I had an amazing experience at Venice Beach Wines! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcome. The staff was friendly, attentive, and you could tell they really love what they do. We ordered a charcuterie board, cheesy stuffed peppers, hanger steak, and the VBW salad — everything was absolutely delicious. The flavors were on point, and you can tell they use really high-quality ingredients and put a lot of care into each dish. We went with two bottles of Topette Sauvignon Blanc, which paired great with the food and made the whole night even better. The vibe inside was exactly what you want in a wine bar: cozy, laid-back, and stylish, with amazing energy. Big thanks to the owner and the whole team for making it such a memorable night. Whether you’re out for a date night, hanging with friends, or just looking to enjoy great food and wine, Venice Beach Wines is a spot you absolutely need to check out!

Came here for wine tasting. They had a flight of selected wines that you can order. 4/5 of the wines were really good. We also ordered the grill steak with salad and grill veggies and that was very good. The carrots though seemed from a bag already cut not the best. I prefer the real carrots cut into pieces and grilled. I felt that the carrots they had were the ones you serve at a school lunch. Not as fancy for a winery. Other than that the place was very cozy in a fun location off Rose avenue. Dim lighting and you can sit outside. They have heat lamps which was nice. Serves were attentive and quick to greet you and take your order. I'll definitely return.

The server was knowledgeable about the wine list, and the prices for the wines were good (for restaurant pricing, anyway). Only problem is that the tables were small (I suspect most customers have drinks and appetizers only), and the chairs are not especially comfortable. Nevertheless, we enjoyed eating al fresco, and we'll be back again!

This is the coolest little patio with lots of character. Most importantly, the food is incredible! Love all the smaller bites on the menu since they are so easy to share and pair with different wines. Staff is always super friendly and loves making recommendations.

Great wine bar! Such a good selection of wines with many natural and organic wines as well (which is not easy to find). Really delicious Orange and rose selections! Will make this my go to place for wine in Venice beach.

Tried two wines from California , and 1 from Argentina and one from Chile from the flight. Street metered parking or parking lot. Busy-popping area for a date night.

Not sure what to write here. In my opinion everything about VBW is average. The service was ok, the wines I had (skin contact) were good, but not spectacular, the price quality ratio was good. So a nice place if you’re looking for something casual.

I used to love this place and go all the time but now the prices for the wine is outrageous for how casual the establishment is. $17 for wine should not be expected at a neighborhood spot like this.

Service is very good. Outdoor seating area is bigger than before and nice. That's about it. I used to love this place before Covid, menu was nice for a light dinner and glass of wine. My experience since Covid (March and May 2021) has been very disappointing food-wise. Menu is very limited, brie panini is basically flavourless cheese on a piece of baguette. Wines are not good and dessert tasted like it came from Whole Food bakery section. Shame...
