Alborada Valladolid Reviews
A place to enjoy a variety of drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), some of them very original, such as the white chocolate mojito. They also offer milkshakes (I tried the strawberry and chocolate one), juices, sorbets, and drinks, among others. With a cozy terrace, this is a modern establishment located right in the city center.
We recommend it 1000%! My wife and I tried some cocktails; we recommend the classic Mojito and the Manhattan. The staff were very, very attentive. The place is very nicely decorated and the prices are reasonable. When we return to Valladolid, we'll definitely come back for a drink (they have a very good beer selection).
I finally decided to try this place! I had it on my list as one of the most recommended places for ice cream and milkshakes, but since I'd been to other places where I was very happy, I was really lazy to change. The good thing is that the experience was great, and the bad thing is that the others aren't as good anymore. I'll go back to them for a change, but this place definitely takes the cake. It's a little more expensive, but it's worth it, and way too much. Everything is natural and homemade (the cream, too, isn't from a bottle; it's delicious), lots of fruit, and a varied menu. It's huge, so with a cup of ice cream or a milkshake, you're good to go! While you wait (it doesn't take long), they bring you a huge plate of mixed nuts, jelly beans, and various snacks. The service is very good, and the waitress is attentive and pleasant. If you like chocolate, you have to come try the fondant chocolate cup with chocolate pieces. You'll thank me forever, hehe.
A very good smoothie bar and they also sel sorbets and they have a beer menu with al kinds of beer. Good service, friendly staf and not that expensive and very good quality. There is also a nice terras outside where you can chill, they have television screens where you can see al kind of sport games, enjoy 🙂
This place is great! The best in Valladolid! Atmosphere is fantastic! The ambiance is very welcoming and charming moreover the staff is also really friendly and make great recommendations. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, making the customers happy is their main priority. Everytime i go there It’s a great experience . The most Amazing drinks and shakes , tapas, snacks and service of the whole city. A round applause for the Staff👏👏👏👏👏

Best drinks in Valladolid I’ve had so far! It’s cozy and I just love it!
They have very good coctels and smoothie and they have a big variety of beer
Me encanta ir a tomar batidos aquí.
Bar Café Alborada is a quiet and pleasant spot, ideal for unwinding or simply enjoying some time. The atmosphere is relaxed, with soft background music and an air-conditioned space that invites you to linger. Inside, there's plenty of room to relax comfortably, including sofas that add an extra touch of comfort. They offer a wide variety of drinks: from coffees, soft drinks, and beers to natural smoothies and expertly crafted cocktails, all beautifully presented. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making you feel at ease from the moment you arrive. However, the prices are somewhat high, and it's a bit inconvenient that they take away your glasses one by one as you finish, which can slightly disrupt the flow of conversation or the feeling of relaxation. In addition, there's a terrace under the arcades, perfect for enjoying the outdoors without worrying about the sun or rain. It's a well-rounded place for those seeking quality, tranquility, and a pleasant atmosphere, although there are a few details that could be improved.
I've only been a few times in recent years, since the change of ownership, because the current managers are quite unfriendly and don't create a pleasant atmosphere. On my last visit, besides being one of the most expensive in the area (including those on Librería Street), it was still an uncomfortable place, with the owners even arguing with other customers right there in the shop; very unprofessional.
This café was, until recently, my favorite breakfast spot, especially on Saturday mornings. Not long ago, breakfast there was fit for a king or queen. For €3.50, you'd get a coffee with milk (and if you ordered it in a large cup, there was no extra charge), a large slice of toast with butter and jam or extra virgin olive oil and tomato (which is what I usually ordered), a large orange juice (which, although not fresh, was very good quality), four different pieces of fruit skewered on a toothpick like a kebab, a bowl of nuts that usually contained pumpkin and sunflower seeds, some raisins, and sometimes even small pieces of walnuts, a small wafer, and a small doughnut. In short, a perfect breakfast. And this wasn't 10 or 15 years ago; I'm talking about the post-pandemic era. After a long time, they raised the price of breakfast to €4. Okay, so far so good; life goes up, and well, it doesn't matter. But after that price increase, the quality of breakfast began to plummet. First, they removed the small wafer—well, no big deal, it was insignificant. Then they cut the juice in half, then the large toast magically shrank, then they removed the bowl of nuts, and then they reduced the size of the mini fruit skewer. But despite all that, I kept going. And I say "kept going" until today, when I went for breakfast with the same conditions as before: coffee with milk, a slice of toast that's nothing like the one they used to serve for €3.50, a doughnut, a small juice, and the mini skewer with three pieces of fruit. It suddenly went from €4 to €5. That's a €1 increase (25%) just like that, with a quality that has been declining for the last two years. In short, in the last 3-4 years, the price has gone from €3.50 to €5, with a sudden €1 increase, and the quality has been steadily declining. I don't know who owns the café, but they've lost me as a customer for good. Even though the cost of living is rising, I think a sudden 25% price hike is outrageous, and when you add to that the fact that the breakfast quality has dropped considerably, it's a reason not to return. And I'm sure many other people feel the same way. In fact, there weren't usually many people there at breakfast time. They make their living from smoothies, ice cream sundaes, and summer cocktails, but if they do the same thing with those as they did with breakfast, they'll end up closing. I'm not going back. Sayonara, baby.
