The best in the entire province...and I've tried them all....a small but very well-kept restaurant in the center of town....very friendly staff, perfect for a romantic dinner....truly excellent dishes with a wide variety of sashimi and tartare, even on the all-you-can-eat lunch menu...and that's not for everyone. I love the small portions that allow you to try many dishes. The only downside is that it's small compared to the giant competing restaurants: you have to book in advance. But it's worth it. They also leave you a warm cloth to clean your hands. The attention to detail is evident in everything...well done...excellent price for the quality they offer. Super competent, kind, and helpful staff. The best in every way, and not just on paper.
This was our first positive experience. Everything was good, with a wide variety. The 4 stars for the service are only because, as an Italian, I'd appreciate a smile when they deliver your dish and a "Is everything okay?" at the end, but overall, it's passable. Good price, even for Sunday lunch. I recommend booking.
A delightful little restaurant in the center of Borgo. Very kind and welcoming. They welcomed us and our three dogs, offering them a somewhat private setting. The cuisine is quality and a little different from the usual, over-hyped sushi restaurant.
The food was really good, with a lot of variety and average prices for this type of restaurant. I went when they opened, and it took them ages to serve me (an hour and a half). This time, they were quick (about thirty minutes). They must have gotten the kitchen up and running over time. Highly recommended.
One of the best sushi places in Cuneo and its province, if not the best. The place is not too big and hosts few people compared to the classic all-you-can-eat sushi chains. The overall price is slightly higher than average but totally deserved.
Very welcoming and well-decorated place, with very comfortable armchairs and a sofa. Excellent food and perfectly quick service. The portions aren't overly large, allowing you to try multiple courses. Orders are placed via tablet, and the staff is very kind and helpful. Recommended.

Sushi in Borgo San Dalmazzo!!! First time... but I already think it's one of the best!!! Beautiful place... tastefully decorated... good service... very fast. We went for lunch with the "all you can eat" option. The dishes were good and very well prepared. We liked that the portions weren't too large... so you could order more than one dish. The price was average compared to other places... but today it's €2 more because it's Sunday and holidays. Recommended!!

This was our first time at this restaurant. The portions are small, which we really liked because it gives you the opportunity to try multiple dishes. The quality of the fish is also very good; we especially enjoyed the nigiri and sashimi. The waitresses were very friendly.

We had lunch at this AYCE restaurant and had a great time! You order via a tablet, so you can check if all your dishes are arriving. The raw fish is excellent! Everything we ordered was super fresh and delicious! Highly recommended!
Very good dishes, welcoming, nice, quiet, well-kept environment... the only thing is that they bring you half of your order and then make you wait until you're exasperated... I've been three times, always the same script, so my experience ends here
Nice place Fast and fairly friendly service It's a shame it's lunchtime, as both the quality and service suffer greatly... For dinner, the food is good, the portions are small, and you can get a good all-you-can-eat for €25.90 per person, excluding drinks. On average, you'll spend around €30 per person.
Very bad experience 🤬The tables are thirty centimeters apart from each other😏so when they clean the next table with generous splashes of detergent😏the dishes at your table get watered down 🤬🤬🤬 Spring rolls😏Dry Soy noodles inedible because they had a strong burnt taste😏replaced with rice noodles that had the exact same taste 🤮🤮🤮 The WORST restaurant of my life 🤮🤮
