I frequent this subway a lot. The staff is usually very nice. Sometimes they my order wrong, but I didn't think it's worth knocking off a star. 👍🙂

I always feel like I'm bothering these people just by walking in. They never smile, they always sound annoyed and overwhelmed. But you'll get your food! They "don't accept coupons. Not even online" which was news to me, considering I had just placed an order online with a coupon one week prior.

This location deserves 0 stars .I came in today to order food myself and I son and the sandwich artist didn’t want to take my coupons she said I got other deals going on , I asked why and she couldn’t respond. I have used coupons in this location before maybe she was in a bad mood or not meeting her numbers of the week . I asked for her name because she was not wearing a name tag , I wonder why ? Didn’t respond . Also asked if it was franchise or corporate to better understand her poor Service but she refused to answer I hope her manager or area manager sees this rating , and also new customers just be aware of her poor customer service

Why be in a franchise restaurant when you don’t take coupons completely irrelevant business. Extremely disappointed will never go back to this place again

Staff lies about not accepting their own coupons. Subway sandwiches are already overpriced in this economy, and the one time the staff smiles is when they overcharge me, lying to my face about "we don't accept coupons."

I know that subway isn't inherently known for its top notch service, but this subway has some of the lowest quality service I've gotten out of all the subways I've gone to. I love the food and the deals they offer at subway. I just wish that some employees at some subway restaurants would learn to respect their customers before treating them like they are a nuisance. I normally don't write negative reviews but this one deserves it.

I placed an order yesterday on the app at around 3:45pm and scheduled it for pick up at 6. I used the BOGO50. When I get there, I call and they say that they never received my order, even though I received and order confirmation. Later I check my emails saying my order was cancelled. But I still have no refund in my account. I tried to replace the order online for the BOGO50 but their location said it was “offline” the employee working that night confirmed it for me and showed me on the computer that their wifi had been spotty all day and wasn’t working all the time. They didn’t want to honor the BOGO50 in the store so I had to pay full price for my sandwiches. I call their location today about my refund and they say they can’t do anything about it because it is not in their system. Essentially subway has stolen from me and won’t refund me because they claim they never received my order even tho I have a confirmation number and everything. The worker I spoke to on the phone kept making excuses that their wifi wasn’t out and that they received a lot of orders yesterday, as if that is my problem. I will not be eating at subway again, due to them stealing from me, their incompetent workers, poor customer service and for not having a legitimate customer service number to contact.

Ordered online (around 2:10) where it said my order was going to be ready at 2:30. Arrived 5 minutes after that and they hadn’t even begun preparing my order yet, and the employee there was super rude. He didn’t even start making my order until 2:45. The timing wouldn’t have been a problem if their employee wasn’t also so rude

Anna the employee was extremely rude. Rude to me and rude to my 7 year old son.She definitely doesn't like her job and has no patience! I'm never coming back to this subway, not with that attitude.

Got to Subway at about 7:30pm (1.5Hrs before closing) not sure if that's usually about the time they start prepping to close, but they had nothing out as far as veggies and sauces. I ordered 5 sandwiches and they only had white bread, nothin else. The guy helping seemed like he didn't he want to be there. To top it off, he gave me very soggy sandwiches. For $35 not even worth it.

I came here yesterday for an Italian 6 inch sandwich. I used to come to subway a lot but stopped almost entirely when their prices were raised. Even then I came occasionally because I really liked their garlic aeoli sauce. Upon entering this place it was thin and crowded, there was no real room to maneuver to get in line. If you have any more mass than a candy cane it’s “excuse me” and sliding past other guests. Every time I come to this specific location maybe it’s coincidence but I’m always getting a sandwich that scrapes the bottom of the barrow on condiments whether it’s lettuce, spinach, onion, etc. the old stuff. Their bread. Idk what it is but after toasting that thing gets rubbery fast. Like chewing on plastic. And it quickly loses heat. Hardening and making it almost inedible. That in addition to the prices make subway and this joint in particular not worth it. I’ll slap more store bought ham and cheese on toasted bread at home with more and fresher condiments for less money. That said the staff here are very kind. I’ve met the same lady a few times, very professional and tries her best. There has never been an issue between me and a good sandwich that couldn’t be resolved. But the combination of above factors and the price make subway a ridiculous proposition for the average buyer

I've ordered here 3-5 times in the last 3 months. They are not generous with ingredients. I get the exact same sandwich at various locations and this one never gets it right. I'll drive a little further and go to a different subway to actually get my sandwich right.

I have never been to this location and was actually gonna eat here now but After reading all the negative comments I realized they ALL can’t be lying - there’s NO WAY I’ll eat at this location just based on the negative comments 😂 I see positive comments as well but you can tell most of them are fake comments, I mean it’s obvious🤦🏾‍♂️🤣

This place is not the best when the general manager is here. I literally went in and got my food and used my coupon but when I went back with my friend to help her order the general manager said that they aren’t taking any coupons when it was less than an hour ago that I had gone by myself. I have worked for subway 7 years and never had we stopped taking coupons mid day. I don’t know if it’s just this subway that chooses when they want to accept coupon and when they don’t just cuz the general manager says especially when the coupons are valid and are able to be scanned and go thru.
