Johnny Rockets Vallejo Reviews
I have eaten and worked here. Awesome food, you want a fresh burger, fries and onion rings, this is the place 👍 They also have cheese and bacon fries, bacon cheeseburgers, shakes and more! You will not be disappointed!
Great food and fabulous staff. They made sure everything was right. The food is fantastic. Way better than what you normally get at an amusement park.
Had chicken strip meal amd was fresh! Will go again! A little pricey but not as bad as you'd expect for a theme park!
They are so good on the food the chicken 🍗 wings are delicious with the side of fries 🍟 and onion 🧅 rings . They are so good at 🍳 cooking the food. It delicious 😋🤤. With the chicken deeped fried 🍤. They are so polite and kind to their customers it's a line but it's worth if you craving chicken wings
Best burger in the park. Doesn't taste synthetic and steamed like the other burgers. It actually has seasoning! Lol. Plus a side of fries AND onion rings. Will be back next time!
Yummy, nice they mix french fries and onion rings in your meal. Everything on the menu is delicious

This was the fastest moving food line; we spent the entire day at the park, so we ate at 4 different places throughout the day and this one was my favorite. The seating area was also much less packed than the main food court. I definitely recommend using the mobile app to pre order your food.

Food is pretty ok for theme park food. The best is the cookie and cream shake. Burger with fries and onion rings was ok too. Line moves slow but that is true for most lines at this six flags park. So plan time for your visit.
I ordered the chicken strips combo that comes with 3 chicken strips and side of fries and onion rings. The food was good 👍 Just a heads up, you might have to wait 2 hours to order. I suggest if you have the app just order from there.
Order hamburger meal in advance using the mobile app and you'll skip the long line. Hamburger was tasty, everything was warm. Don't forget to ask for napkins and a cup of water.

The food here was delicious and affordable. We waited extremely long though, and the lines are confusing.
Pretty good hamburger joint and the milkshakes are good too. It's located inside of Six Flags Discovery Kingdom and is one of the best restaurants to eat at in the park. All my kids love it and I love it and so do all my guests that I bring. Johnny rockets is also part of the dining pass that I have with my season pass membership therefore we eat there basically for free. I think I pay about $6 per month per pass and it's definitely worth it. There's also an app so that I can pick any time for my mobile order to be ready for pickup. There's a separate line from mobile orders making this very convenient, quick, and easy. Also the group of young women that work there are very friendly, understanding, and amusing.

A little disappointed with their hamburgers. Great shakes. For being in 6 Flags Park and dealing with lots of people all the time; it took a loooong time to be serve. I guess when you have a captive audience it doesn't matter to you.
The service is slow, the burgers are thin and dry and usually burnt, but the milkshakes are awesome..... if you are looking for a good burger then I recommend going somewhere else, but if you are looking for a good thick milkshake then I strongly recommend Johnny Rockets...
Not impressed with their burgers...meat had no taste but they use good quality buns. We waited 2 hours in Six flags location for lunch.
If you have ever visited a Johnny Rockets in the mall or as a stand alone restaurant and expect the same from here, you will surely be disappointed. This one is located inside Six Flags and is not held to those standards. I guess if you are in an amusement park, you expect less. The chicken fingers platter us the safest bet. We have tried the burger and it is always cold. I will say the milkshakes are nice on a hot day.
Johnny rockets is s a good franchise, but this particular location inside marine world's Discovery kingdom does not represent that in any way. Ridiculously long wait for the food with three customers in line. 62$ for two meals and an unlimited refill drink was insane, but the blame for that is on the park I guess, along with no straws of any kind available anywhere in the park. Employees were zombies completely alien to words like " thank you" or "you're welcome". Mostly nodding or head shaking if acknowledging you at all. Food was luke warm but edible. Again, most of that is on the park, but if someone was to have their first experience at this location, they would not visit a regular Jhonny 's again.
A bit overpriced and underseasoned. The burgers are mediocre at best, they need to be seasoned better and cooked less. The fries are fairly good though.
Very expensive because it is in a theme park. A hamburger meal is about twelve dollars. There is lots of seating and the place is usually packed. The quality ranges from day to day. The first time I came here, the burger was overcooked and dry, but more recently it was exceptionally good. The shakes are huge and almost worth the eight dollar cost.
The food was good somewhat dry tho I got the double burger and fries but probably the best food in the park but for two people it was 53 USD.

Tastes nice but we waited 30+mins, its a small menu so it should not have been hard to churn out. I guess they are lacking in staff like so many other places.
No training before putting them to work. Very apologetic but doesn't help food was burnt outside and raw inside. These poor kids have no clue what they are doing. Shame on Six Flags and Johnny Rockets for not providing training.
Six flags isn't bothering to train employees. The computers are so slow and really need to be replaced. Took a half hour to get food after order. Outside burnt and inside raw. Will be skipping this one for a bit.
Service was slow. Very little dressing on the hamburgers and the buns were stale. Fries and onions were acceptable. They don't provide lids or straws for the sodas. This review is for the Johnny Rockets in Six Flags Discovery Kingdom.
No modifications I was told and strictly enforced. I tried to order a burger no cheese but since everything was already premaid it didn't help. I'm lactose intolerant. Menus is super limited to a burger ($15) or chicken tenders ($14). Prices are ridiculous. $6 for a Dasani bottled water and $6 for a fountain drink. Crazy!
Super expensive, long wait times and pre made food waiting under a hot lamp for when you order. But its inside a theme park so what more can you expect? Decent place to eat in the park but I bet there is something better out there
Staff was not friendly and not helpful. Sad too because we love Johnny Rockets. We are not ordering from this Johnny Rockets in our future visits. There are other friendly and welcoming establishments to get food from while at Discovery Kingdom.
I was expecting a decent burger from a Johnny Rockets. It was one of the worst burgers that I have had. The meat seemed extremely cheap and was dry. The only thing from keeping from a one star review were the fry portions.

Not Johnny Rockets! My burger tasted like it was fake and the yellow cheese didn't even melt from how processed it was. Heard an employee ask a customer where on the menu it says it includes a drink knowing well what she was doing, very condescending and a ripoff. Waited about an hour for a burger, shoulda gone to carls jr.
Service is slow and was told i had to wait in a massive line for a free soda fill up. I paid for the free refills at six flags so i wouldnt have to wait in long lines for just a drink
Food cold en super overpriced.....staff noy service minded
Slowest service ever..furthermore...there was food left under the heatlamps for about 25 minutes..I added bacon to my burger thinking that it would be made fresh when all they did was take an old burger under the heat lamp and add bacon...leaving food out makes it cold and not so safe to eat...
Sub par food and really expensive! I guess we were at 6 flags but still! My gut ache will remind me of this place for days to come.
The staff forgot how to count waited 1 hour for food! My number was 608 and I tried to tell them that 408 was mine, they did not listen. Then they finally realized it was my number! By that time the food was cold and gross so I had no choice but to throw it out. 30 dollars down the drain for a burger and fries that were cold.
Waited in line for an hour, it wasnt even that long. 1/3 of the meal was out quickly while the other two items were out 12 minutes later. The fries and onion rings were cold. Basic condiments were not even available.
Wow. If Johnny knew what was happening here, he'd keel over. The burgers are prepared in advance and sit under heat lamps. The cheese is barely melted, dried out and crusty. The meat is very dry. They hand some customers a couple of ketchup packets, or some bbq sauce, or ranch dressing... Very random who gets what depending on the cashier, I guess? I'd say it's over priced, but you're in the middle of an amusement park, so it's expected. But for $15, throw in a drink! Jeeze
expensive and overpriced. I bought a Kid’s Meal for $9.99 and got 2 chicken strips, chips, and a fruit cup. I also asked for a water, they gave it to me without a lid and said it was for animal safety when they were giving us PLASTIC SPOONS TO USE. Please lower the prices
Worst hamburger I've ever eaten in my life! I don't think they used beef at all in their burger. Waste of money, next time we go to Six Flags we'll be sure to stay clear of this place. Shortly after 12 they had 2 windows open, closed 1 and left this other women by herself. The line was quickly starting to get full, after 20 minutes and a line clear out of their area they opened 1 other window. We were only 4th in line and it took almost an hour to order and get our food.
I understand this restaurant is located in an amusement park which will be busy, however, we have been in line for 47 minutes, watching the 3 open windows. These employees are moving super slow, with absolutely no sense of urgency. No one behind the counter has shown any concern for the fact that it is taking up to 15 to hand the customer a burger and chicken strips then when a customer is lucky enough to get their food and leave the window, the cashier just sits and stares out the window instead of calling the next customer from the line. It is a ridiculously long wait when there is clearly no interest in the customer! Next time a corn dog it is!
It's a fast food but you'll end up spending 2 hours just to get lousy food. The only good thing to get from this place is their milk shakes. The food is so dry especially their burgers. The crew is probably the slowest of all the restaurants inside this park. If you are a dine pass holder make sure you give yourself enough time to make sure that your passes won't expire because of the very slow line. The management should do something to fix the issue. I've heard from some of the customers in line that this place is the worst place to get a food. Worst experience ever for me and my family.
If you decide to eat at Johnny Rockets in discovery kingdom... think again! Go elsewhere, you will be beyond disappointed with the outcome. The service is incredibly slow. Even if you do the mobile order you still have to wait in a long line to pick up your food. Might as well as waited in the main line to order. I made a side order in the main line and I saw people get their food before my mobile order. My side order... smh was a order of onion rings and it took 50 mins to get them. How pathetic is that!? I kept going up to the staff after 30 mins of waiting and no one wanted to help me just told me to wait. By the time I heard order numbers after mine(and these were really big orders) I thought to myself "how is this possible"... All in all spare yourself the time that will be wasted and go to daredevil grille or other eateries. Take this review seriously... You will thank me later
took 30 mins to get my food when it was clearly already finished and sitting under a heat lamp, most of the 5 star revers have to be bots or the employs
I love Johnny rocket and tried it almost everywhere, but this location in six flag is terrible.i ordered there 2 times last season and every time the food was cold and cheese was not melted.they could not handle the orders that they got.the park mostly is super crowded but this is not a reason that they would not care about the customers and quality. They just get orders and charge more than the others.
Stone cold fries. Heavily salted bun with cold burgers and old lettuce. Not a palatable meal in any sense, and outrageously over-priced. Only good part was the vanilla milkshake, but sloppily served running down the cup and totally messy. Do not recommend at all, and we love the Johnny Rockets in Las Vegas. so this was a big disappointment.
Burgers and fries were premade and then left on the warmer. By the time we got them it was so soggy and cold. Not worth the money!!!
I don't even know where to start! We got a Chocolate "Shake" which was YUMMY! Although it really wasn't a shake and was much more of a big cup of Ice Cream, it still tasted pretty delicious! But the food was garbage! My cheeseburger was terrible! The meat wasn't good, the cheese was weird like melted but not at the same time, and it was oily and kinda cold too. The fries were better but had NO salt! So even the fries weren't good! So unless it is just for the "shakes" we will not be back at Johnny Rockets. Not making that mistake again! And I highly recommend that you try to avoid this stupid place too!
Had a bad experience my food sat I came 3 times asking about my order showing them my phone wondering why everyone before and 5 parties after me received and finished their meals. When then found it they took it outta the warmer burgers were good though my fries were soggy from staying in the box steaming up. Added to a really bad experience at the park and I love six flags and will drive further to attend other locations.
This place was bad enough I had to leave a review within my first 5 minutes of walking away. For being second person in line, the wait was horrendous. 10 minutes +. Finally get to window and the wait was AGAIN absolutely ridiculous. Couple workers came up to register and walked away numerous times. Never acknowledged one single time. During our wait, this establishment lost at least 15+ people. When finally walking away, there were at least 5 workers standing at the very last, closed window. One of my top worst restaurant experiences.
After standing in line for 2 hours, it took over an hour to get our food. When we finally got the food it was cold. $ 55 for 2 burgers (no sauce), fries/5 onion rings (in the box) onion rings, 2 waters and a shake. I don't blame the KIDS that work there, they are so short staffed ,zero adults working or running things. Definitely not worth the wait.
