I placed an Online Order and I accidentally messed up my order and substituted an item by mistake but Frances was amazing and helped me out no problem with that ! When I walked in she was so welcoming and greeted with a smile. She’s so positive, outgoing, and overall has great energy. Thank you! ☺️
This was my first time trying wing stop and I have to say the food and service was great. I got the all-in bundle which came with 16 boneless wings and 5 tenders. The flavors I choose where garlic Parmesan and Louisiana rub for the wings, while the tender I got lemon pepper and spicy Korean barbecue. Overall the food was delicious and satisfied my appetite. The service was also splendid. Mamie the cashier who toke my order was very friendly and very patient with me, as I struggled to decide my flavors. While this was my first experience with wing stop, after trying it I know I’ll come back when ever I get a craving for wings.
Overpriced and waited 20 plus minutes for one 8pc for my son. We paid around $12 for basically 8 chicken tenders a fountain drink and some celery /veggie stick since they were out of fries for the night. I should have gone to KFC or somewhere that I could drive thru for about the same price or better and not have to sit and wait so long. Not feeling it was good value honestly.
This location does not make my order the way I request pretty often. I always ask for the wings to be made well done for crispiness and 9 out of 10 times this location doesn't make them well done and I receive soggy and rubbery wings even though the person at the cash register tells me they'll mention it to the cooks. And they barely put any sauce or seasoning on the lemon pepper and Cajun wings. I called in to complain about my order and they told me I have to take the food back to them in order to receive a new order or get credit for an order for my next visit. They didn't want to offer it to me anyway without me having to drive 5 miles again to get my order remade. Horrible experience Update 8-16: I ordered the 15 piece meal for 2 and some of the wings had feathers still on them. Also prices are too damn expensive now
At this time 2023, this location is no longer a sit down restaurant. At time of placing my order I was told the wait time for my order would be 30 minutes and it turned out to be 50 minutes. This is unacceptable for wings and fries especially when there is nowhere to sit and wait. I could see that this location takes a lot of online orders from Postmates or Uber eat. As I waited I saw many drivers arrive and only wait 5-8 minutes for the order. Meanwhile I waited 50 minutes. The wings were good, well seasoned and the sauce was also good.
I purchased a large order and was waiting for 35 mins. It was hot and the restaurant smelled of something disgusting. I asked for a cup of water and i was denied this. They refused to give me a cup of water. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. What type of business treats people like this? This place needs to go out out of business immediately.
Horrible wings ! Taste ugly and so expensive. The wings was so hard for chewing and not fresh Do not waste your money at this location.
I’ve come here several times and this will be the last. I placed my order at 7:30pm for an 8:45pm pickup. I went in at 9:05pm anticipating their consistently slow service only to be told I would have to wait an additional 15 minutes. The last time I was here they gave me the wrong order and the wings were mango habanero and inedible because of the spice level. Not wasting my money here ever again.
I tried to cancel my order through Uber eats because I used wrong credit card and I could not but talked to merchant (Wingstop) which told me they canceled it and that I will receive the refund from uber. So I order through them directly and paid again. It turns out that they did not cancel the Uber order and ended paying twice so Wingstop got money from me and Uber for the same order. After that Wingstop refused to give me credit and Uber refused to give me credit. On top of that Wingstop messed up the order. Avoid as much as you can this Wingstop location, very poor customer service. They don't care.
I was there for the TMobile Tuesday promo and the manager went to the back and never came back after blowing me off. She even tried to tell me that it expired, when it expires tomorrow!! The lady that was helping me was so rude! I will make sure that no one that I know will be going to this location! This was the worst service that I've had in decades!! Their rating is low because they are horrible!!!
If I could give this Wingstop 1 Star I would. Completely disorganized and confused staff. They can’t figure out weather to help the customers who been waiting in line or the the doorDash driver who just walked in sticking their phones in their faces demanding an order 😂 The wait time for 8 lemon pepper wings is 1hour no exaggeration! And the cherry on top is that they never can get your order right they will always mess up a simple order.
Our entire order was wrong. Nothing was the right flavor. When I called back they didn't want to exchange or give us a refund. Complete scam artists. Do not order from their website AT all. Only order from Uber eats or DoorDash to ensure a complete refund for their lack of comprehension of a simple task. My kids went to bed hungry because they can't do their job right. I attached pictures of how they messed up a simple order because all the teenagers working there are too busy smoking weed in the parking lot. 0/10 Service 0/10 Food 0/10 experience
This was the most unpleasant experience at Wingstop!! It was my sons Birthday, so I ordered online in advance, so that my ordered would be ready by 5 pm. I get there the order wasn't ready. Yes, they apologized and gave me a discount. I get home and we have raw wings. I hope your corporate office sees these pictures. Your lucky we didn't get sick. I took that survey and hope someone has the courage and decency to call me back.
Today I've experienced absolutely terrible customer service from Odalys (self proclaimed shift leader). I have ordered the exact same order at least 1 to 2 times a week for months now. But today they mistakingly put Cajun seasoning on my corn when I didn't order it with Cajun. When I called and brought it to the attention of Odalys she tried to debate me on it. And didn't acknowledge the mistake that she made (she admitted that she made it herself) She then said she claimed that she would give me a replacement order of corn the next time I came in if I brought the corn with me. So she really expects me to preserve this corn until I come back which is extremely unrealistic and unheard-of. I suggest that Wingstop gives better customer service training to their "shift leaders" before they're given the "Leader" title.
