This is my go-to McDonald's when shopping at Target. I usually get some chicken nuggets and fries for the kids and I've never heard any complaints. I would say that the drive-thru is usually much faster than ordering food inside. I've actually gone through the drive-thru and then brought my food inside because of this 😆. Although I do have to say that there's a little bit of a mini scenic overlook that you can go check out if you drive across the to the west side of the parking lot. It's a nice make out spot. Just be careful pulling out of the parking lot back into the main road, it's crazy, especially when the college students are coming back.
This restaurant is very well run. Orders are processed quickly and efficiently, and the whole team works together to keep things running smoothly. Even though she is always very busy, the evening manager often greets me when I stop by to grab some dinner on the way home from the university. I enjoy the welcoming atmosphere whenever I stop by this restaurant.
I've dined-in here on at least five occasions and have been through the drive through countless times. Don't order breakfast sandwiches here, even if it's just drive-thru. There are good staff here, but others are glaringly incompetent.
I came 5 minutes after closing, and ordered 5 minutes before closing. It was understandable that they might not be able to provide food this late. But Kenny, the only employee present, went out of his way to make me a sandwich FROM SCRATCH, with a NEW batch of fries. He provided exceptional customer service, and had proven his hard work and dedication. I was able to get my first meal after a long an exhausting drive from the city. Again, thank you Kenny.
Great service. Friendly and professional at the register. The whole team was communicating well. Drive thru was busy. My order came out quickly. Everything was hot and fries were fresh, the best that way. Chocolate shakes from McDonald's are great too.

I used the drive-up so atmosphere is no matter, but the service was very good and quick which is important when buying for my hungry granddaughter. I will say not all McDonald's are equal as we first stopped at McDonald's in Vestal. HORRIBLE! Dirty, confusing. As to ordering I couldn't get my order taken and the play area was disgusting. I took my granddaughter and we went to a Good McDonald's in West Windsor. We are NEVER disappointed there.
I stooped in for a late breakfast but Drive In line was long so decided to park the car and went in. Person taking my order was very pleasant and cooperative suggested saving on my order. Also order was delivered fast personally and Manager on duty asked how was everything.. I took photos of the inside where for a kids birthday party would be a great place to be .. The service was friendly and good. However, I was very disappointed to see they had skipped on the cheese slice on the filet-o-fish sandwich, and the food was already cold. Per the picture, the cheese slice was only 1/2 a slice than the usual full slice. I've heard of "shrinkflation", really? It's bad enough that the sandwiches are getting smaller, but cheese? Ridiculous!
Why are we always pulling people ahead. You may be getting your times down but your overloading your workers. Thats what the times are for to make sure you are making the food and putting out the food to McDonald's standards. Anyways I miss the play place it used to be so much bigger and nicer. The bathrooms wete horrendous and only one sink worked. With no out of order sign. I asked for no pickle and I got pickle. Had I had a pickle allergy I could have died and I would have the receipt to prove you were at fault. All in all mcdonalds as a whole in broome county needs to do better its not just this store.

The play place is still closed and has been since the summer 2025. There is now very limited seating inside.
My family and I had dinner here on a Thursday night. The drive thru line was very long and the emphasis of the staff was to concentrate on servicing the line which is understandable. That overemphasis on the drive thru led to the patrons dining in suffering with extended wait times. The restaurant, particularly the floor, was completely filthy. The food was typical of any other McDonalds as were the prices.
The management team should take a hard look and change their approach. Drive thru always gives out missing orders. The dipping sauce is always missing. One time the drive thru took forever to take the order and still managed to mess up the order. Indoor sitting is always messy. The mop they use leaves a sticky residue on the floor. The way they clean the tables also leaves a sticky residue. Most recently the AC has been busted so dont even think of going in the dine in area. The workers are hard working. Its the leadership that needs help
Probably the most inefficient drive thru I’ve been in in a long time. They seem to be only able to work on one order at a time but have the two drive thru lanes. Multiple cars waiting just drove off instead of waiting. The fries were under cooked and only mildly warm and my burger lacked ketchup but was at least the right temperature. Overall disappointed

It was incredibly dirty. There were dirty recipes on the floor, a leftover drink sitting by the machine, and overall trashy. Now, service? The only person doing it was one guy who looked stressed and sweaty. The other girls (approximately 3,) laughed so loudly you could hear it from outside. The man was the only one who was doing anything and apologized to us when we didn't get our drinks. They were also out of a lot of their drink options. And the fries? Some were hollow and crispy and point blank cold. Overall, I feel bad for the guy who had to deal with those unproductive ladies on shift.
You’d think they are preparing a 5-star ,3 course steak meal because how slug paced they move at this place. I order here and I also do door dash there as well and OMG it’s pure hell!! I’ve been late back to work waiting for food I’ve also waited with a lady who waited 45 mins for coffee. Service is alright but I wouldn’t come here unless you wanna wait 30 minutes for 3 items and when you go inside they don’t really acknowledge you. I’m not too sure what their definition of fast food is but if you’re understaffed or whatever was going on tonight, you guys should figure out a way to move cars more efficiently. I’ve worked in this type of environment for multiple years and I don’t think I’ve ever witnessed a drive thru line move that slow but I just really wanted a mcchicken 😫.
We ordered multiple monopoly items to receive one sticker with our $30-40 orders twice. It is Very misleading using the app. It appears you would get a monopoly sticker with each item you order from the monopoly menu but we only received 1 sticker with each order. Also, the second time I waited 15-20 mins for my order to receive old fries. This was around 4:30-5pm, dinner time. We will not be wasting our money at McDonald’s again, the franchise is going downhill.
On Monday October 13th me and my son visited the vestal parkway McDonald’s. The first thing that was wrong was they didn’t have any soda or smoothies. Then we put our order in and received no receipt because the kiosk was out of paper. Then 3 people came in and ordered after us and got their food before us. Finally after over 15 minutes of waiting we got our food. The daily double burger we ordered had hardly any lettuce and it was brown. Because the burger was poorly put together the buns were ripped and squished.

No matter if you order inside, in the drive through, or ahead on the mobile app you will be waiting 30 minutes to an hour for food. The food is often cold or hard from sitting out to long. I just ordered 20 minutes ahead of time on the app, waited in the drive through for twenty minutes in silence before getting a worker. Waited another 20 minutes in line. The woman at the counter just asked "what did you get?" I used my points to get a free 10 piece and only was given 6 chicken nuggets in a 10 piece box. The shamrock shack is purely only vanilla ice cream in the middle and not mixed at all. My order took over an hour and I waited for at least forty minutes for terrible food.

The place is very dirty! A lot of dirty tables and nothing to wipe them down with. We waited at the drive through for about 20 minutes and decided to come inside instead hoping it’d be faster. Yet, it’s still really messy and gross to eat here. We ran to Burger King and grabbed our meals under 10 minutes and came back to McDonald’s get a shake. My kids at least were happy to see a playground and they had fun.
We did drive thru order. When we got up to the screen to order, we were told to wait. We waited at least 10 mins before we place an order. When we drove around the corner, there were no vehicles ahead of us. When we reached the window to pay, we still had to wait to pay. After we paid, the worker told us to pulled up to the yellow line. Where we waited even more. And the cars behind us passed us by. We Waited to order, Waited to pay, then Waited for the food. By the time we got the food, it was already semi-cold. Which frustrated me even more. When I see cars behind us while we were ordering and they passed us while we Waited for our food Then we got our food almost cold. Which mean, our food was sitting there the whole time.

Longest wait I've ever had for mediocre food. Noone in the store is capable of doing more than one order at a time. I've seen people waiting for 20 mins for two sandwiches. They trap you by having you pay quickly then wait so you can't leave. I really hope corporate steps in because I've seen more people leave then actually be served food. Raises unnecessary tension over what is supposed to be "fast food"
This McDonald's used to be good and fairly quick, but now it's really gone downhill. The last three times we have been here they have gotten our order wrong so we will not be back any time soon. I understand there are issues with finding people to work these days but there has to be some underlying managerial issues to contribute as well. Our last experience this past weekend here, the drive through took 15 minutes for a very basic order. The food was lukewarm at best and gave me a stomachache. I know it's McDonald's but usually my body can handle the occasional McDonald's burger without issue, this just was not fresh at all.

Walked in and only 1 other person in lobby waiting. Stood at register for 3min waiting to order. Ordered a small coffee and waited another 3min. To be handed a coffee with a sticker hanging off it. This place screws everything up. Their drive up sign doesn't even match the menu on the inside. This place sucks. By far the worst McDonald's I've ever been too. It's the same thing every time I go to any Binghamton/Vestal area McDonald's. The owner sucks. The McDonald's corporation should pull the franchise away from him/them.
I placed an order through the app, and my husband and I waited in line for 37 minutes. We would have left, but we were blocked in by vehicles in front of and behind us. Once we reached the window, we waited 12 more minutes on top of the 37 to receive our order. When we finally got the bag, which contained only one fry and two cookies, we noticed there were no straws. When my husband asked for straws, the employee responded, “That’ll be $30 more.” While this might have been an attempt at humor, it came across as inappropriate given the long wait time and unacceptable service. We didn’t receive so much as an apology. I’d just like to know there is a game plan to ensure this level of unacceptable service isn’t experienced by others in the future
Used the mobile app and went through the drive through. Was told to go to the first window then told to pull up and wait. We waited almost 15 minutes for a big Mac, fries, a quarter pounder, and a drink. There was to be no sauce on the big man... It was dripping with sauce. The fries were cold. They gave the wrong drink. It was an absolute mess and we didn't even know till we were a few miles down the road. After a bad experience from the start there was no point in going back. Never had such a horrible experience with McDonald's but there is always a first. Would never go here again and based on the attitude of the staff I don't think they would care either way.
The only McDonald's I can place my mobile order 25 minutes a head of time and still have to wait 10 minutes fory food, only for the food to still be wrong
I am annoyed that they had a skeleton crew and what looked like a a team leader and a regular crew person doing more than the managers. The managers were not properly running the shift. My food order took over 30mins to prepare, they had to ask me what it was and which order was mine. My friend waited about the same time to pay for his food so that it would be processed and then prepared. Our fries and food were cold by the time we were able to get home. I had to go back because one of my sandwiches was not placed in the bags. Overall, regular employees are not at fault, but the leadership needs to be properly scheduled for busy times that can handle both drive-thru, mobile orders, and front counter orders.

I was excited to take my son to the play place but was told it was closed. It was only 5pm on a weekday but that’s okay. I decided to go through the drive-thru to get a quarter pounder and a happy meal. Since it didn’t look busy, I figured it would be quick. The only thing that was quick was the realization that this was going to take longer than I expected. After paying, they hade me pull forward which is when I saw that there were already three cars waiting. I got excited when an employee came to my car less than 5 minutes later but unfortunately, they had somebody else’s order. That’s when asked me to pull into a parking spot. Once in the parking spot, I and proceeded to wait another 10 or 15 minutes before I finally got my food. The entire time I just felt bad for the poor employee they had running orders all across the parking lot in the rain. Overall, this McDonald’s sucks.
This is the single worst McDonald’s I have been to in my life. The kitchen is so dirty that I saw dead bugs on some of the counters. I was watching my food get cold because they were taking so long to just put it in a bag!! I have absolutely no words for this establishment. The workers were incredibly overwhelmed and that made them very rude to customers. If you want McDonald’s, I recommend going to any other in Johnson City or Binghamton. I have never been so upset at a fast food restaurant. I understand the expectations, but this was horrendous. If I could give it a zero, I would.
Unbelievably slow service. The employees clear all the carryout orders so it looks like they're done, then just do drive thru orders. Me and about 6 others customers stood around for about 30 minutes! Even what looked like the main manager was there. Shorter older lady, she was just doing random stuff while we all waited. Even when I asked she just brushed us off. Insane
I went to McDonald's tonight and they were understandably busy. It took an hour to get my food ready- which is insane for a McDonald's. I got my order, short of my McFlurry, and I went up to the counter to ask for it. The lady working gave me an attitude about them calling it 3 times- which I hadn't heard and this was my first time asking for it. I waited another 10-15 minutes for the McFlurry, and when I asked the lady again she gave me an attitude again asking which flavor I ordered. I tried to maintain politeness and said thank you when she handed me my McFlurry, but she did not show me the same politeness regardless. I would be understanding as the amount of orders they had seemed stressful, but she had just shown another group of customers kindness when apologizing for the wait. Not sure why there was a sort of hostility towards me, but the wait alone was already horrendous. The food upon arrival wasn't good by McDonald's standards. Overall the worst experience I've had at a McDonald's.
We went to McDonalds and my daughter got a cheese burger. she was starving. She eats her fries then apples then ready for the cheeseburger. She opened her “burger” and THERE WERE NO PATTY!!! How ridiculous. I will not be going back. Unbelievable!
This is the second time I have came to this McDonald's and left without food. I came through the drive. Pulled in at 7:19pm. From 7:19 to 7:34. My car moved from the speaker to the back of the building. Never paid for my food because I didn't make it that far in the line. 3 cars ahead of me. The one car was sitting at the pick up window for over 10 minutes. No cars were pulled forward. No effort was made to even keep the line moving. Knowing that 3 cars still in front of me I was going to wait for each car of an average of 10 plus minutes. I already had food I picked up from another location that was now cold. I ended up drive to the Endicott McDonald's which moved fast but I got old fries and had to go inside and request fresh fries. Was of gas and time. However Tonya at Vestal who took my order was very polite.
Terrible place, can sit with just a single car in front of you at the drive through for 20 minutes. If it wasn't in Target plaza, it would be closed. Trash employees, trash management.
Ordered on the app. Sat in line for 30 mins to go thru drivethru. Got to the window, they gave us our drinks and told me to pull to spot 3 to wait longer. Waited for ANOTHER 30 mins! Mind you i have 3 kids in the car with me, 1 being an infant! While waiting for our food, my daughter finished her drink and we had a dead BEE in the bottom of the cup!!! Good thing shes not allergic!!! Went inside for a refund and to show them their nasty bug ridden cup. The inside of the place is a nasty, unsanitary, greasy mess! They had ZERO remorse that there was a dead BEE in my kids drink! Said they were "trying their best, theyre only human" and refunded my money. I called corporate and told them that place needs to be shut down until it can be staffed appropriately and cleaned the hell up. Its a serious health hazard and they are damn lucky no one has gotten sick and my kid isn't allergic to bees! 😡

Took 20 minutes in the drive through just to receive two cheeseburgers that they only put one pickle on and no diced onion. Update: thank you for again ruining my day. I just ordered through DoorDash a big breakfast meal and guest what the entire breakfast except the hash brown wasn’t in the freaking order. Beyond upset because now it’s past breakfast time and I can’t even reorder it. I wish DoorDash told you which location it was sending it to because it normally doesn’t do this one and I would have never ordered from here if I had known since this is the location that I constantly have problems with.

This is probably the WORST establishment I have ever tried to buy food from. First of all, it is the dead of August and there is NO AC. The entire waiting area was filled with people waiting over 20 minutes for their order (from MCDONALDS like please.). The workers appear so overworked causing them to be so nasty and slow. They were out of the things we needed and were not remotely apologetic about it. I wish I could give you a zero but I cannot so unfortunately I am forced to give you 1 star.

Ordered inside a 10pc and fries... Still waiting 20 minutes later. That's bad enough, but in my waiting I can't help but notice the dining room is *full* of flies. Like more than 1 or 2. I can tolerate crummy service - they are clearly understaffed - but there's no excuse for failing basic cleanliness.

I took my kids for lunch today. My son asked a little girl to play with him. She said no so he apparently tried to poke her. She ran to her dad saying he tried to poke her. The staff member emptying garbage asked her dad if she had an older brother to protect her which he said no. He then asked him if he had a shot gun because if anyone ever tried to touch his daughter he would have a shot gun in his face. My son is 3. The staff member saw a was fully aware both chikdren are toddlers. I spoke to the manager but it didn't seem as if anything was going to be done about the incredibly concerning and threatening comment by her staff
Was literally the only one here. No one ahead or behind me and ordered a medium Big Mac meal and a double quarter pounder meal. I was asked to pull up & wait. I have now been waiting over 10 mins. It is only 9 pm McDonald’s doesn’t close until 11 pm. Why am I waiting over 10 mins for FAST food? The car behind me had to pull up as well and wait and they even got their food before me….
Last time, I waited in the drive-thru for about 10 minutes for 2 McDouble burgers. The burgers had no seasoning, no onions, and the pickles were literally thrown in the wrapper...not even on the sandwich. There seemed to be 2 employees on the floor, so they were severely understaffed for how many customers were in the drive-thru, and the lobby was closed. This time, I ordered an iced coffee through the mobile app. I meant to order for pickup in the drive thru, but the app put it as pickup from inside. I asked if they would just pass it through the window, but they refused. I went in and waited a good 5 minutes for what I can only describe as a cup of cream and sugar. It didn't even taste like coffee. With the long line of dissatisfied customers, it wasn't even worth waiting for them to remake it. I strongly suggest going to a different McDonald's.
Took my kids for lunch my 3 y.o. asked anither toddler to play. They said no and apparently tried to poke her. A staff member changing the garbage asked the kids dad if she had any brothers to protect her or if he had a shotgun and told the other child's dad that if a boy ever tried to touch his daughter he would have a shot gun in his face. I went here earlier today after watching the Minecraft movie with my family. The line was obnoxiously long with the people coming in from the drive through because the people in the back weren’t doing their job. After waiting at the counter for someone to take my order for 10 minutes with people passing by not saying anything or acknowledging me I left with my family and we went to a different one. I do not recommend this McDonalds at all if you think you want to go here. Don’t. It’s not worth your time or money.
If there was a spot to rate this as a zero I def would they take way to many orders than they can handle at the drive thru I ordered and got up to the Window to pick up and was told to pull forward they are waiting on fries I sat and waited a good 20’min before even getting my food meanwhile 5 more other cars waiting as they are still taking drive thru orders and some customer getting there food before I did… so instead of bringing the customers food out as it got done they waited til all 5 cars food were done before bringing mine out … if they cannot get food done and out the window as the customer gets to window then they need to slow down on taking drive thru orders and get the food done
December 15, 2021 between 0930 and 0945 drive through. Order: bacon egg and cheese biscuit, ham egg and cheese biscuit, chicken McGriddle and cinnamon roll. We requested the bacon be soft, Bacon was inedible turned into little bacon shards and bacon dust it was so crisp. The ham egg and cheese biscuit somehow miraculously turned into an egg and cheese McMuffin. And the cinnamon roll was clearly placed upside down in its box and microwaved. It's hard enough to pound a nail into the wall. We contacted the manager, Shelly. Very apologetic and very nice. Offered a full refund if we drove back to the store. Not not impressed with the service other than the manager. Don't waste your money. Wendy's and Burger King have way better breakfast and better customer service
Just go to a restaurant, its faster than this McDonalds. I cannot believe how slow this location is! And after 22 minutes they got my order wrong. Just stay away.
Line was way to long they messed up my order, and the girl at the window was on her phone taking pictures instead of working, what is wrong with my generation I was raised to work when I’m at work not sit in my phone while I have a line of ten cars waiting on their orders.
They need to do a better job at making the food instead of pushing everybody to the side to get to the next person. Had to sit and wait 10+ for food with 7 other people
It’s bad. Everything is sticky. The bathroom reek and are horrible unclean. There is usually if not always soda and sticky paper towels and straw wrappers laying all over the self serve soft drink dispenser. All the tables are sticky. The kitchen looks like a living health code violation.
Two years ago I made a review saying this was one of the best McDonald’s. Unfortunately this has turned into the WORST McDonald’s ever. It’s so disgusting here. The garage around the fry machine, front counter and trash cans themselves is so unacceptable. I don’t know what happened to management either or even above them but it’s a tripping hazard and much more. I can’t get a photo behind the counter because it’s so crowded as of right now. But I had to ask them twice to make my basic cheeseburger correct. I’m an extra extra pickle kinda girl and they literally put ONE Extra pickle on it. Also I didn’t say no onion and didn’t get any onions the first time but the second time it was the smallest little pinch on onions. They gave me some in a nugget box (build your own burger joint) just ridiculous. I can’t believe these people have a job. It’s mind blowing. It sucks this is the only playground McDonald’s.
Every single time me or one of my other friends orders from this mcdonald’s we never receive straws, even if we have frozen drinks. It’s insanely irritating and it’s happened 4+ times. In the future, I’m going to call the store to express my annoyance with this inconvenience.
Officially the worst in the area. Long waits, incorrect orders, and once I was forced out of the drive thru line when the manager told me she wasn’t taking mobile orders because of staffing problems. She said I had to cancel my order and drive around the building again to reorder! But I concede the drive thru workers are very good, I wonder about the leadership and the connection to low staffing.
In a recent visit I sat in the line and waited for over 20 mins and the food was cold. I would not recommend going to this location. Very poor service and understaffed
I took my 2 grandkids last Saturday to the Vestal, NY McDonald's. The kids play area was absolutely disgusting. The 2 trash cans were overflowing and people had to pile their trash on top, the tables were dirty, as well as garbage on the floor, I ordered 2 kids meals and got 3 (did not realize this until they came out which I was charged). Also where did all the salads and any attempt to provide an healthier alternative for the adults go? Needless to say it was bath time when we got home. It's too bad the kids love the playground but needless to say not going again.
Visited this McDonald's on the Parkway on 10/26. Arrived at 7 pm and waited until 7:30 for 2 large combos and a $5 meal deal. The guy who was supposed to be up front was busy working on the frappe machine despite there being several orders piling up for the lobby. One woman waiting with us was only waiting for 2 cookies, and another couple waited longer than we did just for 2 medium fries. This location is always slow, inefficient, your food is cold by the time you get it, and nobody ever cleans the lobby. They only worry about door dash orders and never pay attention to the lobby or anybody waiting. Take the time to go to any location except for this one. They don't have a clue what they are doing.
They forgot that it's supposed to be "fast" but here I am having been here for over 45 minutes and still don't have my food, and I put in a pretty simple order. It's also wild because McDonald's menu has like 5 options on it anyways.
I don’t even leave reviews but this is the worst McDonald’s by far. The management needs to lock in at this location because garbages are always full and you have only one or two poor workers in the back doing all the work . I don’t think Ronald McDonald himself could save this location.
Ordered a mobile curbside order. I waited out there for about an hour. I ended up going inside to get the food because i still hadn’t received it. Stood in there for another 15 minutes before I even got an opportunity to talk to a employee. I get my order go outside, start to eat. My bun is hard, my burger patty is raw, and there was a single dot of ketchup on my whole burger. The onions were cold and the pickles were hot. It wasn’t even busy, other than the fact there was multiple people waiting inside for their food probably as long as i had been. Overall this McDonalds tends to disappoint and take way to long every time you go. Highly suggest just going to a different location or franchise.
My wife and I wanted some coffee and a little spmething for our ride home after a movie. It was 10:10pm when we went into McDonald's in Vestal. 1. We ordered 2 coffees, a 1/4 pounder and a chicken sandwich at the kiosk and it was out of printer receipt paper thus we didn’t have our order number. 2.The guy working the drive-thru seemed to bethe busiest. So busy that when he dropped a plastic fork on the disgusting floor (Yes, I have pictures), he picked it up and dropped it into the bag he was about to give to a customer. 3. The woman at the counter seemed like shechad more important things to do and went to the front door to smoke while the orders were being half assembled. It took over 30 minutes to get our small order. The place was disgustingly unclean. We almost walked out without our food or a refund but then they yelled out our order which kind of pissed off the other 3 customers that ordered before us. Corporate should shut this place down, deep clean it, hire an adequate number of staff and TRAIN them. McDonald's has cut too many corners over the years. Too bad they cut quality along with.
Not only did we sit in the drive thru for 20 minutes, they served us hard burnt fries. Which is actually the second time this has happened at this location. The first time we didn’t notice until we got home being that they were in my sons happy meal. You’d think after sitting in a short line for that long you’d be served fresh food. Nope. Parked and went inside of the restaurant to have them make a fresh order.. they were extremely annoyed about it. Well don’t serve inedible food in the first place.
I have placed two online orders for this location both of which were lost. The second lost order was never fulfilled and we waited over 30 minutes with no help from any staff. We ended up leaving with my card being charged as no one could tell us what time our order would be ready after having placed the order at 522. We left at 610. It is no help there is no one in the front to help.
Very slow. They only take 1 car at a time and don't take the next order until the other guy is pulling away with food. It also takes a long time for them to make your food. 3 times in a row they didn't have a frappe. Told me to ask for refund on app. I was told when contacting customer service that only way to get a refund is in store. So 3 times I was out $6. Today our bagels were extremely burnt. Don't with this McDonald's.
Tonight we went through drive through at the Vestal Ny location. There was nobody else in line. We still had to wait before someone took our order. After paying for our order we were asked to pull up to the yellow line. We waited over 20min for our food. A member of my family went inside to check on our order. He went inside and our food was ready to go and sitting on the counter. By the time we received our food, it was cold. McDonald’s employee didn’t even seem to be fazed by this. No sorry no nothing.
Haven't been to this specific McD in a while. Drive thru was long so I went inside. Let's say wrong choice they were only focused on drive thru customers. It was only 2 of us inside at first not sure how long the women was there before me but I personally waited 15min for 2 mcgriddles I had to ask about my order which the guy worker said were doing our best but how can you when your only focused on your drive thru? I got home he didnt even give me the right sandwiches and my egg looked green so yea waste of money and time. I didnt even bother to go back and complain or get my money back it wasn't worth it. But yea I'll pass on you McD in Vestal NY from now on
McDonald’s in Vestal, NY. I always order through the app and always have to wait 20-40 minutes for my food no matter if it’s drive thru or curb side. Today my son and I only wanted drinks. I wasn’t about to wait 20+ minutes for a drink so I sent him inside where there was only one other person waiting at the register. He was in there about 15 minutes and came out empty handed. He said there were only three people working. One came to the register, waited on the person in front of him, then went to the back and didn’t return. He got sick of waiting so he came out. What happened to fast food? McDonald’s used to have enough staff to keep people moving. Now they only have a couple of over worked employees trying to serve dozens of people. Stop being cheap and put more people on each shift! This is EVERY time I attempt to go to this McDonald’s. It’s not a one time thing. I’m officially done with this McDonald’s if they can’t get their crap together and hire more employees. This is not fair to staff or customers.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I waited for over 30 minutes for a simple order. I had to ask multiple times where my food was, and still did not receive it. They eventually told me they didn’t even have my order. No apology was given, nor any effort to make it up to me for waiting for so long. Do not go to this McDonalds. I would like a refund or some sort of compensation for that RIDICULOUS service.
I tried this place 3 times, everytime my daughter and I went there for dinner thru the drive thru was a horrible experience. Waiting for 30 plus min in drive thru each time we went. Food was cold our first visit and had a 30 min wait time. Second visit was a long wait and we didn't get one of our monopoly pieces with our 20 nugget purchase and I had to go in because they forgot to give me my daughters smoothie. The third time we waited a hour. Waited for about 20 mins to order from the line in the drive thru then We sat at the drive thru window waiting for someone to open the window to take our money for our order for at least 5 mins. Then after they opened the window the lady apologized and gave us our drinks. And we waited another 10 min for them to tell us to pull forward and then waited another 10 mins or so for them to bring out our food. There was no napkins no sauces for the nuggets and didn't realize they gave us a extra burger instead of the apple slices I asked for, for my daughter.
I went to the drive-through and I ordered two happy meals. I waited 46 minutes for the happy meals. The three cars behind me all got their food. I was told to pull up and someone brought the food out and asked me what I had, I said I had 2 happy meals. She said she would be right back. I sat there another 15 minutes until another woman came out, bringing food to the cars behind me again and I said “am I going to get my happy meals anytime” soon and she said I’ll go see where those are. She brought them out to me immediately, and they were cold. The timestamp on the happy meal said 4:45 And she brought them out to me at 5:16. McDonald’s is supposed to be a fast food and I waited 40 minutes for two kids meals. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever experienced. I will never be back to this McDonald’s and if I didn’t have my children in the car with me crying in the backseat waiting for their dinner, I would have left.
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my visit. The service speed was far below any reasonable standard. I was forced to wait 35 minutes for my order, which indicates a severe failure in kitchen and operational management. For a customer to wait that long is simply poor business practice. I cannot recommend this establishment due to this experience.
This place has gotten so much worse in the last year. 15+ minute wait times for a 3 car lane. Drive through menu has been broken for years. Nobody is cleaning the place. Missing or wrong items every time I come here. No napkins, straws, or receipts every single I come here. Whoever manages this place should be put in prison.
