Caprera Cafè Via Caprera Reviews
Il locale è ordinato e pulito, cortesi, ben forniti.
A restaurant for regulars, local flavor, good simple cuisine, friendly atmosphere
Humanity and efficiency Real prices Welcome Homemade food, very tasty and fresh Lunch is served even after the usual hours. I've found my favorite place.
The owner's cocktails are excellent. The atmosphere is pleasant and airy. You can choose from a variety of dishes prepared by a chef for lunch. Great attention to order and cleanliness is always appreciated. Prices are average. A special mention goes to Massimo's margarine: unparalleled, the best ever!
Definitely one of the best cafes in the area, friendly and always helpful staff, relaxing atmosphere despite being in a very busy area
A friend of mine and I visited this café located in the Albaro neighborhood of Genoa, next to the Champagnat school. The café has several outdoor tables overlooking the street and a large indoor dining room. We sat at an indoor table and had a crema caffè and two excellent, delicious, and flavorful coffees. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and competent, with very fast service and good prices.
A beautiful, spacious, and bright space, immaculately clean, with exceptional customer service, friendly staff, and vegan croissants, unique among other bars in the area. It's quickly becoming your favorite and the only one in the area!
Spacious place...very well-kept...clean...first of all, uncommon in its specificity, availability, and excellent hospitality in a place where you can meet...recommended!!!!!! Excellent food, obviously!!!
From a simple coffee to breakfast to lunch: always a guarantee. Massimo's courtesy and the cheerfulness of his entire staff always put you in a good mood.
Nice place! Great service!
Beautiful, bright, comfortable, and spacious bar. Extremely friendly staff. Excellent cappuccinos, wonderful lemon brioches, and mind-blowing onion focaccia. And excellent lunch service.
Very kind people, clean ambient and exellent food
Large, bright and welcoming place. Every day different and "customizable" dishes! Staff (Simone and Enrica) and owner Massimo kind and friendly! In short: like being at home! Highly recommended!
Bar confortevole .
Always excellent customer service in this cafe'.
I've been to this café several times for breakfast and let's just say the atmosphere has never been convivial and courteous, very cold... But never like this morning, him alone serving probably very pissed... Because managing a flow of people during rush hour is not easy (but those are the risks of the job otherwise you'd change sectors) I speak from experience because I worked as a barista and the customer needs to be pampered. Anyway, aside from that premise... He responds rudely to everyone, first I see him rudely treating a group of women probably regulars by telling them that he is alone and to get a move on and remind him what they had ordered, I served myself tea at the table and paid for some hot water with a frozen croissant €4.10 without any service, I brought everything back to the counter because I saw him in difficulty and because I often do it out of politeness and I hear him reply... "Next time leave everything at the table" instead of saying thank you for making his job easier. But next time it won't be easy, and if customers come back to this place, you should kiss where they walk. Ligurians are probably used to the lack of courtesy by now, and it's normal for them to be mistreated.
I go in, drink, use the bathroom, and leave, without any response to my greetings. I don't expect a smile, but at least basic politeness.
Sorry but this was a joke. The order was wrong and the prices were wrong on the board. We ordered pineapple fresh juice and we pointed at the juicer in case the waitress would not understand. The day was so hot and we just wanted to drink something refreshing. The waitress said we can sit so we did it and she bring us our juice… the juice was in the bottle… we thought that maybe she made the juice and poured into a bottle. We were wrong. The juice was from the concentrate. It was horrible but we already tried it so we paid and go away. Just please be careful what you order. I don’t know if she did it in purpose or what, I won’t go there any more.
