Rúe Café Valladolid Reviews
Lovely brunch place with an amazing garden🌴, so dont forget to check that. We needed to wait for a table, but it went fast. We ordered their 100% chocolates and matcha latte. The chocolate drink was really good, but the matcha was sweetened that we didn’t like. The ciabatta was absolutely amazing, would recommend.
Such beautiful quality nutritious food and drink, and such variety. I could eat here twice a day for a week and never tire of it. And if you need to wait for a table the garden is a lovely cool place to wander in. Everything is prepared with such love that you feel it. Unusually for me, I give this unreservedly 10/10. Worth a detour! 💚💜
We really love this place. Came here every morning of our trip. They start your meal off with a complementary chlorophyll shot, and the food and drinks are delicious. The only thing I would change is instead of cooking vegetable oil, to have all the food cooked and butter. When we asked for this, they honored the substitution, so be sure to ask! Great environment, beautiful gardens, one of our favorite places in Valladolid!!
Everything was so delicious! We had the Nutella toast, the huevos Valladolid, and the Ciabatta Suytun - everything was on specialty bread which made everything even more delicious. The presentation of each meal was great too. I love their cutlery and the small details throughout the whole breakfast experience. The hot chocolate with 70% was perfect for our tastebuds. The best part was the amazing service this restaurant has to offer. All of the waitresses were always on point to make sure we had everything we needed. Can’t wait to be back!
A great place to stop in Valladolid . Right by the historic center , you get a bit of peace in a patio surrounded by a beautiful garden. I got the quesadillas Valladolid and it was quite tasty. My girlfriend devours her ciabatta de queso with a maracuya juice freshly made. We got lucky because at the time it’s wasn’t busy. Enjoy !!
This place did not disappoint. Everything was phenomenal. My oatmeal chia fruit bowl, the Valladolid omelette and the chai frappe were my favorites. Awesome service, quaint patio, live music. Expectations were exceeded. And after our meal, they gave us a cute little tourist guide and map.
One of the nicest looking cafes and the owner is SO KIND, bless her soul! She made our experience much better. I would 100% recommend the place if you’re visiting the city. Seats are limited so get there early! Honestly nothing negative to say except for the matcha, it tasted a bit like powdered milk.
Let’s talk about this beautiful little cafe! First off it’s beautiful inside and out and there’s even a garden for you to visit after you eat. The owner is at the restaurant working with the employees greeting everyone and offering you suggestions off the menu she created. The attention from everyone here was amazing. Now the drinks WOW! coffees were delicious and strong we also had some natural juices that tasted fresh. The food was the show stopper though flavorful and presented beautifully. After you eat they even give you a list of things to do in their city that they recommend. 10/10 highly recommended you stop by here!
This may well be the one breakfast to rule them all! Fresh healthy selections both traditional and contemporary. They have a range of different Mexican espresso beans and I highly recommend the espresso trio that showcases the subtle and not-so subtle differences in flavor! On top of that because I am a confirmed Coffey addict. I had their darkest chocolate Mocha with a couple shots of espresso. Para La Comida, I had the green omelette beautifully delivered with a hearty mix of Chaya onion other vegetables and Oaxaca cheese! The “energy ball“ is a delicious bit of hippyness that was a delight! My girlfriend had the vegetarian quesadillas with a side of eggs and it too was perfection. The staff is lovely and the diners were a mix of local and tourist. Always nice to see people from here eating here. I sit here sipping the last bit of my mocha and I’m about to go check out their lovely garden gardens and meet their pet pugs! An absolute must-go when in Valladolid!
🌿 Beautiful place with a lovely botanical garden. The surroundings are really nice and relaxing 😍 ☕ We stopped for hot chocolate and dessert. Everything tasted good, but the portions were very small for the price, which felt a bit disappointing. 💸 One downside: there’s a tip jar even in the free botanical garden. I understand it’s a touristy spot, but the constant pressure to tip for everything slightly ruins the atmosphere.
Unfortunately I had high hopes. The atmosphere was nice and cute. Waitress was friendly. However, the food was screaming pre-made. The fact that they couldn't even take out onions from a quesadilla said a lot. (I have a sensitivity) The local places are able to do it. The waitress outright refused to ask and said the kitchen has all the stuffings pre-made. They can't make any changes, including omelettes? I was shocked. Never heard that you can't get one ingredient out even from an omelette. Got a hummus toast but it was I ate a whole garlic instead. Its 5 hours later and I still taste the garlic. Didn't even taste like hummus, pretty tasteless. Disappointed and wouldn't recommend it if people had intolerancies. Slightly over-priced for pre-made food so it's not worth the hype. Presentation is just for the gram.
