It's the only Chinese food place with that distinctive essence. The food is always 10/10, we've always found it to be well-seasoned. The service is 10/10, the lady always offers great service. And the prices are affordable. Not like the ones in the plaza.

Es un buen lugar, mucha gente no come ahí y quizá por eso se vea vacío el lugar, pero mucha gente se lleva la comida y es entendible por tema de COVID, pero la comida es agradable.

The atmosphere is good for eating at the place, the service is fast since you choose the dish, if you go for dumplings you have to wait a little, it's worth the wait.
Everything is fine. Just be sure to check the price when ordering mixed drinks, so you don't get ripped off and charged $60 for two strawberries, cucumber strips, or blackberries in your drink. 😏 Otherwise, everything's fine. Oh, and the 15% tip (voluntary).

It was my first time eating here. I didn't want to be swayed by the negative reviews. It's a shame I have to confirm them. The food isn't good; it's overly salty. The person at the counter (the owner) and her staff were rude.

I called that number and they told me it was a personal number, not the restaurant's. I bought two orders of three different stews and one order of rolls, and they wanted to give it to me in a bag instead of on a tray. The breakfast was reheated from yesterday and tasted bad. The Gallo salsa container was very dirty, and they just refill it; they don't replace it.
I've always liked their food and service, but the last time I got raw, tasteless spaghetti. When I told them, they treated me rudely and arrogantly instead of apologizing or anything; they just got angry. They said, "Why are you telling us if you've already eaten or tasted it?" I'm not usually one to complain about everything, but that time they really disgusted me. My advice: Complaints should be taken positively to improve the service. Good luck!
It lacks flavor, there are no toppings (shiracha and soy sauces, lemons), and they serve it in takeout dishes. It would be nice if they had an on-site buffet.
