I've never had a note worthy experience in all the years I've stopped by this shop (not often). Based off the horrid reviews though I think I'll try the booth closer to the food court next time instead...

Hope they stop charging for glaze.

I was delighted to have a free sample but the young woman was on her phone getting paid on the clock and not aware of customers ignoring them.

Wow I didn't know I needed to watch over them as I as served. I don't mind a couple of burnt ends but really. I got cheese sauce for one order of bites but mon for 2nd order. I was never asked if I wanted any sauce for them. I did mention on 1st order? But hot dog minis..greasy cold and burnt! They don't offer if you want anything very minimum service but then you're asked for a tip? Hire new employees if they don't want to give customers their due service.

First of all your employees leave the area unattended when we first arrived we asked her what time do u open u said 11 am we said thank u. We came back at 11 am and no one here. So after 15 min I called the store number no answer. Then another 10 min I called again a guy speaking Spanish answered he didn't understand me the a girl got on did not tell me when she will be back. So it is now 1135 still here waiting and still no one here. I think a manager should be here to watch over your employees. Still waiting

The sign says if you don't get a receipt, your order is free. The employees said after we asked I'd it was free, she said, no, we can't print right now. They didn't say that at the time of purchase. Are they pocketing tge money?
