Great food. Nice to have the choice of chicken or burgers, but for me it's & W all the way. Always get a root beer float, and they never disappoint. And the burgers are much better than any Jack in the box or burger king Burger, by far. Fast service. 5 stars. Great fast food...

The cashier and manager (Cornell) was very helpful and polite! The grilled chicken breast was delicious! It was seasoned perfect, moist and done!! 😍👍

I'm glad that this restaurant is open once again for dine-in. As I don't like to rush through a meal and I'd rather eat at a table than in my car. Also, I had a craving for their Papa Burger 🍔 🍟🥤meal, which I haven't had in over a year. I like that their fountain drink machine is available for self-serve so that I can put in the exact amount of icecubes that I prefer to have in my cup, and so that I can make my own personal mix concoction.

Overall good experience. The drive thru was snappy. They got everything right. They also take Costco Visa. Some other stores don't. The food was good. Only complaint is that the root beer was watery.

Clutch!!!!! Can't go wrong with a root beer float! Period! Lady at the window was super helpful!! My mom and I been A&W supporters for hella long!!! We bought the 100 year anniversary mug. $5.99....... ain't bad! You feel me? We copped 2. Only issue we had is we payed an extra $.80 for extra ice cream for each float ($1.60) and that thing still had hella soda. Moms was highly upset! Do better on that part A&W! Mom was hot!

Decent food but unfortunately they were having technical difficulties an so service was slow. I will definitely try again later

I got a rootbeer float. It's nowhere near as good as I remember them being.

Took a while to get past the drive through but the root beer float was worth the wait .

They didn't get the order right and forgot our drinks that came with the meal.

Food is o.k. Make sure to check your bag if using the drive through, they tend to forget things like cookies and napkins.

The food is decent, but the drive thru is always slow.

This is a KFC and A&W. Service is slow but food is good.

Food is tasty, but tell me why I found hair on it? P.S. I found the hair after consuming some Edit: I will have to change the review from 2 stars to 3 because of the response (that was very professional of them. No other place of business have done that with my now 36 reviews) and after all the food was very delicious. I will be ordering again, and the same thing too. Yep I said it, I will order that same item I found hair in, (for the people who are too daft. No it won’t be the same exact one!) this one I won’t find hair in (I hope). That Cheese Coney Dog was good as heck.

I didn't know this until just recently but everyday at this A & W they make there own rootbeer, actually twice daily. It tastes great too. Also this place is not only A & W but is combined with Kentucky fried chicken, so it's two fast food places in one.!! They may not have the full menu for Kentucky fried chicken but it's got quite a bit on menu board to order from. Plus it does have a drive thru as well !!! Also indoor sitting area to eat there if you choose, pretty decent place for fast food compared to others I have seen.

Went in to kfc to get chicken & Waffels twice and both times the Waffels were cold even after told them about problem i had with first order. Stated just made Waffels for my order. Wrong will not return

I ordered and waited was called to the counter I grab my food and left when I got home walked into the kitchen put the order out for everyone and noticed the chk pot pie I ordered was not in the bag I kept trying to call the number on the receipt but the phone just kept ringing I ordered before five pm was still trying at eight and still no answer if the store was around the corner I would have gone back but I live twenty minutes away as it is I hope when I go in tomorrow they at least give me the pie and an apology for having to come back

How can you only serve a root beer float in a paper cup? You're disrespecting the float like that. And do something about the jacked up car missing all four tires on your front parking lot, that's pathetically depressing you guys.

Poor service, and the guy doesn't explain which side menu to use. So a whole lot of "No!" From him and not help in the service. Flies in the dining room. The also didn't give a complete order. The lady wanted me to pay again for something I didn't get! Never coming here again!

Went through the drive through. The young man did not give us any napkins.(you all know how sticky the chicken is) He also did not put any forks or (sporks) in the bag. Try eating coleslaw or mash potatoes and gravy in the car. ( another reason the napkins would have been nice). The food was hot though.

Seen the old A&W sign and thought Hmm it’s literally been decades since having a burger and root beer from A&W. So we went to the drive thru ordered 2 A7’s I believe? Root beer , fries and a cheeseburger. $20.35 (WoW)….. so we had to pull up front and wait for our order. That’s ok , it means something is gona be coming out hot and fresh right ? Well about 10 minutes later the lady brings us our bag, doesn’t say a word but we get our food. We decided to just repark and eat in the car. First bummer was NO Napkins , No ketchup, :-( ! Well the fries were pretty warm and ok. We both took two bites of the burger and was so bummed out. I’ve never in all my years had a burger from anywhere that was so salty !! The second bite was just to see if maybe was a oops spot with the seasoning. Nope my husband even wrapped his back up and we figured , o well we supported a local business. Highly disappointed! I will say the root beer was as good as I remembered. But even that no longer had the signature crushed ice. Maybe it was an off day ? But I can’t recommend that place.

Disappointed. Stale bun on chilidog the one tasty thing.. weird whitecolored wet-meat sloppy wrapped cold papaburger, nice soft bun though. First time back in years wont again. Not normal fries. Nice ladies though.

They've started holding people at the order box to reduce their drive through times. I sat and waited for 4 cars to clear the window before I ever got to order.

I don't know what happened but I ate from this restaurant earlier this evening and I've been throwing up ever since. My body is angry with me right now. Nearly 4 hours later and I'm still having issues! Bad visit!!!!!!!

They open late 10-10 it's already 10:13 and they're still close but love their chicken and fries. Always a choice when it comes to chicken.

The Jamaican lady with the bald head is so rude . Refused to let my 7 year old daughter use the restroom unless we bought something after I already stated I would just needed to assist my daughter in the restroom . She also a always making you park in the front of the store and mad when she has to walk your order to you

Bad service missing food big time 3 burgers missing pates missing pickles missing extra chicken missing dip

In response to the owner: I was told to park out front and my food was supposed to be brought to me. It came out twenty minutes later. The fries and burger were cold, as in barely room temperature. So I sent it back. Then it took me additional five minutes to get my refund. I think you should be aware of this. This happened on 7/19/20.

Kentucky fried Chicken together and I order Original 2 piece two small pieces and greasy. Cookie Broken, so they put two in bag. I got a refund after talking to the manager. She said, it dark and greasy because it's fresh. Yup! No Thanks

You never get your right order! Store looks dingy & dirty, and staff is rude! I'll never go back there! I ordered a A&W root beer float, sign says "rootbeer made here!" I witnessed the counter person make it w/ 2 CANS of A&W soda! REALLY?

If you go to through the drive-thru expect to park in the parking lot for awhile so they can make your food. We ordered a root beer float and onion rings. When we got the onion rings, they weren't even rings. They were pieces of onion rings. As we were sitting there waiting, EVERYONE that was in the drive-thru had to park and wait.

The service was horrible from the chubby African American girl. She complained ABOUT every task and when we came in for our senior outing, she made a remark saying theres that many of you guys, i have never seen that many! We ordered root beer floats and she was saying i have to make 11 of these! Yes, you should because your working. Its her job! I don't really remember word for word of what she said, but i found it to rude and disrespectful. I believe that every customer should be treated the same. Other than her rude service, the gentlemen was nice.

I would give thos location ZERO if allowed!!!! How can a root beer place run out of ROOT BEER! And not once but TWO TIMES in the last 2 months! I know because the only two times I went to get KFC and A&W they were out! Since this location has been open (5 to 10 YEARS!) I have never had a good experience! NEVER AGAIN!!!
