We had pretty good V60 here. In the morning, when the guy was at the bar. After lunch we came here for another drop, and girls were not able to make a good filter coffee. Depends on who is at the bar - ot can be good or bad experience ;) but I doubt there are better coffee shops. This was a good find. Specialty V60 for 104 pesos - pretty good deal ;)
Quaint coffee shop with a nice playlist. Had a matcha latte and it came out relatively quick. Awesome spot to get some work done without feeling rushed. Bathroom is accessible and clean. Spent about $11 on two medium drinks, which may or may not be pricey depending on your budget. Stayed here for a few hours for work without interruption.
This place had such great coffee and pastries, I had to come twice!
Coffee was quite good. A bit on the acidic side so the water needs to be hotter but otherwise it was a good extraction. Food was okay altough a bit on the fattier side. For a quick snack there is nothing wrong with their offer. If we are in the area we would come back for an espresso or coffee.

Love this place can’t get enough of it mostly my favourite cappuccino Mexicano, a bit pricey for a medium but worth every peso 😁… it’s a very peaceful environment with A/C and wifi you have to check it out at least once. I wish I had more pictures
Amazing coffee. Machiato was made to perfection. Cookies were great. Decided to come the next morning too. Highly recommended!
My fav coffee shop in Valladolid. + 5 min walk from Hostel Valladolid 48. + Good AC - nice and cool + 2 floors - nice spacious seating areas + Strong Wifi + Quality mocha and coffee + Very good cheesy egg toast breakfast Great place to work. I had a very delicious cortado! Made with a lot of care and passion. The best we had in Valladolid. I Highly recommend this place for coffee lovers!

One of the best shots espresso I've gotten in Mexico, and delicious food. This quickly became my go-to for working, and coffee.

They offer pour over options, which I appreciate. I got the V60 with naturales coffee beans from Veracruz and it was incredible. This was a treat. Loved it.
Great place with an international feel in a historic building. Great bread and cakes. Five different ways to brew the coffee if you like. Great people. The mocha my daughter got was good, very smooth, light, and not too sweet. My chai tea latte was too watery for my taste but OK. The pan elote (wedge shaped) was excellent as was the slice of banana cheesecake. Nice and clean private unisex bathroom.
Cappuccino and chai tea ok but nothing to repeat for us, atmosphere rather practical but cozy, good wifi.
The cafe americano at ConKafecito was a medium roast; smooth, bold, slightly burnt. The chai latte was not very flavorful and it was warm, not hot. The 3 cheese sandwich was ok. The cheesecake was just ok.
Service was ok, but $15usd for a microwave heated cake and a sad crock with a rotten side salad is a joke. Added one star because if you're desperate for morning food, it's actually open when it says it is (unlike most of the hopeless cafes in this town).
