Piatti di pesce fresco eccezionali, servizio del cameriere impeccabile, qualità-prezzo ottima. Molto gradito all'inizio del servizio il mostrare al tavolo il pescato del giorno consigliando i migliori piatti. Ambiente interno climatizzato e dehor esterno lungo la strada del lungomare. Ambiente familiare e semplice, ci ritornerò sicuramente. Super consigliato, da provare!!

Ho cenato nel locale da Sofia a Ventimiglia scoperto tramite le recensioni presenti su TheFork. Non posso che confermare le ottime opinioni espresse da chi ha già cenato in questo caratteristico ristorante sulla passeggiata mare. Il ristorante ha un dehor riscaldato ed una stanza interna. Sono stato accolto dal responsabile di sala che mi ha consigliato sia sul cibo sia sull'abbinamento del vino. Ho ordinato una tartare di tonno ed uno gnocco ai crostacei e zafferano. Pesce freschissimo e preparato con cura del dettaglio e grande professionalità. Prezzo più che corretto considerando la qualità del prodotto lavorato. Lo consiglio vivamente, tornerò sicuramente.

Ristorante da provare io ho provato una paella eccezionale sicuramente rimarrebbe soddisfatto anche il cliente più difficile...provare per credere!
Se ci fosse la lode, darei anche quella. Il posto è super pulito, la musica piacevole e ovviamente il pesce è fresco e molto ben preparato ma, quello che risalta su tutto, è la attenzione del personale verso il cliente. Eravamo pochissimi ieri a cena e mi sono stupito di ciò perché se la gente sapesse come si sta bene a Da Sofia, sarebbe da mettersi in lista per poter mangiare lì.
Abbiamo prenotato fidandoci di alcune recensioni che lodavano la loro paella, non siamo stati affatto delusi, anzi, la consigliamo vivamente! Anche il servizio è stato ottimo, il cameriere molto attento e gentile. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, torneremo con amici!

I ate at this restaurant for the first time and was very impressed, from the service to the excellent quality/price ratio. We started with two appetizers: the seafood salad, which was warm with a truly amazing sauce. My mom mopped up the salad endlessly, just the right amount of salt. I highly recommend it. The other appetizer was the brandacoujoun, if you spell it that way. The one with the addition of pine nuts was also excellent; I can still taste the flavor and the softness. Let's move on to the main courses: the mixed fried fish and the mixed fried anchovies. I've never seen such crispiness, and not a trace of grease. Kudos to the chef. The fish was fried to perfection, my mouth is still watering; you absolutely have to try it. The entrecote with a side of chips was very popular; the meat was cooked just right, as requested, and super juicy. To finish, a delicious chocolate cake. I could have eaten four more; the softness and flavor were there. What can I say? We ate well. The restaurant is located on the Ventimiglia seafront, and who cares if cars pass by. What matters is good food, good service, and a good restaurant. We felt at home. Thank you, Sofia Restaurant 12+
Great place!
Small restaurant on the seafront with excellent dishes, interesting wine list. The tagliolini with crab are exceptional. Armando always kind, friendly and helpful. Also ready to remove stains from your white tracksuit stained with sauce 😊 We recommend it wholeheartedly and we will not fail to return on our next vacation in Ventimiglia

Ristorantino scoperto su The Fork (con sconto del 20%). Posto alla mano, senza troppe pretese, ma pulito e con personale gentile e cordiale. Era pieno, quindi per ingannare i lunghi tempi d’attesa ci hanno portato degli stuzzichini. Fritti di pesce fresco non unti e porzioni abbandanti. Consigliato!!

We all thought that the pasta dishes looked good when we passed but all dishes was a bit tasteless however the pizza with gorgonzola had a good taste of gorgonzola cheese.
Io e mia moglie eravamo clienti ogni anno dal 2019 e abbiamo potuto constatare che con il passare degli anni la qualità invece di migliorare è peggiorata. Soutè di cozze scadente si presentavano sfaldate e in alcune era presente solo il contorno ma non la polpa dopo aver chiesto spiegazioni hanno risposto che era la stagione. (Cosa non vera perchè qualche giorno prima siamo andati in un altro ristorante non tanto distante e le cozze erano come sempre). Linguine allo scoglio ahimè insipide non sapevano di mare e ovviamente con le solite cozze. Servizio discreto a parte che mia moglie stava finendo l’antipasto e le hanno messo di fianco il primo ovviamente mangiato quasi freddo. In questo caso l’attenzione al cliente è mancata. Peccato perchè i primi anni era piacevole cenare da loro. Adesso come adesso cercheremo altro.
Ho provato a prendere la pasta con il granchio. Appena è arrivato puzzava di fogna. Il proprietario ha detto che è normale ed era freschissimo ma il pesce non deve puzzare. Inoltre la polpa si sfaldava come se fosse stato congelato.
Andati per cena. Il cibo era nella media, con un fritto misto discreto ma gonfiato da verdure pastellate. La sensazione è che il tutto sia un po' improvvisato. Comica la lista dei vini che riporta un fantomatico prosecco milllesimato, senza specificare la cantina produttrice. Il ristorante è sul lungomare: suggestivo quanto rumoroso.

La sfortuna essere arrivati lì dal lato sbagliato e abbiamo deciso di fermarsi lì per stanchezza.. pessima scelta! Il peggiore di quelli provati a Ventimiglia. Nonostante facciano la promozione con thefork, quasi nessuno ai tavoli, gli altri ristoranti pieni ci sarà un motivo.. lo dico subito con esempio, un polpo con tre tentacolini non bastava neppure per un neonato idem con i calamari 4 o 5 calamaretti nascosti nell insalata a fatica si vedevono visto la roba per un prezzo alto.. In parole povere ho rifatto la cena a casa.. Come non bastasse il cameriere (pessimo) visto la mia insoddisfazione mi dice il giorno prima la roba la regalavano....(giusto per prendersi gioco di me), fate voi le opportune considerazioni. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO!
Il peggior pesce mai servito, nessun rispetto per la cucina e per i clienti. Ha avuto l’audacia di criticarci davanti agli altri clienti per sostenere le sue affermazioni. Ha rifiutato di cucinare un nuovo piatto. Ha anche cercato di farmi pagare i piatti non consumati.
