My absolute Favorite Dunkin Donuts. I love the staff here, my order has never been wrong, bathroom is ALWAYS clean and the cream or jelly filled donuts are always filled. I live in Tuckahoe and drive to this one for my Dunkin needs and urges.

Dunkin & Baskin Robbins share the Store. Thats pretty much why I go. Get my Fav Donuts and my Fav flavor Ice Cream. Their sandwiches and croissants get heated in a Micowave and taste like it. I'm not a Coffee Drinker which is why most are there, but good location and free parking are pluses.

Unlike most other DD's I've been to during midday hours, they were not low on stock of fan favorite items, nor my own preferred fare (everything bagel in particular). The service was fast, my orders have always been executed accurately at this location, accommodating specific requests. The only reason they lost the 5th star is that more than once I've received "less than welcoming" attitudes by the staff. Use their app to take advantage of standing and revolving discounts!

I was here today and service was fantastic. I had 2 for 5, I enjoyed bacon, egg and cheese on an English muffin, with hot tea. I really enjoy going to this Dunkin donuts. They have a great selection. They also have ice cream. Its large and comfortable and I see a lot of nice people from the neighborhood all the time . People who work there are always helpful and I always get a good donut for bagel. I mostly go there for their Ice T. My mother and I just had a wonderful time in there.

They're friendly, cheap, and quick on the good food and coffee. Almost always mess up my order but I usually get it back on the repeat which is a great and underrated practice at most establishments.

Really need to get back the sugar raised donuts Bavarian cream made me go find another Dunkin and I have drive that one has them instead walking down the street 😡

I have gone to this Dunkin everyday after class for coffee. Not a single time has the older lady behind the register got my order right. I'm not ordering 20 things, I'm ordering 1 single coffee and she manages to mess it up every single time. She makes the order on a tablet by pressing 2 buttons, it should not be rocket science.

Curbside pickup is a waste of time, just one spot for curbside pickup out of already tight parking spot. Lady who worked here rudely complained for not parking at already filled curbside pickup spot after making me wait for a while. So my coffee and food was cold by the time it reached me.

I live close that area so we always buy donuts and coffee in that store but today I have experienced very upsetting and disappointment with the stupid staff.. I ordered iced coffee blueberry dunkin but they gave me black coffee iced coffee..so I complained then they gave me with creamier but no taste… I’m so disappointed and dissatisfied in their service..☹️☹️☹️ I left my no taste coffee in their counter… why these staff they don’t know what they are selling???😕😕😕

I understand food service can be a stressful job but that is no reason for such terrible customer service. They are rude and you can just tell that they don’t want to be there. I live Dunkin but this is by far the ONLY and worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to!

The lady at the front that’s always there (she might be the manager )is always so rude and passive aggressive. I ordered online and when I went to pick it up it asked if they can add a little more mango pineapple on my refresher because it tasted bitter. I didn’t think it would be an issue to put a splash more. She gave the biggest attitude about it being very passive aggressive. I thought she had a bad day the last time I went and saw her but I guess she is just like that. I won’t be coming again I’ll be going to a different location from now on to avoid such a hostile environment.

I’ve lived in NYC. For more than 30 yrs this is by far the first dunken that DONT follow instructions not only that who wants to eat a WHOLE bagel r we NOT!! Cuttin them anymore smh then wen politely asked gets attitude smh

These people can't take an order if it was written down for them.....Oh wait it is! Been several times they are completely incompetent and can't understand the simple task of making coffee. Management is trash. I will happily go to the one down the road. You guys SUCK!
