Excellent service, flavor, price, and variety of condiments. Some of the best esquites I've ever tried, and the prepared soups are delicious.
The best place in the area to buy esquites and chicharrones preparados. Everything is super clean, organized, and delicious. They're open from 6 to 10 pm, Sunday through Friday. They also sell ice pops and even crucetillo (a medicinal herb drink). I highly recommend it.
