Dispensa Emilia Verano Brianza Reviews
I've dined at Dispensa Emilia here in Verano several times and have always had a great experience. It's quiet during the week, the staff is friendly, and the place is simple but clean. Service is fast and the ordering is convenient via app. The tigelle and pasta dishes are delicious. The delicious coffee with mascarpone cream is a must-try.
A very welcoming restaurant serving Emilian cuisine. You can order directly at the counter when you arrive or via the app at your table. We had a charcuterie board and gnocco fritto, tagliatelle with ragù, pasta gricia, meatballs in tomato sauce with peas, and baked potatoes. Everything was delicious, and the portions were generous. The staff were very friendly, and the prices were reasonable.
The staff were friendly and helpful. I particularly enjoyed the tigelle and gnocco fritto, accompanied by quality cured meats. The prices are reasonable, and the service was quick and efficient. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy traditional Emilian dishes in a friendly atmosphere. It's also excellent for lunch.
An excellent franchise location, which is slowly expanding. We ordered through the app, and therefore paid through it. For those who don't know, the service offers delivery to your table, but you can reserve your order either through the app or by asking at the cashier first. Everything we ordered was excellent and excellent value, and they also have ample parking in the back. The staff were kind, friendly, and professional. Recommended
Amazing surprise! We needed a place like this! I have to say I had a great gastronomic experience; everything was excellent and of high quality! The atmosphere was harmonious and relaxing! You can taste the Emilian goodness right there! THE GNOCCO FRITTO WAS AMAZING! TAGLIATELLE WITH RAGÙ WAS AMAZING! Everything was perfect, the waiter Giorgio, who looked after us all evening, was very kind and attentive to our needs! Highly recommended! We'll be back soon!
A truly respectable menu with delicious, family-style food. The staff is absolutely Oscar-worthy 🤗❤️ kind, knowledgeable, and very, very friendly. Excellent tigelle, dreamy fried gnocco (light, not greasy, and incredibly soft), tagliatelle with homemade ragù, AMAZING pumpkin-filled tortelloni with balsamic vinegar, and finally a chocolate cake that transported you to Eden with every bite 😋😋😋 First experience at the Emiliana restaurant, it went very well 💯% Congratulations, we'll definitely be back 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
1ma volta presso questa struttura. Esperienza sicuramente positiva. Ambiente pulito, ottimi servizio e proposta. Sicuramente consiglisto . E da riprovare.
Locale molto carino ed accogliente che serve piatti tipici emiliani. Le porzioni sono molo abbondanti ed il cibo di buona qualità. I prezzi sono nella norma ed il personale molto gentile e cordiale.
We ordered takeout and the service was impeccable. We chose to try a wide selection of tigelle, and the quality was excellent. The quality/price ratio was excellent.
A platter of cold cuts, baskets of tigelle, and gnocco fritto, all very well made, a lovely evening with friends... a bit chaotic when ordering. You have to physically go to the cashier, order, and pay before eating... which naturally creates a traffic jam of people in line!!!!... This is honestly not nice... but the food is nothing to complain about.
The place looks a bit run-down from the outside. Inside, it's welcoming. They brought us a first course and a basket of tigelle all together, while I would have liked them to ask if we wanted one first and then the other for the next course. But other than that, the ingredients were excellent and the quality of the food was excellent. The food at Pancetta Emilia is always good.
If you're looking for a place to have lunch during your work break or simply a traditional trattoria, this place is truly a discovery! The space is bright and welcoming, with a quiet atmosphere that invites you to relax. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to recommend the right dish or ensure quick and stress-free service, ideal even for those short on time. Managing service via the dedicated app is a plus: you can easily order from the table, and the app itself offers attractive discounts and offers. The speed of service is surprising, and the prices are more than fair for the generous portions and quality dishes. We're talking authentic Emilian dishes: the tigelle, fried gnocchi with cured meats, or pasta alla gricia are truly not to be missed, as are the strozzapreti with ragù and ravioli with parmesan, which showcase the deliciousness of regional cuisine. The only drawback, if we really want to find one, is the parking, which isn't very large and can be a bit difficult during busy periods. However, the quality of the food and the family atmosphere more than make up for this small flaw. In short, if you love Emilian tradition, you'll find it all here: an authentic atmosphere, tasty dishes, and service that makes you feel at home. Highly recommended, I return often and can't live without it! #wellbeingcoach #challenged
Nice pasta. I had tortellini and it was good
A lovely place offering a decent variety of traditional Emilian dishes, from gnocco fritto to tigelle, fresh pasta, and a few interesting main courses. Everything is served at a more than adequate time considering the quantity and quality of the dishes. The young staff are quick and serve quickly. Takeout is available. Recommended.
I went with my son because I was craving fried dumplings. Accustomed to typical trattorias, my first impression was of fast food. The decor was cold and distant from what I expected. The staff was kind but aloof. The tables were too close together. Behind us was a table of about a dozen people. I had trouble talking to my son. On the other hand, the food was good and plentiful at a fair price. The smell of fried food lingered with us all evening. The kitchen was open, like at McDonald's. I don't know if I'll go back. I have a different opinion of Emilian restaurants.
My rating is 3+. The tagliatelle pasta was good, the portion was decent, but the same goes for the sauce, which, if I hadn't asked for it thickened, would have been a pale dish. They offer a good selection of tigelle, which are good but nothing exceptional. I didn't try the gnocco fritto, but it didn't look inviting; the dough seemed undercooked. The cured meats aren't anything prepared, so I'm excluding them from my review. I didn't order dessert. Let's draw a veil over the service, the most embarrassing I can remember. I'm giving it a passing grade because I expected more from a restaurant specializing in traditional Emilian cuisine. Indeed, some staples like passatelli in brodo, Parma anolini, and pisarei e fagioli weren't on the menu, leaving room for strozzapreti with Ligurian pesto. The restaurant has parking in the back, but it's not much. I recommend it for the tagliatelle; I'll try it again for takeout, perhaps to try the lasagna. We spent €186 between 8 of us (October 2022)
Intrigued by the advertising on social media, we decided to try what was billed as an Emilian cuisine experience in a warm, family-friendly atmosphere with good food. But it was immediately clear that something wasn't right, even when we booked... As soon as we entered, we were asked if we knew how it worked, and it immediately felt like we were at McDonald's, where huge billboards invited us to download the app, after registering, granting us a location, subscribing to the newsletter, and saving our credit card details—just in case there was any human contact between waiter and customers! I understand you can also pay and order at the cashier... The app doesn't list the ingredients or any allergens, so we asked for a paper menu to at least figure out what's in the tigelle... Everything looks so prefabricated and cold that not even the red and white checkered placemats give it the air of a pantry... From ordering to arrival, 20 minutes pass (which is understandable, considering they say nothing is frozen), and as we'd figured, everything arrives at once: water, appetizer, first course, and dessert... exactly like McDonald's! The tigelle are delicious and well-filled, some hot and some cold, but we have to hurry to eat the hot ones because the tortelli look at us expectantly as they cool. The slogan on the wall read: nothing is frozen, everything is created... maybe, but the tortelli, 8 pieces for 9.90, have an inedible, practically stone-like closure that ruins the filling, which in the end wasn't bad at all. There's absolutely nothing familiar here, starting with the food, the prices, and the atmosphere. It's a real shopping mall format, for tourists, a quick bite to eat, with no loyalty unless you get discounts if you keep coming. I'm sorry, but "Emilian cuisine" is something completely different, and it's unfortunate that a tourist has this view of Emilia.
Like the rest of the chain, takeout and dine-in service is available. Unfortunately, upon entering the restaurant, it's not easy to know where to wait for takeout and where to sit at a table. The number of tables is far too high for the space and the staff's capabilities. The organization also doesn't help provide good service, resulting in long waits, dishes coming out in shifts, and a chaotic atmosphere, so much so that it's difficult to talk at the same table. The quality of the food is good and reflects the chain's Emilian roots. A small parking lot is available in the back. The price is fair for the food, a little less so for the service.
Sono stata a pranzo per un piatto di pasta veloce. Spesa € 11.00 per pasta e acqua. La porzione era a dir poco ridicola... Accompagnata solo da una tigella mignon.. niente pane al tavolo. Ragù alla b…
I placed an order via the app for pickup in my car, and I feel cheated. The delivery was prompt, but it's a shame that only one of the five tigella were correct. Two were completely filled with prosciutto and one with only salami, which is a shame because my order was completely different. They were eaten within 5 minutes of being picked up, and they were cold and hard. A terrible experience.
