KFC is okay for a quick meal. I like their chicken wings — they’re usually crispy and tasty. The fries are pretty good too, and they have a decent selection of sauces and drinks. It’s not an amazing place or anything special, but it’s fine when you just want something familiar and fast.

I had a good experience at this facility. I was here in the evening. The food was good, fried chicken was great. The rest room was very clean. The restaurant and tables were clean. The service was very good, the staff were friendly. They were a happy bunch, while I was eating I heard them talking and laughing. Keep up the good work KFC Burbank Blvd.

Obsessed with their bowls plus they take ebt. Can't go wrong with that. Staff is polite and super fast taking and dishing out my order. Overall definitely one of the best KFCs I've ever been to.

So this location is hit or miss sometimes, it depends on who’s working. Today was a young man named Sergio and he was an extremely helpful man. He was very polite and efficient. You can tell he is a hard worker because he was working the drive through window, but with no cars he came over to help the guy taking orders in front. Rather than checking his text or looking on his phone. Great guy hope KFC recognizes him. Thank you Sergio !

Food was really great. Customer service is good. Drive thru is different you order on the left and the window is on the right side of the passenger. Staff will work with you if you are the only one in the car to help reach for your payment. You can tell the way you get your food that they care. It's fresh and good.

Who knew KFC got television.... That's right KFC's got television at least at this location. Always parking available even during rush times. And don't even get me started on the service. Well it's top notch to. Dining room area is ultra clean with large Windows to look out at the traffic as it goes by while you're enjoying your chicken. Heads up drive to the window on passenger side. Attention senior citizens it's a real quiet place to have something to eat. And yes they have a restroom to just ask for the keys.they will immediately let you in with that being said enjoy some great chicken at a clean spot Hope this helps R...

Consistency has always been KFC'S problem. Today, I got great chicken. My problem is the inability to read orders. Five times I have ordered mashed potatoes with NO GRAVY and I had GRAVY in my delivery. It's a simple thing that takes seconds to do. If this was a one time thing, I wouldn't be comments...BUT EVERY SINGLE TIME?!?!?? KFC needs to step up their game in terms of following delivery orders. Or else, Popeye's here I come..

Well I actually went there last night however the space seemed awkward inside I guess around closing time I got there 8:51pm I wanted to try the new nuggets which were really really good cooked perfectly and seasoned greatly and made fresh will definitely order again thumbs up

The drum sticks were so small they had to give me two and a baby breast. Disappointed.

I ordered a simple famous bowl with extra bites. Ended up getting pastries instead of extra chicken bites. Finally hot my extra bites which where basically batter. The mash potatoes where watery, but that helped the bites that where dry batter.

I ordered an eight piece family meal. I got the smallest pieces of chicken I’ve ever seen. This is crazy. I called the restaurant to complain. They didn’t pick up the phone, and they didn’t give me a receipt anyway. They’re lucky I don’t call my credit card company avoid this place.

My family bought food from this location and we’ve never had an issue like this before. Me and my brothers woke up from food poisoning idk what was wrong with the food but honestly when I ate it, it was interesting…. I had their nuggets, Mac n cheese, and their biscuits. I know the food gave me food poisoning because that was all I ate. No point coming to this location if the food is terrible and will get you sick. If I can give this location a 0 I would.

i ordered a 5 piece chicken tender for 15.99 and got raw chicken .. when i went to get it corrected didnt evem get an apology at least.while they did exchange it for a 3 piece chicken and apology would have been nice
