare. Instead, Red Robin offers unlimited fries and other sides. While you may not be satisfied with the taste, you would definitely be satisfying your stomach by being very full.

Wife and I went to Red Robin in Valencia, it has been a few years, and it surely disappointed. Service was amazing, no complaints. Prices not so bad. But food... Both wife and I had stomach issues after Red Robin. My gut, no punt intended, told me to go elsewhere, but I disobeyed it. It is what it is. Hope they improve quality. PS: We went to watch Dogders win Game 2 WS against Blue Jay's. Environment was fun and electric.

We ordered the Whiskey River Barbecue Chicken Wrap which my wife absolutely loved. I had the Red Robin Original Burger and we also got a kids cheeseburger with veggies on the side. We were seated right away and our waitress was very attentive and kind. Unfortunately my burger was just OK. I ate it but would never order it again. The fries were some of the most mid fries I have ever had and even though they were endless the end came a lot quicker than I expected. The booster seat for our child was absolutely disgusting and the checkout machine felt sticky like someone with candy covered hands had been using it. Both of those things really ruined the experience. Overall I cannot imagine myself ever coming back.

Bad experience 😪 food was OK my burger 🍔 was bad 👎 😕 our waiter was the worst barley checked on us did not ask us for any refills . The sides were greasy and nasty. Won't Be coming here again.

Red Robin is supposed to be known for its “gourmet burgers,” but that was definitely not the case during my recent visit. I haven’t been here in a long time, and now I remember why. We ordered our burgers well done — meaning absolutely no pink — but they still came out pink inside. To make matters worse, when the food runner brought our burgers, he couldn’t even tell which one was which, so he opened them up and touched them with his bare hands! That was absolutely disgusting. We immediately asked for them to be remade. Who does this ??!! We were told that two burgers would be comped for the inconvenience, but instead, we were charged for every burger — including the remakes. It took a manager to come fix the bill, yet even then, the two burgers that were supposed to be comped never were. To top it all off, the service was slow from the start. It took about 10 minutes just to be greeted and seated, even though the restaurant was nearly empty. The server was apologetic, but the overall experience was disappointing and unsanitary. Sadly, we won’t be returning.

My Grilled Salmon dinner was so awful and dry I didn't eat. My bad for not sending it back. I've been eating at Red Robin for decades. It was great when it was in the mall. We won't be back. We spent $174.00

Horrible service! This is the second time visiting this location and having to wait 20+ minutes for something as simple as a refill or a sauce. Not to mention the restaurant was empty each time with at max 5 tables filled. It’s sad to see waiters just expecting a tip nowadays but giving terrible service. Whoever is in charge of hiring, do better.
